It was just a normal day in Equestria. The birds were singing, the citizens of ponyville were cheerful and full of happiness.

Twilight just woke up in her castle after a long hour of sleeping.

"What a beautiful morning!"

She said with a smile. She then went downstairs to the kitchen to get some breakfast. There she was greeted by Spike and Starlight Glimmer.

"Good morning Twilight, how did you sleep?"

"Fine Spike thanks for asking, hello to you as well Starlight"

"it’s nice to be acknowledged thanks!"

Then the three of them had breakfast and went off doing their daily activities.

"Oh I almost forgot."
Spike said.

"What is it spike?"
Twilight asked.

Spike then pulled out a letter and gave it to Twilight

"It’s a letter from the princess."

"Ok then, thank you spike."

Twilight grabbed the letter with her magic and went to the cutie map.

She opened the letter and red it. She then said with excitement.

"Hey guys!"

"What is it Twilight?" They asked.

"It says here that we are invited along with our friends to the Grand Galloping Gala tonight. But here’s a twist, this Gala is gonna be different."

"Different how?"
Starlight asked.

"Well, it says here that tonight’s Gala is gonna include stories in high detail about Equestria’s heroes and beyond. Who knows they might even talk about Starswhril."

"Sounds awesome! I would love to go there." Starlight said
"I know right!"

She said hastily.

"It will also be a good time to meet the Princess, Starlight. She would like to see how your friendship lessons are progressing."

"Yes, she does, I can’t wait for her to see how good I have become!" She said and Twilight smiled.

"To tell you the truth Starlight you are doing very well, all these lessons that you have learnt. I am sure that Princess Celestia will be proud."

"I hope so, I don’t want to disappoint her…"

"Don’t worry Starlight, I tell her every day on high detail about our friendship lessons."

"In high detail you said?"

"Yes."

She smiled.

"Well in that case, I am kinda done."

Twilight laughed.

"Relax Starlight, it was a harmless prank nothing else."

Starlight raised an eyebrow and said with a grin.

"So making pranks to your friends is obviously a good thing now right?"

"Only when these pranks are harmless and most importantly, you must laugh with your “victim”. Not laugh at!"

"Yeah I get it."

"Anyway, spike can you go inform our friends about the party tonight?"

"Sure Twilight! Happy to help!"

And he left off.

The Night had fallen. The ponies that were invited to the Gala were at the train station ready to leave. And so was Twilight, Spike and Starlight.

"*sigh* Where are they?"
Said Spike.

"Don’t you worry Spike I am sure they will be here soon." Twilight said.

"Oh look there they are." Starlight pointed at them.

Spike and Twilight looked at the placed were Starlight was pointing and they saw their friends. All of them wearing their dresses and outfits.

"Hello darlings! You look extra beautiful today!" Rarity said with a smile.

"Hi. Thanks again for telling us to come with you Twilight." Fluttershy said with her low pithced voice.

"But of course, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere without the company of my best friends"

They both smiled.

"Wasap." Said Rainbowdash

"Well hi there RD." Applejack said.

"Hi GIRLZZZZSSS *squee*" Excited as well Pinkie pie.

"Good to see you guys are ok. Anyway let’s get inside the train and make our way to the Galla." Twilight said.

They quickly agreed and went inside the train. They got to their sits and started talking. At the middle of the discussion however Twilight noticed that Starlight was not looking so good.

"Um starlight, is there something wrong?"

Starlight then looked at Twilight and said.

"It’s just that......"

Starlight hesitated to continue.

"It’s ok Starlight you can tell me. That’s what friends do."

Starlight looked at Twilight and said with a sad tone.

"Well I had a nightmare the day before and it was pretty terrifying, I felt that I couldn’t do anything either to control my magic or my surrounding. I saw….a dark bat pony looking at me….

Twilight hugged Starlight.

"It’s ok Starlight it was a dream you are here with us now."

Starlight smiled.
"Thanks Twilight. I am glad you are here with me."

Before they could say anything else Pinkie fell from the ceiling and said.

"Whoops, sorry about that."

"Pinkie how did you….never mind not gonna ask." Starlight said with a confused tone.

"Okie dokie."

She smiled and started bouncing her way back to her sit. Starlight then gazed upon Twilight with a confused face and said.

"I still don’t know how she does that."

"To tell you the truth Starlight sometimes I don’t know either. I even once tried to figure out some things about Pinkie, but it seemed that either science wasn’t with my side or because the rules of physics don’t apply on her"

"Yes…I can image."

"You sure about that?"

"Of course I mean what did you have to do in order to finally admit Pinkie’s immuness to….everything?"

"Well, she and her Pinkie sense saved us from a Hydra at the swamps."

Starlight was surprised.

"Really?! But how did you escape from the Hydra?"

"Let’s just say that we just kept running and at some point I bursted into flames."

"But…..what do you mean you bursted into flames?!"

"I just did somehow, anyway this incident happened way before I became an Alicorn."

"Wow that long ago?"

"Yep, that long ago."

In the middle of their conversation the captain of the train could be heard shouting through the microphone.
"We have arrived at our destination, have a wonderful evening"

After that happened all of them got out of the train and went inside the Canterlot Castle .
