Epilogue

*Location: Canternlot Castle, 1 Month Later*

It has been over 1 month since it all ended, Seer was gone and the world was finally at peace. Today marks the loss of a dear friend, but also a new beginning.

Blaze sat looking at himself in the mirror as he sighed. Neckros was busy cleaning Erika, Loki looked like his suit was cleaned to perfection and Serafin dawned her golden armour.

“I know you’re watching, Overlord, I know that I can’t stop looking for answers, or for you,” Blaze thought before Loki tapped his shoulder

“Stop. Thinking. It’s bad for you,” He mocked as Blaze rolled his eyes and moved to face them all

“Sorry, but I can’t help but wonder what he’s planning, I know this is far from over, but…” Blaze trailed off as Loki patting him on the head got his attention

“Well for now, let’s enjoy these mortals praising us for a job well done, that and for Pinkie,” Loki said normally as the rest all nodded as Blaze sighed heavily before activating his armour

“Let’s do this,” He said as they walked towards the door before Blaze stopped "I can think! ain't nothing wrong with that!?"

"Oh gods its worse than we thought," Loki mumbled to the rest as they nodded in agreement as Blaze's eye twitched before he burst out in anger

"I swear if you weren't under a contract, i'd kill you, Loki!" He yelled as he laughed whist avoiding the swings of his punches

As the massive doors opened, everyone looked to see the group walk in. Loki and Oak were at the back, Serafin and Neckros were in front and Blaze leading, his gaze in his armour kept looking at the new leader of Equestria, Twilight.

As they approached, Twilight and the others smiled brightly at them as they waited for them to stand at attention and then Twilight began.

“There’s many things that ive learned over the years, a lot ive gained over the years from all the help of my friends and family. But when I see you all, I am reminded of how much Friendship and happiness means to all individuals.”

“From Nightmares and cyborgs. To Humans and Gods. From friends to loved ones. It is with this honour as your ruler, your friend, that I knight you all as saviors of this world and beyond its borders.”

“You have all fought for so much, there’s nothing I truly give, other than my deepest respect and kindness.”

With that everyone cheered for the gang as the all bowed to Twilight, Neckros giving Blueblood, who was standing in the corner as he glared that them, a wink as he spat and walked away.

Then the room fell silent again as Twilight motioned for Blaze to speak as he gulped and slowly he began.

“I'm not someone who should be seen as the hero, for ive never done anything that heroic and i doubt i ever will, fear and loss always follows someone like me, like a bad luck charm, but you know what i say to everyone here?" Blaze began as some looked at him with confusion but listened intently

"Fear is not a weakness, it only proves you're strong enough to admit it and move past it, that's why if you feel as if your back is against the wall and the shadows lurk from all sides, don't ever be sit there in fear, keep smiling because if you gave up there and then, then what was the point in fighting for so long!?"

"I'll never know if i'll see a day where i'm not constantly surrounded by shadows, i know i'll most likely die alone, but i'll keep smiling, for those i fought for, and the ones who died- no, instead for the people who i can still save, they're the heroes, because they give me the courage and will to keep trying, despite what the world thinks,"

"I'll never stop, and neither should you," Blaze ended as the room remained silent

Then slowly clapping began to echo out, then everyone, even the people behind him were cheering. Blaze felt a smile form under his mask as he saw KAI appear.

“Well said,” He said whist clapping

“I have my moments,” Blaze responded as Loki hung his arm around Blaze’s neck as Neckros jumped to his side with Serafin also. KAI also into tiny sprite form, sat on Blaze’s head and Oak sat beside them

“YEA, THE PARADOX KNIGHTS ARE HERE FOREVER!!!” Neckros yelled as Serafin rolled her eyes

"The Paradox Knights?" Blaze asked as Neckros nodded

"It be the name will be titled as for years onwards!" Neckros cheered as Loki did also, then Serafin sighed

“I still think we could have thought of a better name,” Serafin added as Blaze nudged her

“Let them have their moment,” Blaze said with a playful tone as she smiled

“Fine, then I’m taking a month off or so,” She said with a nod as the rest laughed

KAI then vanished as Blaze saw the text show up on his HUD.

“So, are you going to ask her yet?” KAI asked as Blaze sighed

“Soon, I guess it’s time for me to put the nail in the coffin then,” He said as the party went on

Then, the legend of The Paradox Knights grew to the far reaches of the world, their tales continuing to this day. As said, even the smallest spark and ignite hope in doubtful hearts, and even in the darkest of creatures.

But don’t fret, this will only last so long, so enjoy your peace, for I’ll be there to run it dry, till nothing remains. Without your guidance, what hope could you possibly have?
