Twisted Fate
Chapter 16: In Which One Enjoys Victory and Revenge
Previous Chapter Next ChapterMax went through the next morning not certain what to think. Many things were the same, such as the sisters throwing veiled jabs and Luna flirting with him. Others changed. During the morning bath the alicorn insisted on washing him down and had him return the favor, including preening her wings afterward. During breakfast, he found Luna taking from his plate and offering bites of her own meal, much to Celestia's chagrin. Even when walking down the hallways to the dining room she was more physical, pressing against him as they walked or brushing a wing against his side.
'She's certainly following through on her words,' he thought morosely.
The mare's actions just left him feeling worse about his part in the fiasco. He was careless, dismissing a pony claiming a noble title as a poof and looking down on her. In return the noble challenged him to a duel, a duel that Luna publicly accepted in his place while also stating that she considered the changeling to be of her flock, her family. He had to step up to keep pace with what Luna was doing for him, but he also had to be cautious. With his name tied to Luna's now, any misstep on his part would be against her reputation. That wasn't what he wanted to do to a young ruler of a fledgling kingdom.
"If you two don't mind, I'd like to grab one or two serving ponies and a few Knights after breakfast. I'd like to make sure we have clean bandages ready, not just for this duel but for the trip. I'll talk to some of the Knights about first aid basics as well."
Celestia was radiating confusion but nodded, rising and opening the door to speak to the serving pony outside.
Luna on the other hoof, her emotions swirled.
"Max, you may address us as you have in the past here. We understand you may feel confused after our talk but we, we enjoy speaking to a pony who does not fear what they say in our presence. We merely ask you to be cautious around the nobility."
The stallion nodded mutely, idly noting he had been using a spoon with no issue while his mind was elsewhere. Maybe the trick was not to think about it.
"Lemon, we would like you to retrieve anything Maximus requests. Find another to aide you as well. The changeling will be instructing several Knights on some as yet unnamed medical skills. Ah, Lance. Gather a few of the other knights and meet with Maximus in the training yard. If he asks you to help with something, do so. Yes, you can report any strange requests afterwards."
Turning from the door, Celestia looked over to the stallion.
"Max, Lemon will help you. Tell her what you need and Lance will lead you to the training yard. After you arrive, he will gather some knights for you to teach."
Rising from his seat with a nod, Max excused himself before walking out the door.
"Luna?" The white mare asked as she returned to her seat. "What was that about?"
"We believe that he is feeling guilty about our planned duel. He feels as if he failed us," the smaller alicorn explained. " We spoke last night of our cultures, the differences and similarities of families. Humans apparently are more likely to follow the unicorn family style. The males also tend to be the heads of the family and involved in matters of honor, so-"
"So he feels as though his duties are being usurped?" Celestia asked, taking her place at the table once more.
"We are uncertain. He was certainly distressed about the duel last night. He said his people used them in the past to settle affairs of honor but they have fallen out of practice in many areas. Mayhap the idea of blood is unsettling to him? Strange for a creature that claims to have been omnivorous, but it is possible," Luna answered before taking a sip of her water.
"Ah yes, he said that we would require a forge for metalcraft so we asked him to accompany you on your journey. He will likely stay in the village gathering what information he deems useful while you remove the threat. He will require paper and...he said pan-sils I believe. Ink will have to do though, we are uncertain what such things are."
"Luna, we watched over you for several years. We do not require a baby sitter," the white mare grumped.
"Neither of us wish to leave the keep unoccupied to deal with this threat, so one of us must stay. We cannot go with you, Tia, so let us send somepony we trust. If nothing else, he can provide instruction on caring for the wounded. In fact, we believe you could catch his lesson if you hurry. Remember what Starswirl said, 'Tis better to-'"
"'To know and not require the information than to need it and find yourself lacking.' We remember," Celestia sighed.
Luna slowed in her eating, lowering her utensils.
"This is the first time you are going out to lead the knights, Tia. The bandits, sometimes they do not wish to entreat with you. Sometimes they will attack you on sight, hoping to kill as many of your warriors as they can before you even know they are there. It is why we wish you to take Max with you. We would feel better knowing he is near you."
"He is still clumsy. He can barely walk up stairs, let alone do battle with bandits," Celestia scoffed.
"Perhaps," Luna admitted," but his shell gives him a natural durability you are dismissing, and his strength grows with our own. He will also be carrying some of his honey with him. Should a unicorn suffer from magical shock, it could save them."
"Honey?" Celestia asked in confusion.
"Well, bee honey is a gel-like substance the insects use to store food, and Max is...reminiscent of an insect and produces a gel-like substance to store food, so we just started thinking of it as changeling honey. What would you call it?"
The white alicorn chewed the information over before shrugging.
"We suppose it will work. Just be certain he has enough. We shall not have him feeding off of us."
"You don't need to love him, you know. I believe he draws strength from all emotion. If the group of ponies he is with is happy, he will be stronger for it. If you were to even accept his presence as you would a friend, he would be stronger," Luna explained.
"The intercourse is merely a bonus."
"Luna!"
<-(0)->
Max poured over a few illustrations of pony anatomy that one of the maids, Lavender, had delivered amongst all the other things he'd asked for.
Sheets of cloth cut into long strips, a pot of water that was currently over a fire and being brought to a boil, several (relatively)clean bags to hold the boiled cloth and keep it as sterile as was possible in his current situation, a jar of the most potent fermented liquid the ponies could find and several sticks and strong segments of fabric.
As he'd feared he couldn't make heads or tails of the script in the scroll, a flowing language that was apparently a prime example of unicorn script. Still, he had enough general knowledge of anatomy to be able to spot the major organs and confirm their placement. There was scant little information on the circulatory system though.
"Too small to see most of it? I would think they'd do more to keep track of it, though it may just be this scroll. Problem with not being able to read it, I guess. "See scroll seven, part three for the circulatory system"" he muttered, rolling it up to the best of his ability and moving to check the water. Seeing that it was at a boil, he tossed the strips of cloth that were to be the bandages as well as the line he was going to hang them on to dry and a small chunk of soap. Airborne germs and pathogens would be an issue, but there was only so much he could do. He'd just confuse them if he started talking about clean rooms. As an afterthought, he had a pony bag a line of needles and lower them into the boiling pot as well. Sutures...what was the thread made of and could it be cleaned easily?
"What do you guys use for stitching? No I don't mean stitching clothes. I mean if someone gets their leg ripped open with a large gash."
"Just thread," Pike answered, watching the changeling curiously. "Why are you cooking all this stuff? If you asked us to taste it, I'm going to have to decline."
"It's a form of cleaning," Max answered, using a wood stick to stir the mixture and hanging it from a post so it didn't lie on the ground. "Just as cooking food and boiling water makes them safer for consumption cleansing the utensils you use to clean and care for injuries reduces the chance of infection. The threat after battle is infections, which are caused by tiny animals that enter the body through injuries. By cleaning the wounds with an antiseptic, like alcohol, and covering them with clean bandages you reduce the risk of infection.
"There will always be those who get hurt, both in general and in combat, and while you're fighting there's only so much you can do to help them. Many knights and foot soldiers who were injured and later pulled from the battlefield died to infection due to all the blood and...other things on the battlefield. Lance, did you get the sticks and linen I asked for?"
"Right here," the blue maned stallion answered as he hoofed Max the sticks and wraps.
"Awesome. Does anyone here know what a tourniquet is?" He asked, seeing two hooves being raised, one surprisingly enough being the maid, Lavender.
"For those of you who don't know, a tourniquet is a simple device used to stop bleeding. It is a stop-gap method, as too long with it on can cause damage. The damage can range from permanent loss of feeling in the limb to complete loss of the limb. However, when choosing between losing part of your leg or losing your life, the argument for its use gains quite a bit of momentum.
"My father told me that a tourniquet is whatever you can get a hold of and wrap around a limb. A belt, a rope, some fabric strips and sticks," he said, gesturing to the materials Lance had given him " it's all useable, it can all be used to save a life. Twist, you said you know how to use them, can you demonstrate? Afterwards I'd like to see you use one, Lavender. I may ask some of you to teach others of your tribe how to do this as well. Unicorns may have the easiest time I think but everyone should be capable of applying one of these."
The group spent the rest of the morning working with the tourniquets, teaching any late arrivals and any who were interested in learning how to use them. Even though he already was knowledgeable of the devices, Max found himself having trouble. His hooves were just too clumsy to handle the device the way he was used to and he was forced to use a two-hoof method, an issue when your hooves are larger than everyone else's. While a few knights were skeptical at the usefulness of the simple bands of cloth, the word of some of their peers persuaded them and soon most of the knights were capable of using them. A quick break for lunch was followed by a group discussion on medical scenarios, Lavender once more surprising the changeling with her knowledge of several local plants that could be used to treat burns and even poison. Several knights also offered home remedies, everything from treating stomach aches to fighting illnesses and infections.
The booze was a bust though, not nearly potent enough to be useful as either a painkiller or an antiseptic. He'd have to look for a way to fix that.
"So what about yourself?" a stallion asked as he removed a tourniquet from his own foreleg. "That shell would stop anypony from using one of these things on you."
The changeling looked at his foreleg, thinking about the possibilities. It was true, the shell could prevent many injuries, but pressure points and tourniquets wouldn't help him much either.
"I...worse case scenario, maybe shatter the shell around the area you're applying it, or find a way to remove the shell. I don't think that would be feasible though. It would probably be excruciatingly painful. I think...that may work. I may have a solution built in."
Thinking back to the sensations from a few days prior, he picked up a jar and, carefully so as not to shatter it, choked out a wad of the green adhesive.
"I may be able to use this in a pinch. I'd have to see if it blocks water though. Normally I wouldn't dream of using something like this because of sanitation, but life and limb outweighs that I think."
"Built in armor, built in way to stop major injuries from bleeding out, anything else you get in that package?" Pike called to him in amusement.
"Goggles," he answered, flipping the membranes over his eyes. "I don't know how tough they are, but they keep water out of my eyes if nothing else. I also can sense locations based on what you're feeling. Happy or sad, the more powerful the emotions you're feeling, the easier I can find you. If you're trying to find someone, I think having a changeling on your side would be pretty useful.
"Trade off with the detection is that when some of you guys were directing hateful glares at me after the princesses' training, I felt physically ill. I'm almost worried what hatred would do to me. That, and if I ever end up stranded on an island, I'm going to die no matter how trained in survival I am. I can't survive without other beings to supply me with emotions. Other than that, I know that changelings are supposed to be shape shifters, but I don't know how to use that ability."
"You'd almost be scary if you weren't so clumsy," Pike said with a laugh. "I saw you trip down a flight of stairs the other day. Were you born yesterday?"
"No, but I wasn't a quadruped last week," Max shot back. "It's been kind of weird walking around on all fours instead of just two legs. I'm getting there though."
"Hey, you owed me the full story of that Icarus guy. Why he was a bad pony to think about while learning to fly?"
"I guess I can, oh, good afternoon Princess Celestia," the changeling said, rising and giving a slight bow as Celestia approached. "I was just about to give them a bit of a story from home. Not a happy one, but a lesson none the less. Would you be interested?"
"We had arrived for the lesson, but if we are too late we will hear the tale. Court is quiet at the moment on account of the nobles being preoccupied and we have taken Luna's strategy for our own, leaving the knights in the courtroom to come to us in the event of an emergency."
Max nodded.
"If you know how to use a tourniquet you didn't miss much. That was what we spent most of the time doing. Anyone here can run you through it if you'd like. Other than that, I gave a few ideas for keeping wounds clean and preventing infection then discussed what they knew about local medicine."
Taking a place near the center of the group he tapped his chin as he tried to recall the details of the story.
"Icarus was a young man, a male human, who along with his father was imprisoned after his father angered the ruler of the country they were residing in. His father, Daedalus, was an amazing inventor, creating many wonders and even fashioning a trap that kept a horrible beast from escaping to terrorize the country. Wishing to escape their prison, Icarus' father created a pair of wings out of wax and feathers gathered from the local birds. They worked splendidly, but his father warned the young man to be weary of flying too close to the heat of the sun, as well as too close to the ocean where the spray of the waves could soak the wings. Icarus followed his father from their prison and soon found himself soaring above the ocean, a feeling no mortal on Earth had ever experienced before. So great was his joy, he pushed himself onward, soaring to even greater heights than he'd ever imagined.
"He failed to heed his father's warning though, and flew too close to the sun. The heat of the sun melted the wax of the wings, allowing the feathers to come loose and leaving Icarus with naught but his wax-covered arms," a few pegasi snorted at that, but the stallion pushed on. "Flapping his arms in panic, he could not save himself. His father watched helplessly from a distance as his son dropped like a stone out of the sky. Icarus was claimed by the seas, never to be seen again. That, Pike, is why I do not think the song Flight of the Icarus is a good one to have on your mind while learning how to fly."
"The sun doesn't work like that!" a pegasus shouted from the back, followed by a few other jeers from the feathered ponies.
"Oh, I am well aware of that," Max responded. "However when the story was created, they had never reached the heights pegasi are capable of reaching. They could only guess that the higher you were and closer you were to the source of heat and light, the warmer it became."
"That was a rather bleak tale," Celestia said, looking fairly disappointed. "Are all tales from your home so dreary?"
"Many of the Greek myths are. Greeks were more about telling stories about things you shouldn't do and the consequences thereof, I think. Icarus is the person who pushes too far, meddling in things he shouldn't and being punished for doing so. Prometheus was cited for stealing fire from the gods and giving it to mortals; he was punished severely by the gods for his deeds with eternal suffering. Oedipus' father attempted to avoid fate by having his son, who an oracle said would kill him, left in the wilds. His son was given to a servant who couldn't follow through and left him to be raised by farmers. His son grew to full maturity and later, after hearing from the same oracle that he would kill his father, left home and went to the city of his birth. On the way, his birth-father nearly drove Oedipus off the road. Having almost been killed, Oedipus killed the man in retaliation, not learning until much later that it was his birth-father."
"That's horrible!" Lavender exclaimed.
"It is, but it leaves you with a question. If the king had not attempted to subvert fate, nor had Oedipus tried to avoid it as well, would the same outcome occur? Or was their fate sealed from the beginning? There's more to the tale and there are many others besides. The Greek myths are some of the more known stories that were being passed around where I grew up. Do you have myths and legends?"
"The, the only one I can think of is that of The Weaver," an earth pony mare stated, tapping her armored hoof on the ground. "A many-limbed mare that weaves the fabric of fate. Each life is a thread, to be cut from the tapestry when their time is concluded. Her work continues forever and only she knows where the future will lead us. Only she knows the pattern she wishes to weave."
"Interesting. Spiders and beings with spider-like qualities often come up with powers tied to fate if I remember correctly, thus allowing for phrases like 'the web of fate' or 'the threads of fate'. I think ancient Egyptians had a god or goddess that was associated with spiders but I can't remember at the moment."
A burst of activity from the entrance to the training yard interrupted any further conversation as a large group of nobles poured into the area, chattering loudly amongst themselves. A few flaps from above signaled the arrival of Luna as well, the alicorn landing lightly beside the gathered guards and approaching her sister.
"Good afternoon, Tia. Did you learn anything interesting?"
"Only that the changeling's culture is capable of being as twisted as his horn," the white mare responded, directing a quick smile at Max. "Otherwise it is things we were already taught."
The changeling nodded.
"We also had a few of the knights as well as Lavender talking about home remedies. I'd like to get those recorded in the future if it's not too much trouble. Never know when they may be useful."
The younger mare looked to the knights before turning back to the stallion.
"Max, we do this of our own desire to help you. We were worried about this announcement but now that it has passed we relish the chance to speak freely of our affection. You have already aided us immensely and continue to do so. We are aware that our emotions are open to you, do not allow your fear for our wellbeing to blind you to the fact that we exult in this opportunity to repay you for your aid."
With that said the mare kissed him before turning around and walking to the ring.
Most idle chatter in the courtyard dropped off as Luna stepped into one of the practice rings. Max and Celestia were watching from several paces away, a few sterilized bandages in a bag by the changeling's side. A few Knights had been assigned to pass on knowledge of tourniquets to anyone else that displayed interest, otherwise they had been dismissed.
The changing watched as Luna calmly tested a blade, neither her face nor her emotions betraying any sort of anxiety. He wasn't certain if it was because she was certain the mare wouldn't show or because the alicorn was certain she would win. Either way it boosted his own confidence.
To his surprise Lady fortune did show up. She was by herself though and while she carried herself with a sense of superiority he could feel the underlying fear she was experiencing. He tightened his lips, refusing to say anything else to the noble; that's what put him in this situation in the first place.
"Lady Fortune," Luna greeted neutrally. "Where is your second? You mentioned last night you would be using one."
"She is away," the mare answered. "I had, forgotten of a mission I had assigned her days before."
"A shame. You still wish to pursue your case against Maximus? We are prepared to put our blood on the line in his stead and are ready to begin when you are," the alicorn said, moving to a spot marked in the training circle.
The smaller mare nodded and entered the circle. She accepted a blade from a knight and gave it a few test swings with her magic. Taking her place opposite the alicorn, she took a calming breath and crossed blades with her opponent.
A single noblemare walked up to the circle, clearing her throat.
"This is the duel between Lady Certain Fortune and Princess Luna over the perceived insults to Lady Fortune's honor. Princess Luna, do you stand here willingly in the place of...the, uh-"
"Maximus the changeling. We do," the Alicorn supplied.
The mare nodded.
"Lady Fortune, will you withdraw this challenge?"
"N-no."
"Then at my mark, the participants shall begin," the mare said, turning and walking a safe distance out of the training circle. Raising her hoof, the noble dropped it with a shout of "begin!"
Certain Fortune charged forward with a shout, swinging her blade in a wide slash. Luna stopped back, allowing the blade to pass by before stabbing forward. Fortune twisted, avoiding the attack before bringing her blade full circle for another swing.
This time Luna pulled her own blade back and deflected it skyward. While the blade continued on its new orbit, the alicorn made two more stabs for the unicorn, one to her barrel and the other to her foreleg. Jumping back to avoid the second thrust, Fortune made a third slash with her orbiting blade, her horn blazing brighter as she attempted to speed the sword up and cut down on its down time. Once more Luna deflected it skyward, this time giving it an almost vertical orbit.
Luna made three another set of attacks at the unicorn, but it was already over. With a thud Certain Fortune's orbiting blade struck the field, embedding itself into the packed soil somewhere behind the unicorn.
Feeling her magic jerk to a stop, Certain jumped backwards and to the right, looking behind her to see her blade lodged in the dirt. She made a grab for it with her mouth, hoping to use her momentum to free it in time, but Luna was already moving forward.
There was a single swipe of a blade wrapped in blue magic followed by a shout of pain and the fight was over.
Raising the blade, Luna offered the now reddened edge to the noblemare standing over the duel. The mare nodded and cleared her voice.
"The call for blood is answered and it has been Lady Certain Fortune's blood that answered. This matter of honor shall no longer be pursued, nor shall any of the involved use it as reason to seek recompense in the future."
Max stared.
No, he outright gawked in confusion as Luna gave the blade to a knight and headed his way. Certain Fortune was weeping as she limped off of the circle, a knight approaching the mare with one of the clean bandages and offering to wrap the injury for her. Deciding to ignore the noblemare for now, he turned to look the alicorn over.
"We are unharmed," Luna said with a smile. "You shall have to find another to test your knowledge of medicine on."
Max gestured to the unicorn that was being treated by a knight and Luna giggled.
"We wonder, what would she say if she knew it was you who had the bandages prepared before the duel?" she asked thoughtfully.
"Speaking of the duel, that was it?" he asked quietly, still confused.
"Of course. 'Twas a demand of blood and blood has answered. We would be within our rights to pursue a public declaration of forgiveness from her, but we are uninterested in it. She may not even remain in the keep after dinner."
"And if she had won?" he ventured.
"She would be within her rights to make a demand of recompense and you would be required to meet that demand. It could be anything from asking for trinkets or land to demanding the loser submit to their flock," the alicorn explained. "As we accepted the duel as your second, she would be able to make the demand of either of us."
Max cocked his head while watching the group of nobles depart.
"I...can't say I'm disappointed by your definition of a duel."
"They are different in your own culture?" The alicorn asked, leading him with a wing out of the training yard.
Max nodded, picking up a bag with several jars in it and moving after Luna.
"A call for blood wasn't answered until blood was spilt. In other words, the duel was to injury or death, often the latter. Swords, pistols, knives, even jousting, which was more for sport than for killing, often ended with one or both participants dead. I'm relieved that it wasn't as dangerous as I thought it would be, but it-"
"It was very dangerous actually. It plays to your suspicions of her assumed title of course, but she had almost no training. Any unicorn trained with a blade could tell you orbiting your weapon like that is a foolish technique. It leaves you without a means to defend yourself after each attack and with a few simple deflections your orbit can be altered," Luna lectured.
"And an untrained opponent can be as dangerous as any other, right? If she lost control of that sword, it could have killed someone."
"Correct."
"Where did you learn swordplay?" he asked as they entered the castle.
"Starswirl, believe it or not," the mare answered. "He used practice duels between Tia and ourself to familiarize the both of us with our new abilities. We needed to learn to wield our magic to hold the blade properly, while our sister was required to maintain altitude. If one of us started to improve quickly, the other would strive to keep up. Thus we drove each other to quickly grow in our new skills."
"Huh, so both of you were required to split your attention between skills you had mastered and skills you were completely new to. That's pretty clever. It would prevent the two of you from teaching each other though, wouldn't it? I would think that the competition would drive the two of you to try to sabotage each other," the changeling pointed out.
"You would be incorrect. The two of us were actually very interested in improving each others skills. After all, we were working together to defeat Discord at the time. The duels were merely a way to test our growth. If we began to have trouble with a particular sort of casting, Tia would spend extra time talking us through it. If our sister was having difficulty with a maneuver, we would give her additional instruction. Most of Starswirl the Bearded's lessons involved history and book learning, not magic. Even when he did teach us magic, both of us were required to master it before he moved on. Teleporting, how to ground spells and lighting, we even discussed the possibility of dimensional travel. Tia was more involved in his travels than we were, the spell books he had were just too interesting for us to pass up."
Luna opened the door to her own personal room, allowing the changeling inside before closing the door.
"Of course, now we have new lessons to learn," the alicorn said with a smirk as she moved to her bed.
"I suppose that now you're looking for a reward for your hard work?" Max asked, carefully dropping his bag before following her onto the bed. He circled around behind Luna and waited for her to get comfortable. That way he could best decide where to position himself for the task ahead.
"If only it were so simple," she lamented as she finally extended her right wing. "We are still required to be present for dinner later this evening. We shall sadly be limited to preening for now."
Max nodded, accepting the offered wing and beginning to go over the feathers once more. The battle had been quick, so not many feathers were ruffled or out of place. The changeling found preening an odd cross of mind-numbingly boring and soothingly relaxing. The fact that Luna tended to radiate a warm blend of love and happiness that just filled him right up. He could probably live on that bliss alone, actually.
After finishing the mare's left wing as well, once more having to fight with her for it as she'd fallen asleep again, he walked over to the door and peeked outside. He didn't see any ponies around but could taste one nearby, so he walked off to find it.
"Right around...excuse me? How long until the evening meal? Princess Luna is sleeping, and I'd like to know when to wake her."
The maid jumped, nearly screaming when she first laid eyes on him. She calmed down after a moment and looked out the window.
"I, I believe it will be another hour or so. Princess Celestia had said something about preparing her sister a bath after her activities this day, so we were planning on waking her before too long."
"Excellent. Knock when the bath is ready, I'll wake her," Max said with a smile, drawing an uneasy one in return from the serving mare.
Following the powerful emotions that could only be the blue alicorn, he soon found his way back to her room. Closing the door softly, he carefully climbed back up on the bed and looked her over. How to do this, how to make it interesting...
Looking to the bag beside the bed, an idea quickly formed in his mind. She'd likely be a bit confused, but he didn't think the mare would object.
<-(0)->
'Such a wonderful dream,' Luna thought as she woke up. She was being given a very enjoyable rut by the changeling, the stallion holding her tightly as he pleasured her in so many ways. A blush tinged her cheeks, she'd even dreamed about some of the things he'd told her, about being tied up and-
The mare blinked in confusion, or at least tried to. Her eyes were covered by something. Her hooves were currently immobile as well, held to what felt like the headboard of her bed. A quick tug showed they gave a little, but something was keeping them in place, something...sticky?
'He, he isn't using that gel to...by the stars I think he is!'
A sort of panic settled over her and she ignited her magic in an attempt to pull the goop on her face away only to have the power sputter out, revealing the sensation of a layer of something covering the mare's horn. That was when she finally noticed the motion. A slow, almost methodical gyration that was grinding inside of the deepest reaches of her marehood.
The changeling was currently deep inside her. As far as she could tell he'd been inside her the entire time.
'Perhaps he is still upset about, about our prank on him.'
She felt him slow in his movements, laying across her stomach and barrel before placing his muzzle near her ear.
"Evening princess, I remembered your little joke from earlier and thought, hey, why not use this opportunity? It's a great way to both get some revenge, as well as teach Luna a little about bondage. What do you think?"
The alicorn let out a muffled reply, shaking her head and flapping her wings. The movements did nothing for her though, as she was currently on her back. The wings beat uselessly against the bed while her mouth remained sealed.
"What's that? Go faster?" the stallion asked mockingly. "Why certainly!"
Luna felt herself clench needily as he began to pick up the pace. She wasn't certain how long he'd been slowly rutting her in her sleep but going by how sensitive she felt to his every movement it wasn't something he'd just started. Each thrust into her velvet folds ended with a wet impact, her nether lips drooling and coating her intruder with a thick layer of mare cum with every thrust. One particularly hearty impact caused her to give a muffled yelp, drawing a chuckle from the stallion even as he began nipping at her neck.
"You're adorable like this. Underneath me, unable to even ask for the time of day," he whispered into her ear as he rutted her. "You already came once in your sleep, you know. It was beautiful to watch. All of that cum, just pouring out of you. Your muzzle twisting into the most contented smile..."
Luna flushed in embarrassment and arousal. That wet dream had been him. He'd been pleasuring her in her sleep, possibly already rutting her even as she dreamed those dirty scenes. A brief flash of worry caused the changeling to slow and she realized the truth of her situation. He wouldn't hurt her even like this. He could taste her emotions. If anything scared her, he'd know before she was even aware of what she was afraid of. All she had to do was accept it. Accept her rutting like the good mare she was. She'd pay him back for this later of course, but for now, oh she was going to enjoy it.
"Oh? Decided to just accept your lot as my little fuck-toy? To be a good little mare and listen to your stallion?" he asked into her ear.
She nodded, her blush increasing even as her wings flared almost painfully against the bed. It felt so good, he was just so deep and going, going faster all the time. She bucked, her hind legs finding his flank and trying to pull him deeper into her body even as her forelegs tensed against their restraints. The headboard creaked in protest of her movements, but she was oblivious. The rings, his rod, his teeth on her neck, that was all she was certain of in the world.
"Good girl. After this we'll bathe and then go to dinner. Then, then I'll have you all to myself for the rest of the night. Then I'll rut that cute little ring of a butt you have until you can't sit anymore. I'll rut you until you can't think of anything but me, rut you until your world is nothing but pleasure," he growled into her ear, his pace still increasing. "Now listen to me, Luna. Are you listening?"
Luna nodded, her entire body shuddering with anticipation. She knew what was coming. She felt it in her folds, in her heart, in the electric sensations roiling through her body, running up and down her spine. She waited for it, she needed it.
"Listen," he grunted, his thrusts lingering inside of her longer each time," listen to me, Luna. Don't you dare finish yet."
The alicorn flinched, her need for the pleasure of climax suddenly interrupted by this strange order. Don't finish? She was so close!
"Don't, finish until I say. You better not, or you'll be punished. It, it won't be the fun kind of punishment either. No you, don't want to upset me, do you?"
Luna shook her head, biting back her moan. It wasn't easy, but she fought against the pleasure. He wanted her to do so, so she did. Each thrust, each time his rings scraped against her as they entered and exited her body. Each time her flanks shuddered from the impact of his thighs against her rear. She fought it, she tightened her entire body and fought it off. She clenched her teeth, her entire body shuddering as the stallion worked her slick marehood. She held on for as long as she could. Feeling herself loosing control, she whimpered pitiably and fought back the tears forming in her eyes. She had to hold it, he told her to hold-
"Come for me, Luna. Finish with me," the changeling grunted, thrusting deeply inside of her and filling her body with a beautiful warmth.
The mare gave a muffled scream as her orgasm struck, her entire body shuddering and clenching as the pleasure she'd been fighting against took her body. The stallion was wrapped tightly around her, his fangs falling just shy of sinking into her shoulder as her world went white. She felt herself seize up, a horrid cracking noise from somewhere reaching her disinterested ears. She smelled something burn, but it didn't matter. She felt the changeling release her from his jaws, his tongue carefully running over her neck even as her mind attempted to restart.
Everything felt wonderful. Everything was amazing.

Max stared down at the insensate alicorn with a broad smile. He was still panting with effort, but judging by the fact that he'd never seen the mare convulse like that during an orgasm, it had been powerful.
A quick look at her cracked headboard and his grin dropped a little. Maybe a bit too powerful.
Still, it had been fun, it felt great, and most importantly Luna had liked it. Flawless Victory. Now he just had to remove the adhesive and-
"Luna? Are you asleep again? We had a bath prepared. We shall be having dinner in about an hour."
Max blanched, looking down at the alicorn on the bed. Luna was still out of it, the aftershocks of her orgasm still visible in muscle spasms in her wings and hind legs. His dick was still buried inside her, the mare's canal holding him in a vice-like grip that was relaxing ever so slowly as she came down from her high.
Luna would not be saying anything more than mumbles for a few more minutes at least.
"Uh, uh, think think think, what do you do?" Max mumbled, looking about the room. Closing his eyes, he sighed. It was worth a shot.
"We are awake, Tia. We will be along shortly," he yelled to the door, his voice actually being a reasonable impression of the mare's.
'I can't believe that works. Oh please leave, oh please leave, oh please have learned your lesson.'
It was not to be. Celestia opened the door and peeked in, a kind smile that slowly faded as her nose picked up the scent of arousal saturating the room. Looking towards the bed, her face flushed as she caught sight of the changeling currently...
"If our sister is harmed-"
"Oh get out!" Max yelled, his voice still a match to the currently gagged mare. "If she was scared or hurt I'd get sick. The only way I can do this is if she enjoys it! Go! Get out! If you barge in again, I'm going to paste you to the wall and make you watch!"
"Luna would never-"
"I can guarantee she'd help. She'd find it hilarious and you know it. She'd probably talk to you the entire time, telling you exactly what we were doing and how it feels," Max interrupted.
Celestia blushed profusely before retreating, casting one last glare at the stallion.
"We will speak to her at dinner, if she is harmed-"
"Out!"
Max sighed in irritation, finally pushing off of the mare's barrel and pulling himself free. The blue alicorn giggled a bit, her hooves wrapping around herself in a hug as her mind finally began to clear. Max leaned back over her and kissed her, running his tongue over the adhesive to remove it. It turned out it could be saved for later if you didn't mind licking what you stuck it to. Removing enough for Luna to open her mouth, she let loose a giggle.
"We would, find it hilarious if Tia were to be stuck to the wall during our, our passions," she panted, her muzzle twisting into a dumb grin.
"Yea, I kind of figured you'd like that," the changeling admitted, eyes widening when he found his voice hadn't changed back.
Luna gave off another burst of giggles, but the stallion's shoulders slumped.
"Shit, how do I turn it off?" he muttered.
