Celestia was ready to go to her “bed” to get some sleep. But Luna interrupted her and talked about something that will be a HUGE problem about everypony going to sleep.

"Sister, I need to talk to you away from the others."

Princess Celestia and Luna then got not so far away from the camp and started talking.

"What is it Luna?"

"We have a problem."

"What is it?"

"You know that I can enter dreams right? That I can protect our people from nightmares and bad dreams?"

"Yes Luna and you have done a pretty good job, you deserve to rest."

"Sister, have you already forgotten?"

"What do you mean?"

"What I mean is. Nocturne can enter our dreams as well and he will manipulate them in any way he wants. You and I both know what Nocturne can do when he is in somepony’s dream."

Princess Celestia was scared for her friends when she remembered Nocturne’s potential. She remembered the ponies that would wake up in the middle of the night screaming. They were saying that they had some terrible visions of her brother or the destruction of their world. That he entered their mind and completely destroyed them from the inside. Some ponies would never wake up, others would just never go to sleep again.

"I remember now sister."

"What are we going to do? Even if I try to save the elements of harmony from his grasp he will overpower me and hew will eventually get what he wants!"

"I know Luna, even if I don’t want our friends to get hurt…."

She felt pain in her heart for saying such things for her friends.

"We are going to have to stay calm and see what will happen. If Nocturne wanted us dead he would have already done it by now, you know what he can do!"

"I…..understand sister, I just hope that you are right, anyway goodnight Celestia."

Celestia got down, closed her eyes and eventually fall asleep.

Celestia opened her eyes because of something that she heard. But when she did, she wasn’t at the camp with the others. She was at a mountain that was looking straight to Canterlot. Canterlot and everything around it was destroyed, it was raining and there was no pony to be seen.

"I always loved the rain."

Nocturne creeped up on her

"Nocturne? What are you doing here? Where are we?"

"Easy sister. We are inside your mind. Your nightmare."

He then sat near her. Celestia tried to stay calm and act cool around Nocturne because she knew he had control. She took a deep breath and sat next to him.

"So this is how Equestria will be after you have killed us all?"

"Not exactly."

"Why are you doing this Nocturne? Why do you want to take over Equestria?"

"No tia I don’t want to take over Equestria, I want to destroy her."

"But why? These innocent ponies did nothing to you. Nocturne, destruction isn’t always the way, your hatred for our father has led you to do terrible things! I beg you, let go of your anger and return to us!"

She cried. But instead Nocturne got angry.

"Do you want to know why this is all happening? Why I didn’t kill you and Luna all these years ago? It’s simple, I want to see you broken and crippled, just like I was when our father took away everything from me!"

"I am sorry that this happened to you Nocturne."

"Exactly, you can only say sorry, but nothing will change! Tell me, who do you think these ponies are going to blame for the deaths of their loved ones and the destruction of their homes."

"They will of course blame you Nocturne, you will have killed their loved ones."

Nocturne laughed.

"No sister, they will blame you, Luna, the Elements of Harmony and even the Princess Of Love and her husband Shining armor! They will turn on you because YOU couldn’t protect what they loved. And everypony will die knowing that their beloved princesses have failed. That’s all that matters."

Celestia felt uneasy and scared, her heart was beating knowing that what Nocturne said might become a reality.

"Nocturne you don’t have to do this. You can put an end right now and start a new life just like other villains who where reformed.

Nocturne smashed the ground with rage, he got up frustrated and said.

"START A NEW LIFE? WHO DO YOU THINK I AM? I AM NOT LIKE ONE OF THOSE “VILLAINS” WHO WILL GIVE UP THEIR GOAL AND START A NEW LIFE LIKE NOTHING HAS HAPPENED? NO SISTER, YOUR TIME HAS COME TO AN END AND SOON EQUESTRIA WILL BURN!"

With that said. A dark mist covered her vision. When she opened her eyes she was in what appeared to be a huge room with ponies inside who were angry at Celestia.

"YOU FAILED US YOUR “MAJESTY”!"

"YOU WERE SUPPSOED TO BE STRONG!"

"I LOST EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF YOU"

Celestia fell down. She was surrounded by the ponies, that were shouting at her. She tried to close her eyes and ears, but she couldn’t resist. She cried and shouted.

"NOOOOOOOO!"

Celestia jumped out of her bed, sweating and crying. She looked around, she was back at the camp with everypony sleeping.

"Sister is everything alright?"

Luna approached her.

"Oh sister, I am so glad you are here"

Celestia hugged her.

"What happened?"

Celestia turned around, looked at the campfire and said.

"It was Nocturne, he showed up in my dream. He showed me what will happen, that we will fail and the world will hate us."

She heard something dropping behind her where Luna was. She turned around and saw that her sister had fallen to the ground dead with her neck being torn apart.

"SISTER!"

Nocturne then appeared behind Luna’s corpse and said.

"Sweet Nightmares."

Nocturne approached Celestia. Celestia screamed for help from her friends, but they wouldn’t respond. Celestia had fallen to the ground near the camp fire and could go anywhere else.

"Good bye, sister."

"NOOOOOO!!"

She closed her eyes once again, she opened them and she was at the camp once again, but this time Luna wasn’t dead and everypony was resting. She cried and said.

"Why would this Nightmare start over again?"

And she just looked at the camp fire for the rest of the hours.

Luna was dreaming that she was in her own castle surrounded by a beautiful forest, lot of rivers, wildlife and cozy atmosphere. She was having fun and was taking a bath at her pool. Her guard walked up to her while she was taking a bath and said.

"Your majesty, you have a visitor."

"A visitor?"

She wondered.

"Yes your majesty may I call him in?"

"Um, yeah sure what could go wrong? But be on your guard."

"Yes your majesty."

The guard went to get the visitor and bring him to Princess Luna. The guard returned with a clocked pony.

"Your majesty, may I introduce you to…."

Before he could finish his sentence he was stabbed at the neck by a blade that was coming out of the clocked pony.

"That won’t be necessary."

He pulled his blade out of the guard’s corpse. Luna got out of the pool grabbed her sword with her magic that was near the pool.

"Who are you? How dare you invade my dream stranger?"

The mysterious pony revealed himself. It was Nocturne once again.

"I can go where ever I want whenever I want."

"I should have known that it would be you!"

"You should have known better."

Nocturne attacked her with his blades. Luna blocked every attack she could, but Nocturne was faster, stronger and he was more experienced with magic and with weaponry. In fact Luna could only block instead of counter attack Nocturne.

"What do you want from me!?"

She said frustrated.

"Oh nothing I am just here to make sure you will have sweet dreams!"

He then lifted up his hoof in the speed of light and a blue shadowy bolt blasted her into the wall. Nocturne grabbed her sword with his magic immediately disintegrating it with the touch of his hoof. Nocturne’s hoof turned to a claw and grabbed Luna by the neck.

"*cough*You…*cough*You won’t get away with this!*cough*."

"Oh really? See for yourself."

He flied up in the sky high enough so Luna can see her whole castle. Her castle was overuned with Nocturne’s minions. Nocturne’s minions were killing every last one of her guards and destroying her castle.

"You won’t*cough*win Nocturne! We will make sure you won’t return again!*cough*."

"Oh this is just the beginning dear Luna. I am planning on destroying Equestria and finally have my revenge on the world! I will make sure that every bit of pain that you will feel will be real!"

Nocturne’s empty hoof then had a dark aura around it. The world around them had been destroyed and there was only darkness and from nowhere a giant mouth with tentacles behind it’s back appeared ride under Nocturne and Luna.

"You see sister? The poor thing hasn’t eaten for decades and it’s hungry. And I think it’s time for you to wake up."

"You wouldn’t dare*cough*"

"Is that so?"

Nocturne then blasted her wings with his magic, immediately destroying both of her wings. Luna screamed out of pain and felt that she really was going to die.

"Just one final touch!"

He said. Then he sliced her horn with his blade. Luna felt week, her horn was bleeding and she kept crying.

"Sweet dreams, sister."

When Nocturne said that, he let go of her neck. She then immediately fell to the beasts mouth, eating her alive.

Luna woke up sweating, her heart beating and she was wounded.

"Luna!"

She run to her and then hugged her.

"My goodness what happened to you, where did all these injuries come from?!"

Luna had a lot of cuts and bruises all around her body and she was bleeding.

"It was Nocturne."

She said while crying.

"He outplayed me, there was nothing I could have done to stop him. What if Nocturne actually defeat us and destroy Equestria?"

"Don’t worry sister, as long as we are together we can do anything. And I promise you, we will find a way to defeat Nocturne!"

Luna hugged her.

"I hope you are right."
