Before anypony could say anything else, a guard rushed into the room and told them about some disturbing news.

"Your highnesses*takes a deep breath*we have a breach!"

"What is it guard?" Cadence asked.

"We have reports of multiple attacks from all around Equestria! Canterlot has fallen and all the other cities and places are
being attacked by some creatures unlike anything the world has seen before!"

"That must be Nocturne. We have to act fast!" Luna said.

"Alright. Guard, tell us where are we needed?" Celestia asked.

"There are reports of a devastating attacks at Yakyakistan."

"Then we are gonna have to go and help!" Shining armor said.

"I agree. But we are gonna have to be careful around Nocturne’s army. They are not to be underestimated!" Luna said

"Wait, are we for real going to go up against Nocturne?" Twilight said with a worrying tone.

"I am sorry Twilight and everypony but yes. Nocturne won’t back down and he will try anything and I mean anything to succeed in his goal." Celestia said.

"This Nocturne character seems very dangerous! I suggest we move on right away, i won’t allow him to kill anypony else! Guard , prepare the troops we are going to Yakyakistan." Shining armor said.

"Yes my lord!"

The guard left and went to organize the troops for combat.

"I cannot believe that this is happening." Cadence said.

"Me neither Cadence, i never thought that i would have to fight against Nocturne again....after that incident..." Celestia said.

They all got out of the room. Shining armor followed Luna and Celestia outside. Shining armor went to get his armor and weapons from the armory. As for Luna and Celestia, Both of them used their magic to create the armor of their choice. Celestia’s armor was a big golden plate that was covering almost her entire body with the exception of the eyes, the mouth and her mane was gathered by a small rope. And her weapon of choice was a glowing yellow sword with the logo of the sun at the handle. As for Luna she wore an armor that was made out of grey steel and the logo of the moon at her armor. And her weapon of choice was a crescent moon blade. They were both ready.
The troops were ready outside the castle. Shining armor was ready to instruct his troops. But he was interrupted by his wife and sister.

"Do you really have to go?" Cadence cried a little.

"Shining please don’t go. I saw what Nocturne did and I don’t want you to suffer like the others." Twilight said.

"You have so much to lose. If Nocturne kills you, how am I going to raise our child alone? She cried a lot more.

Shining armor hugged both of them.

"I am fighting to protect you both. I promise that i will return in one piece.

He kissed his wife and his sister. He lifted up his sword and went to the field to instruct his troops. Celestia looked back and saw Twilight crying. She went close to her and tried to cheer her up.

"I know how you feel Twilight."

"Princess?

"I know how it is to be afraid of losing somepony close to you. I felt for Nocturne the same back when we were younger.Don’t worry, we will return, all of us. Celestia was ready to leave. But Twilight stopped her by hugging her.

"Please don’t let anything happen to Shining. Promise me that you will bring him back!"

She cried while saying the whole thing. Celestia hugged her back and said.

"I promise you Twilight, I will bring your brother back! No matter the cost"

Shining armor was instructing his troops at the center of the Empire.

"Soldiers, we are facing a threat greater than ever before. We are heading to Yakyakistan. The enemy is stronger in numbers and their leader is a pony named Nocturne. From my source of information i have heared from the Princesses themselves that he is a force to be reckoned with and must be taken seriously. But I believe in every last one of you that you will be brave and do what’s necessary to defeat these things and take back what’s ours!" Shining armor said.
The soldiers cheered and where ready for battle.

"But we won’t be alone on this fight. On our side with have Princess Celestia and Princess Luna and with their powers we will prevail. We can do it!" He shouted.

The soldiers were more ready than ever. They got to positions and marched toward wards to Yakyakistan.

ONE HOUR LATER

They were just outside Yakyakistan. The city was burning, screams could be heard and the snow was filled with the blood of the Yaks.

"This is it everypony! GET READY!" Shining armor shouted.

The soldiers lifted their swords and spears and were moving inside the city on a defensive position. They were soon attacked by Nocturne’s soldiers. Some of them were normal ponies like them but with dark skin, dark armor and blue glowing eyes. Other Nocturnes’ minions were huge dark minotaurs with shadow armor and red glowing eyes. The fight had began!

Nocturnes’ soldiers charged at the enemy without fear. They were stronger and more powerful than a normal pony. Celestia, Luna and Shining armor charged in the fight as well. Celestia hadn’t used a sword for a long time and was a little rusty at fighting, even though if she managed to get a few blows at the enemy. Luna however was excellent at fighting. She could easily kill five to six enemies at once with a single blow. The crystal soldiers however weren’t so effective at fighting. They were constantly losing trades and were eventually killed. Celestia went to find Luna and Shining armor. When she found them she started fight by their side and said.

"We have to find Prince Rutherford!" Celestia said.

"Agreed, but we are gonna have to get through the gates of his castle." Luna replied.

"And the worst thing is that, THIS thing is guarding the gate."

He pointed at the creature that was defending the gate. It was a huge dark undead ice golem taller than the Minotaur. I was wearing a torn appart robe, it had a helmet and out of it there were two horns that were comming out. It's armor was made out of a combination of ice and darkness along with chains around it's body. It was carrying one sword in its' right arm and in the other they could see a blue aura of magic. The three heroes were ready to engage. The golem lifted it's sword to the air and then impaled the ground so hard that the sword went through. A small earthquake started and from the ground erupted undead soldiers with weapons and armors. Some of the Crystal soldiers attacked the golem only to get cut in pieces by the undead soldiers or get crushed under the golem's steps. Luna rushed at the golem immediately dodging its attacks. She charged her magic and shot the back of its head. It did little damage and it made the golem angrier. The golem punched Luna so hard that it send her straight to wall, she hit her head and was unconscious.

"Luna!" Celestia shouted.

Celestia was about to charge the golem.

"Wait, if we are going to defeat that thing we are going to need a strategy." Shining armor suggested.

"Agreed, you provide a distraction and i will finish it off!"

"You can count on me!"
"Just be careful, i don't want you to die"

He noded and he shouted.
" SLEEPY!"

Out of nowhere a stalion with green skin colour and yellow mane appeared. He had a small wrist blade, armor and his cutiemark was a small campfire. The stalion then said.
"Ready for duty sir!"

"Good, help me provide a distraction for the princess"

"Of course! Let me handle this"

The stalion then rushed at the golem while beating and slicing the undead soldiers. When he reached the golem the stalion said.

"Hey ugly!"
The golem looked at him with an angry gaze.

"I bet that you can't hit me even if i am standing still"

The golem shouted and attack the stalion with it's sword. But when the sword came in contact with the stalion it just exploded into fethers. The stalion was behind the golem laughing.

"Dude i am right here! Stop playing dumb!"

He then picked up a snowball and threw it right on the golem's face and laughed even more. The golem got super mad, it charged it's magic on it's right hand and smashed the ground in front of him in an attempt to hit the Stalion.

"Missed me!" He shouted while laughing even more.

"Now it's your chance princess!"

Celestia nodded and flew towards the golem and with a quick hit she cut the golem a little bit. The golem however quickly grabbed her in mid air and started slamming her up against the floor and walls.

"PRINCESS!" Shining armor shouted.

Celestia was getting dizzy and was bleeding heavily, she even felt her bones breaking one by one. There was nothing that the Staion nor Shining armor to do and to their surprise the sun got down and the moon had risen. Luna had woken up and was gazing at the golem in anger. She lifted her blade to the skies, it started glowing, along with her eyes and she then swinged her blade a couple of times and sent forward blue shockwaves that striked the golem and immediately destroying it. She lowered the moon and went to see her sister.

"Sister are you alright?" She gasped at the sight of Celestia. Her armor had broken along with her sword, huge and deep wounds covered Celestia's body. Luna hugged Celestia, cried and said.

"Please don't be dead!"

After a couple of seconds Celestia turned around with a smile and said.

"It's alright Luna, i am.....ok"

"Oh my god tia, i thought i lost you!"

Celestia hugged her and said.

"It's ok now my sweet little Lulu. Come on we have a job to do"

Celestia was slowly got up.

"But sister, your wounds!"

"We don’t have time for this let’s go find the Prince."

Before they could do anything they were interrupted by Shining armor.

"Princesses we have a problem, we are losing soldiers fast these monsters have already killed the seventy present of our whole battalion!"

"Listen Captain, take your troops and make your way back to the Crystal Empire, we can't aford to lose more that we can bear" Celestia said.

"But…what are you going to do?"

"It’s ok, just return to the Empire, we will find Prince Rutherford." Luna said.
Shining armor wasn’t happy about it their decision.

"Ok. EVERYPONY RETREAT. WE ARE GOING BACK TO THE EMPIRE, MOVE!"

The soldiers stopped fighting and started to retreating and the creatures had their eyes on the princesses. The creatures rushed at them with everything they got. When they were almost close, Celestia charged her horn and unleashed a beam of light that came from the sun, immediately disintegrating every creature around them.

"Come, soon more of them will appear" Celestia said.

They both got inside the castle, they opened the doors to the throne room and they saw corpses of Yaks scattered all across the room. Nocturne was at the throne grabbing Prince Rutherford with his claws. It didn’t take time for Nocturne to notice them.

"Oh, hello sisters did not except to see you here and….damm Celestia you look terrible."
Celestia ignored what Nocturne had said.

"Nocturne let go of Prince Rutherford, now."

Nocturne laughed.

"I love the sound of your tone right now. You finally realized that I am a threat."

"Does it matter right now? Look what you did outside!"

"Oh, this is only the beginning of what I am planning."

"Whatever you do Nocturne we will find a way to stop you!" Luna said.

"If I was given ten bits every time somepony predicted my doom. Well you get the point."

"Not so fast you monster!" Rutherford said.

He bite Nocturne’s claws without hurting him. Nocturne got angry.

"YOU USELESS ANIMAL!"

Nocturne dropped Prince Rutherford. Rutherford found the chance and charged at Nocturne immediately stabbing him with one of his horns. Nocturne still wasn't hurt .He then crushed Rutherford’s horn with his hoof. His horn began bleeding and Nocturne impaled Rutherford at the chest with his twin blades. He then continued cutting through his flesh until the point when he cut opened his head.

"NO!" Celestia shouted

The two princesses rushed at him with all their might.

"Not yet!"

He stomped his hooves to the ground creating the same mist they saw in Canterlot and Nocturne vanished.

"DAMM IT, we lost him again!?" Luna said.

"There was nothing we could have done and now Rutherford is dead!" Celestia said.

"You are right. The only thing that drives me paranoid is what Nocturne is planning and what will he do next."

"We will find out, let’s return to the Empire."
