Female dominant society (A matriarchy like in the show but explored in more detail then the throw away jokes like Rainbow Dash saying, "I won't take it easy on you just cuz your a Stallion,"),

Bisexual characters (Well romance isn't the focus there will be gay and lesbian couples)

Aliens from Multiple Franchises (although the Star Trek and MLP franchises are the focus there will be other aliens)

Takes place in a pocket dimension of the "My Little Galaxy" Fic universe as described in the equivalent blog.
