5 minutes later,
Buzz Cut’s Room (adjacent to Bleeding Heart’s room)

“So do you talk first, or do I talk first?” asked Rainbow Dash as she sat down on the couch of Buzz Cut’s room.
“I’ll be asking the questions here Ms. Rainbow Dash,” replied the soldier.
Taken aback by the harshness of the Earth pony’s tone, Rainbow Dash replied, “What is, this an interrogation?”
“Technically yes. However, I want you to understand, you’re not in any kind of trouble. We merely want to talk with you so that we in the Equestrian Armed Forces can understand what led to your capture and also understand what was done to you while you were in Soviet custody.”
“Okay then,” said Rainbow Dash. Thinking about the torture and mistreatment she had suffered at the hands of her former captors filled her with anxiety.
“Let’s start with your capture,” said Buzz Cut, pushing the interrogation forward. “What happened that resulted in you falling into enemy hands.?”
“While sleeping in a cave overnight, I accidentally overslept,” said Rainbow Dash embarrassed.
“Okay then, what happened then?” asked Buzz Cut.
“Realizing that it wouldn’t be safe to go out during the middle of the day out of fear of getting spotted and shot down, I choose to stay in the cave where I was at. However, that ironically resulted in me getting captured.”
“How so?”

“I would up getting captured when a group of Soviet soldiers walked into the cave. They later told me that they were looking for an escaped prisoner and that they only came upon me by accident. When they came upon me I tried to escape and in the process I got my wing shot off.”
“I’m sorry to hear about your loss,” said the Earth Pony, displaying a bit of warmth for the first time since Rainbow Dash had meet him.
“Well, thanks. “ she said in reply.
Going on with her story, she said, next I was taken into Soviet custody. I was tortured during the course of my time in their custody. That’s how I have all of these bruises and how I broke my right wing.”
“What intelligence information did you give to the Soviets?”
“I didn’t give them any accurate information about the Equestrian govt. Or about the Special Forces group that equipped and trained me for this mission. I lied to them in order to mislead them and to avoid torture.”
“That was a good choice, Ms. Dash.”
“I did however, sign a confession to espionage charges.”
“I’m well aware of that,” replied Buzz Cut. “I can’t say I blame you much. You have been through a lot. I just want to say that the Equestrian nation is thankful for the service that you did for our country.”
Rainbow Dash blushed at this . While she was normally boastful about her own greatness, for some reason she was always bashful when it came to receiving compliments from strangers. Perhaps that came from her lesson at the hands of the “Mare-Do Well.” nonetheless, she thanked Buzz Cut for the compliment.
“Is there anything else you need to know, sir?” she asked.
Buzz Cut looked at the watch on his arm and shook his head. “It’s getting late Ms. Dash. Tomorrow we have a flight back to Equestria. Someone from the Equestrian govt. Will contact you to learn more about the details of your ordeal in the Soviet Union. I think it would be best if you took advantage of the coming hours to rest.”
“Thank you sir,” she replied before walking out on him.
