Adam was to be a average kid born into a above average family to loving parents and a annoying older sister. That is the way his family dreamed of him being, until he was born. Then he came into the world and those dreams were dashed.
Born with extensive nerve damage Adam was bed ridden since the day of his birth, only seeing the outside by the window in his room. Sixteen years he has endured this, and he doesn't want to endure anymore. He dreams of being someone different, on not being Adam the cripple, but someone who can see the world with their own eyes. Then one day, a day just like any other, a event happens in his sleep. One that will shape his life.
He is given a chance.
Maybe wishing on comets isn't a myth after all.
[Note, the first chapter will seem unimportant for a good long time, but remember, a author writes everything for a reason ;)]
