Ice is a tough as nails survivor of war. A disabled veteran of Equestria’s most elite Special Forces unit, turned agent of justice. When she is assigned an investigation involving a group of U.S. Marines who flew into Crystal Empire airspace, it looks like it’s going to be a cut and dried case of navigational error. But Ice soon realizes something much more sinister is lurking underneath. Now, she’ll have to work undercover to take on a system that doesn’t want her to find the truth. A system in which she’ll have to navigate a web of lies, distortions, and missing evidence. Where she’ll have to confront a devious JAG officer and a corrupt police chief. But she’ll also have to confront herself as the case awakens her own inner demons. Demons that want nothing more than to take revenge for what happened to her two decades ago …
