Chapter 17 part 3

Final Act

*Location: Canternlot, Throne Room*

Blaze was once again knocked flying into the ground as he used his fingers to slow his tumble. When he did he looked at Seer and saw that more pieces of his old armour was falling off, his body was beginning to outlive the one he took.

“I see that you have noticed my weakness?” Seer asked as Blaze looked up at him, keeping a grip on his sword

“Yea, I can see why you latched onto me, but that body is becoming old and useless, your power is still amazing, but without a body…” Blaze trailed off

“I can only do so much damage, with a body I can physically harm beings, like you,” Seer said before vanishing

Blaze quickly cartwheeled as the claws smashed into the marble floor where he once stood. Blaze turned and blocked the two claws that tried to pierce his mask as he grunted against them strength.

Then Blaze decided it was time to use his new move. Then as Seer when to attack again, Blaze’s body turned into a holographic red version of himself as he passed through Seer, much to his surprise, then he reformed and cut Seer’s left arm off completely as he jumped away.

“Digitally turning my body temporally into code, making me untouchable by anyone ‘Not’ in the digital world,” Blaze clarified as he did it again and ran towards Seer

Seer then swung at Blaze as they phased right through his body, then Blaze’s left arm formed and punched Seer, then Blaze’s leg as he kicked him up. After reforming Blaze swung wildly at Seer as body tried franticly to tire the other out.

Seer then felt nothing but a fuzzy feeling as his chest cracked from the blast of crimson as he flew into the floor with a massive thump. Blaze then tried to impale him into the floor but Seer dodged and spoke.

*Devil’s Thorn*

Blaze’s eyes widened in shock as multiple areas of his body were impaled by the spikes as blood leaked from the wounds, then Seer walked up to his face, his red eye gazing into his very soul.

*Dark Paradox*

Then his hand glowed black as Blaze’s body was consumed by a black arc of energy as he was sent flying into rubble and dirt as it buried him alive, Seer then waited as the air grew still from the attack.

Blaze sat in the dirt as his armour slowly patched itself up again, regenerative metal, like his limbs, were used to make it, so battle damage isn’t too important, but can leave the wearer weaken if too much regeneration is used.

Blaze then clenched his fist as he felt his power begin to rise, as much as his body would refuse he kept pushing as he yell through the rubble and dirt. This got Seer’s attention as he felt Blaze’s power grow.

“I REFUSE TO LET YOU BLOODY WALK AWAY!!!” He screamed as the ground uprooted again as his fired-up body flew out of the ground, Blaze now glowed a pure white colour as Seer went to say something

*POW-CRUNCH*

Seer was sent flying into the throne as it shattered into pieces, he slowly got back up as he saw Blaze fly through a hole in the roof and followed him, his body now glowing purple-red.

Blaze then holstered his sword as he cracked his knuckles and yelled at the top of his lungs as he charged at Seer as they locked hands as they fought for control. Blaze then teleported as he kicked Seer multiple times in the back.

But Seer quickly vanished and did the same as he blasted Blaze in the back but he just shrugged it off as one hit him in the face but the Seer then got a white beam to the face as he flew upwards.

They both then charged as they traded blows and kicks as the air echoed with sonic booms, this drew everyone’s attention as they watched the fight.

“Geez, remind me never to get on his bad side,” Lucifer said as he sat upon a throne of bots

“Neckros what’s his power level?” Loki asked with a grin as Neckros laughed and pulled out a pair of shades and cut it in half, before setting it on his left eye

“It’s over…….” Neckros just kept trailing the word in astonishment

“God dammit, he’s broken again,” Loki sighed as he kept going

Blaze flew away from Seer as he used his ‘Devil’s Thorn’ again.

“If your gunna use cheap shots on me!” Blaze said as he flew forwards and locked hands again with Seer “Then fine! Cause I got one just for you!!!”

“What might that be?” Seer asked as Blaze vanished, as Seer looked around for his opponent, then as he turned back Blaze’s metal grip planted to his face as he tried to pry him off, but then saw white light blinding his eye

“AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!” Blaze then shot towards the castle again as the white light trailed behind them as he smashed the skull of the Seer into the floor as he put his other hand down and fired

*BOOOOOOOOOOM*

The area lit up with a white glow as many that survived the attack tonight made their way towards the sight where the fighting ceased. Once Loki’s team and Serafin, with the mane 5, arrived the saw a massive hole in the center of the hall as Blaze sat on his hand and knees as he panted.

“See… no sweat,” Blaze managed to say as they saw no signs of the Seer, many began to cheer as Neckros helped Blaze to his feet as he laughed

“You are officially the most badass person I know,” Neckros said with a nod as Blaze gave him a fist bump

“Blaze! Are you alright?” Dash asked as she almost tackled him

“Well I feel like I just had 10 hangovers, but fine, what about you?” He asked as she frowned slightly

“It was just bearable, those freaks wouldn’t stop trying to torture us, but then Serafin showed up and freed us, but after Pinkie...” Dash trailed off as Blaze embraced her

“For now, let’s keep smiling, for her,” Blaze said as Dash, along with the rest smiled, but then a collection gasped drew their attention

“Up there!” One yelled as they pointed up to the sky

“What is that!” Another said as Blaze’s eyes grew wide

In the air was a massive black sphere, it glowed so intensely that the world around it turned black, many began to panic as they all tried to either run or were too scared to move.

Blaze then glanced down at his hands and saw them shaking slightly, but he shook his gaze away and began to think, his power was low, so was Loki’s and the rest. What could they do? Then it dawned on him.

“His power is off the charts! How the hell can we beat that!!?” Neckros called out as the sky grew darker in colour due to the attack, as many continued to panic

Blaze stood in his armour, his eyes were closed as he spoke hollowly.

“Neckros…” Blaze called, his voice trailing off as he turned to face him as it took him a moment to think before closing his eyes and laughing lazily

“End of the line, eh?” He asked as Blaze tilted his head, a smirk present under his mask

“I guess we all have to pay our debt one day,” Blaze answered, they both knew what they had to do

The other than looked at them as they both called out

*BALENCED BLADE*

“What are you planning to do?” Loki asked as Naze looked at him with a neutral expression

“I’m going to end this, his power has climbed to the levels of the God he once was, it would take ‘Every’ inch of my power to beat him,” Naze explained as Loki nodded but it didn’t sit right with him

“Good luck then,” Loki said calmly as he smiled

“Wait, what are you planning on doing?” Dash asked, sharing the same concern as the rest as Naze looked back with a sad smile as they all felt something hit them

“We’re sorry,” Naze said but more like Neckros and Blaze as her eyes widened “Goodbye,”

Then they vanished, leaving them all to watch...

Naze then appeared just 200 yards from the attack as his he frowned and began to power up, black and white flames dance around him.

*BLAZING TRAIL: DARKENED HARMONIC FLAMES*

He then breathed in before exhaling calmly as he raised his hands.

*SERRATED EDGE: 100,000*

Then the sky became a mix of red and black as many copied swords hovered around Naze as sweat began to form on his face.

“Not. Yet.” He managed to say before chanting

“Envy. Greed. Despair. Hate. Sadness. Disloyalty. Lies. These fuel my wrath!” He manged to say as an arc of purple encased his right arm then he glared at the attack “Time to end this!”

He then flew at the speed of sound as he collided with the attack, sending flares of black energy flying with red as the 100,000 swords followed, encase Naze in a hurricane of serrated metal.

As he kept pushing his arm forward Seer watched as he easily pushed it with one arm, his armour was smashed and broken, only some pieces stayed together as his mass twisted and snapped in different angles.

“Why do you persist? If your trying to be the hero, all you’re doing is casting this world into even more pain, so why do pointlessly try and stop me?” Seer asked before hearing Naze’s voice over all the sounds

“When are you going to shut the hell up!!!” He yelled back before Seer sighed

“Give up and except your fate,” He calmly said before forcing his remaining hand down as the orb pushed Naze back as he tried to stop the impending attack

Naze continued to struggle as the sphere continued to fall, inch by inch it glowed brighter, but then Naze closed his eyes.

“I guess times up,” He thought as he vanished and appeared 100 yards from it as he powered up “I invoke my sins and my past, let only harmony come forth and grant me the power to end such darkness,”

He then paused and thought back to his friends on the ground before smirking and opening his eyes.

“Even at the cost of life!” He ended as his power grew even stronger and the he spoke one last chant

*Soul Burn*

Then the left side of his chest ignited with a small purple and blue flame as he then flew faster than the eye could track as the orb of black matter stopped, prompting the Seer to notice, then he saw the crack.

Then it cracked more, and like a web it grew and grew, entangling the orb in a thread of white lines. Then before Seer could react his attack shattered into a blinding white light as he hissed from the light.

*SHINK*

Then his eye shrunk in pain as a massive hole appeared in his chest as he twitched in pain before imploding into purple-red flames, as his body blew into the wind.

Then the attack ceased its explosion as Naze floated in the air, his body just hovering there as he wore a small smile. Then to everyone below surprise he fell vertically down towards the castle as Loki appeared and helped to slow his decent.

Then once he laid Naze down he split back into Blaze and Neckros, both unmoving. As the crowd went silent, Loki then quickly checked Blaze’s pulse and found.

Nothing.

“Shit-shit-shit, not now you dumbass, not whist we still have a contract!” He cursed as he tried to resuscitate him but nothing happened as he kept trying

Many were either staring in shock or looking away in sadness as Loki tried desperately to help, but nothing. Then he looked around, his face now irritated as he glared back at Blaze.

*BAM*

He then threw a massive punch into his chest as his body jumped but still laid still as he just grit his teeth.

“Father, dammit,” He whispered as he looked down at the floor in defeat

Dash was already over at Blaze as she held back her tears as she whispered close to him.

“Please come back, I need you… please…” She said softly as she closed her eyes in utter defeat as she felt a tear slip but then something touched her face

“It would help if Loki didn’t hit me so hard,” Came a weak voice as Dash’s eyes shot open and saw one, barely opened crimson eye looking back, this did it

She then grabbed Blaze in a tight hug as she wept into his chest as many began to cheer out to them both as Neckros shook his head in annoyance as Oak helped to sit him up.

"So... that was a thing," Neckros said as he chuckled, Blaze then smiled back

“I know, but right now… I feel very weak, and I could really use some rest,” He said as Neckros nodded and instantly fell asleep as many laughed, Blaze then pulled Dash off him

“I-I thought…” She tried to say as he smiled happily at her

“I made a promise, and it’s one I plan to keep,” He said before kissing her, much to everyone’s whistling and clapping

All Blaze could think about was her, since they first met, how even through the most difficult hardships, she stayed by him, and now it was over, finally it was over. And Blaze couldn’t be happier.
