The next morning at the Hospital, Spike slowly woke up feeling weak as he looked around, he noticed he wasn't dead and noticed wires in his arms the saw that his geo crystal was around his neck with a huge crack in it and saw that he was in a Hospital gown.

He became confused as to how it end up around his neck with a huge crack, then he saw the time at it showed it was 1:00, he closed his eyes activating his healing ability as the crystal glowed, he can feel himself healing up.

He opened his eyes with a smile, but didn't see the crack in the crystal close and and stop glowing.

Then the nurse that was a little bit older then Cadence walked in and saw he was awake, "oh, your awake I see...how are you feeling Spike", she asked with a smile as he put a hand on his stomach.

"Better, I was stabbed right", he asked the last part with a frown as she nodded, she remembered how his friends were in tear's when they brought him to the Hospital five nights ago.

"You were stabbed twice, your lucky those two friends of your brought you here on time, you have eight stitches", the nurse told him with a frown.

Then her eyes widen when she saw him lift the Hospital gown up to his chest to look at the stitched wounds and the huge bandage.

The nurse knows that it's is wrong of her to check out a patient, but she couldn't help but admire his athletic built body as she felt a blush coming on, good thing that he's covered with a blanket from the waist down.

Then Spike looked at her smiling, "is it ok if I get up from the bed", then became confused when he saw her looking at his body.

"Nurse, can I get out of bed", he asked again as she continued to look at his muscles with a blush and dropped jaw, to her Spike was the cutest and handsomest patient she ever seen, then shook the blush away.

"Uhh, y-you can...and call me nurse Joy", she told him putting on a smile as he nodded, then he put his Hospital gown down as the nurse helped him get out of bed so he won't pull out the I.V's in his arms, then became confused.

"Um, do you feel any pain", the nurse asked confused as he shook his head no, Spike was able to stand by himself as he knows he got rid of the pain.

"That's weird, how are you not groaning in pain or able to stand up on your own", nurse Joy asked confused as he chuckled not knowing how to tell her that he's from another world of magical talking ponies.

"Just a miracle I guess", he told her with a nervous smile, then she smiled and shook her head as the main doctor walked in the room looking at clip board in his hand, then noticed Spike was out of bed and stand up.

"I see you met my daughter nurse Joy Spike, I got it from here Joy", he told his daughter smiling as she nodded.

"Ok dad...um Spike, I get off in 2 hours..do you maybe wanna grab a coffee, you know..when your feeling better", she asked with a smile and a small blush as Spike and the doctor raised an eyebrow at that.

"Joy, he's 15 year's old..but tall", the doctor told his daughter as her eye's widen, then walked out the room embarrassed that she kinda asked out a minor, her father shook his head with a smile.

Then he turned his attention to Spike, "we couldn't find any medical records with your name on it, plus I came to give you a check up to see how your doing", the doctor told him with a smile as Spike nodded in understanding.

"Now, who are your parents so we know who to call to pick you up when your medically cleared to leave the Hospital", the asked smiling still as Spike inwardly cursed wondering how could he leave.

A couple of hour's later, Principal Celestia Discord and the harem walked in the Hospital only to see Spike in his regular clothes with his blood stained shirt with two hole where his stomach is at.

Suddenly Principal Celestia rushed up to him with a frown, "my little boy, I'm so glad your alright and getting out of the Hospital", she told him as she started kissing his cheek to make it look convincing causing the boy to blush.

"This is so convincing that I'm not sure if it's my actual mom", the boy thought to himself as he played along.

"Mom, not in front of Derpy please", he wined looking at a giggling Derpy.

When she broke the hug Discord walked up to him with a forced smile and pulled him in for a hug that was a little to tight causing Spike to groan.

"I'm glad your alright and alive son", he told him with a forced smile, then broke it ruffling his hair as a secretly smirking Cadence walked up to him and hugged him.

"I'm glad your alright and alive Spike, I thought I might lose my little cousin forever", she told him frowning as she kissed his cheek causing him to blush, he played it off with a chuckle.

"Come on Cadence, not in front of Derpy", he told her blushing from embarrassment, but he was actually blushing cause he can feel her glorious rack on his shoulder.

She broke the hug as Fluttershy hugged him and kissed his cheek frowning, "I was scared that I might lose you Spike, you don't know how hard it will be for me to see my little brother in a coffin", she told him hugging him close as he was really trying not to give her a kiss, but he hugged her back.

They broke the hug as Derpy gave him a kiss and hugged him frowning, "I was afraid I was gonna lose you because of Rover Spike", she told him frowning as he hugged her back.

"And It was Rover that took the crystal, he snuck in my house after we...umm...you know", she told him with a red face as he nodded in understanding, then they all started walking out of the Hospital.

When they saw the close was clear, the harem each gave him a kiss and hug with happy smiles.

"I'm glad your alright Spike, we were afraid we might lose you", Diamond told him frowning as he gave her a kiss with a smile.

"You girls ain't gonna lose me, I promise", he told them smiling, then turned to Celestia.

"Mrs Celestia, you were so convincing of being my mom that I couldn't tell if you actually were", Spike told her with a smile as she smirked.

"And thanks for getting me out of the Hospital, you and Cadence can be convincing at times", Spike told them with a chuckle, then Discord thought of something.

"How did you know that Rover was in Derpys home", he asked confused as the muffin loving girl frowned looking down remembering that night.

"I woke up feeling someone on top of me..I thought it was Spike and when I opened my eye's..I saw him instead grinning down at me", Derpy told everyone trying not to shed a tear as her boyfriend hugged her giving her a kiss.

"H-He held a pocket knife to my neck at I thought he was gonna kill me, t-then he slid it to my chest like he was gonna start unbuttoning my pajama top..I-I thought he was gonna rape me when he put his hand over my mouth", she told everyone as a tear broke through, but she wriped it right away.

Everyone just stared in shock as Spike and Discord gritted their teeth that someone like Rover would do something like that to someone as innocent a Derpy.

"What the hell is wrong with him", Aria said to herself while shaking her head, she was angry at the evil teen for what he did to her friend.

"I should have called the cops before expelling him", Celestia said to herself with a glare that not only he almost committed murder, but almost rape also.

"I bit his hand then kneed him in the junk and kicked him off me, then I scrambled to my phone to call you to let you know that he was in my house, t-that's when he back hand me across the cheek", she told Spike frowning as she rubbed her cheek knowing it kinda hurts still.

"That monster, he shouldn't be hitting a lady at all", Rarity said in outraged that Rover put his hands on her friend and on a girl.

Then Fluttershy frowned, "and mom...the day you expelled Rover, h-he nearly attacked me in the Cafeteria", she told her mom as her friends nodded, the woman her husband and Spike turned to them in shock.

"Did he touch you, because if he did I swear-he didn't touch me Spike, Adagio Aria and Sonata got in front of him stopping him", the shy girl cut her boyfriend off smiling as Celestia and Discord sighed in relief glad that the evil teen didn't touch their daughter.

"Sucks that our beach party got cancelled because of Spike getting Hospitalized", Rara told everyone as they nodded, then Celestia smiled.

"We can still go, this Friday and me and Cadence will even rent some beach house for two days", Celestia told everyone as they thought about it, then nodded liking that.

"Rarity, you feel like hanging out today", Spike asked with a smile as the fashion loving girl giggled with a smile of her own, then saw his blood stained shirt with two holes in it.

"But first, you might wanna change your shirt darling", Rarity told him as he looked down forgeting about the blood stained shirt, he chuckled and nodded.

A couple of hours later when it was getting dark, Spike and Rarity walked in the Boutique as the fashionista finished telling her boyfriend what happened in the last two days.

"So Rover killed his dad and burned down his home", Spike asked in shock as she nodded, Spike started thinking of something and hoping it's not true since Rover had his crystal.

"I really hope that Rover doesn't have Equestrian magic, cause he can use it to destroy everything if he does", he told his girlfriend as she nodded hoping the same thing.

"Rarity, can you get me a pair of scissors", Spike asked with a smile confusing her, then she walked up to a dresser and started looking for a pair, she found it and walked up to him and gave him the scissors.

He thanked her and took his shirt off, she saw the stitched wounds on his stomach and know what he's gonna do, he started carefully taking the stitches off not seeing the smirk Rarity had while looking at his muscles.

When he was done taking the stitches off, he activated his healing ability and closed his eyes, he groaned in pain concerning his girlfriend then she became shocked when she saw the wound closing.

After awhile both wounds were closed as he opened his eyes and started panting like he was tired.

"What did you do Spike, it looks like you were never stabbed", she said confused as she started gently rubbing his abs where the two stab wounds use to be.

"I-I closed it t-to make it look like it never happened", he told her through gritted teeth as he can feel Spike jr wanting to come out and play from Raritys teasing.

"Good, cause I would hate to see such a gorgeous strong sexy body like your's with wounds", the fashionista told him smirking and giving him a kiss as he grinned.

"I really enjoyed our little date darling, and as a 'reward' for showing me a great time...follow me upstairs", she told him with bedroom eyes.

Then she gave him another kiss before she started walking towards the stairs with a sway of her hips, he grinned as his eye's turned to pinpricks and followed her.

After awhile, Spike was in her bedroom in his boxers sitting on her bed as Rarity was in her robe giving him bedroom eyes and a smirk.

Then she disrobed as it fell, there she stood in a black strapless lingerie with a thong, Spike end up getting a nose bleed looking at her butt when she turned around for him.

"Damn", was all he said as she giggled with a smirk, then she layed him down and mounted him as they started making out.

With Sunset home in her pajamas, she finished writing to Twilight that Spike is out of the Hospital and that he's ok, she put the book down away and started making herself dinner with a smile.

5 minutes later with the school statue, Princess Celestia Princess Twilight Solaris Fluttershy and the Crusaders fell to the floor, Solaris helped his daughter stand up on two feet.

While Princess Twilight and Princess Celestia helped the Crusaders stand on two feet, the fillies turned human couldn't wait to see their coltfriend again and glad that he's alright.

A half hour later with Raritys parents and Sweetie Belle, they pulled up to their home as they just came back from the store.

Then they saw Principal Celestia a man that looks like a male version of her along with Fluttershy and Twilight but no glasses Sunset Shimmer and a shocking sight of their daughter with her two friends.

"Is that the other me and other Scootaloo and Apple Bloom from Spikes world", Sweetie Belle asked in shock, then they realised it must be Spikes family from his world.

They got out of the car and grabbed the groceries from the back seat as Spikes family walked up to the house, the two Sweetie Belles were staring at each other in shock along with the other two filies turned human.

"Hi Mrs Crumble, Sunset told me to that Spike was was here...she also told me that he's better and we came to check on him", Princess Twilight told the woman with a smile as she became confused.

"We don't know if he's here, we been at the store shopping", Cookie told the Princesses as they became confused, then they decided to help carry the groceries inside the Boutique.

When they finished putting the groceries down in the kitchen, they became confused when they can barley hear moans of joy.

They noticed it was coming from upstairs, "please don't be going at it...please don't be going at it", Sunset thought to herself inwardly panicking.

They started walking upstairs as it became louder with smacking noises and coming from Raritys room, they can hear bed noises too.

"G-Girls...I swear..I-It's not was it looks like...we were j-just um...shit, please don't kill me", he told them and begged in fear at the last part.

Then they screamed in rage and lunged at him, but he dodged in fear and ran out the room and passed his family in his boxers.

"Get back here you cowered", they screamed, then they gave chase to their soon to be dead coltfriend with intent to rip his head off for having sex with other girls.
