Riptalon Hawkwind, the infamous mercenary for hire known as the "Blackhawk". Tied down to no faction in the Wasteland, he's the sort you would only want by your side if you have enough caps to pay him with. Trouble is, past has a way of catching up to you. And that's not counting the Trottingham-borne pegasus with the missing memories he's somehow managed to run into. The world of Fallout Equestria and its characters belongs to Kkat. I'm only playing in his/her sandbox. Takes place in the world of Survivor's Guilt by my good friend RuinQueenofOblivion. (With her permission of course.) Edited by Ennui. (Least for the first few chapters...)
