While I was out last night, I should have stopped by the library to get more books.  Hindsight, I guess.  Nice night, though, even if I didn't get around to it.  Sounded like Princess Twilight was working late again.  Explosions seem almost normal now.

9:35 am

Sweetie's buying mint.  I should stop by the candy shop later and see what she's making.

12:50 pm

Perfect time to go to the candy shop.

1:20 pm

I shouldn't have gone to the candy shop!  When Lamplight came by looking for me, Daisy and Lily set me up on a date!  How am I supposed to get out of this!?

Do I really want to?

2:30 pm

I guess one date won't hurt.  At the very least, it'll give me an excuse to finally brush him off.  Is it weird that my feelings are so mixed?  At least they scheduled it for eight tonight, so I don't have to sit through dinner.

6:30 pm

Stupid date.  It's all I could think about all afternoon.  I should have a shower and get ready.

8:40 pm

Okay, he's not as bad as I thought.  In public, Lamplight actually seems pretty charming, but we'll have to see if his creepy factor has lightened up.  He took me to the tavern, a nice public place to get a drink and talk.  The daffodil brew is good.

I'm writing this as I wait for him to get back from the restroom.  He asked me what I liked to do, and I said I liked to go for walks.  He smiled and said, "Why don't we go for one, then?"  I can't really say no, after literally just saying that's what I like.  Ugh.  Just one nighttime stroll.
