Battle Ready Filly

Starlight and her father backtracked to the village, getting a sac filled with gold coins that was engulfed in flames (how the bag wasn't burning was anyone's guess). When they made it to the village of Spree, everyone cheered for the 'heroes', giving them praise for their selflessness and wanting to be like them, or, more specifically, like the overlord. Starlight accepted the praise, but her father sensed something that was going to be useful for not just him, but for Starlight as well. He traveled to another closed gate that was on the west side and required the minions to turn a wheel to access to.

"Careful!" The nearby villager spoke "This is the only bit of farmlands we saved from the Halflings."

"Ooh, that's bad!" Starlight replied.

"And the crops won't be ready for months!" Another villager added "We'll have starved by then!"

"Well, that's why we got you youw food back!"

"Halfling patrols are still out there, we've seen 'em going around the old workshop! Think they're keeping something in there." Starlight turned to her father.

"We going in thewe? Something good?" Her father nodded.

Something VERY good. The gates opened and they traveled inside. They followed the dirt path and followed the right path, leading to a destroyed workplace. Surrounded by fire was a smelter. Ah, a smelter! Finally! I can make the most fearsome armor that everyone will tremble in fear! He pointed to the fire. The reds absorbed the flames and the rest of the minions helped lifted the smelter. They made their way back to the village, but a halfling patrol came across.

"Halflings!" A villager yelled "Close the gates!!!" The gates closed.

Great! Gotta find another way!

"Burning time!" Starlight yelled, her horn glowed and fired a fireball as t stack of hay. It exploded and it burned the Halflings around it. She then ran to another field of dry hay, setting it on fire, and burned more Halflings. Her father with the minions saw a blockade of Halflings at a closed gate and charged, the minions doing whatever they did while he swung around wildly. They turned the wheel, and the rest of the Halflings were rock throwers, so they were easy kills for the Overlord. The minions soon brought the smelter to the waypoint where they first arrived.

Excellent, now I can have Starlight wear some proper armor of Evil! He looked down, but Starlight wasn't around. Starlight? STARLIGHT!?!?!? He ran back, following the path where he came from, and stopped, breathing in relief; Starlight was munching on some grass with the sheep around her. She looked up to her dad, chewing on some grass before swallowing.

"I was hungwy." She simply spoke. "Bwood wust doesn't halp that much." Her father chuckled evilly and carried her and picked up some flowers for her. She accepted the flowers and munched away as they made their way back to their castle.

In their castle, the castle gained the new room: a Forge. The Overlord and Starlight walked inside, seeing Gnarle inside.

"Ah, the forge, sire!" He spoke "This place has brought forth weapons that could slay Troll Kings, and Armor that can stop a dragon's breath!"

"How does it stop bad bweath?" Starlight asked. Her father chuckled as Gnarl gagged.

"Giblet has been promoted to forge master, sire. He will show you around."

"Hi, Giblet!"

"Hey." Giblet replied in a very deep voice.

"Ugh, follow Giblet to the forge chamber." Gnarl spoke "The fires are burning. You can do the rest." As soon as Gnarl left, The Overlord looked at Giblet.

"Don't worry, sire, we have your size ready!" The Overlord gently laid Starlight to the floor and pointed to her. Giblet blinked underneath his mask. "Wait... for her?" He nodded. "Um... alright, but it's gonna cost ya some-" Her father dropped the Ax and cracked his knuckles. "Some time! Yeah! That's it! Time! Uh... care to stand still, miss?"

"Yes, siw!" Starlight replied, standing as still as possible. Giblet measured her, but Starlight was proven to be quite ticklish. It took a while, but she was fully measured.

"Alright, that'll do. So, what cha want, sir?" He pointed to Starlight again. "Oh! Gotcha! How many of us do you wanna sacrifice?"

"Sacwifice?" She tilted her head in curiosity.

"Yeah... see, we minions are used to help upgrade your armor and weapons, so it's-"

"Alwight!" She went to the forge and looked at the number of minions they had. After some numbers chosen, just enough to let her father & her to still have minions around, the minions chosen gladly jumped into the forge, melting away and becoming a flow of lava that became Stalight's new armor and helmet. The two waited for a few hours, though Starlight had herself a nice nap.

"...And, there!" Giblet announced. Starlight woke up and saw her armor: It almost looked liked her father's, but not only was it a bit smoother looking, but the helmet had a hole for her horn & mane, the armor's end had a hole for her tail, legs, and there were four boots, each for her hooves. Starlight squealed, bouncing around.

"I WOVE IT!!! I WOVE IT!!! I WOVE IT!!!" She cheered. Underneath his helmet, the Overlord smiled.

How adorable. When she grows up, hopefully, she'll be just as ruthless as me..
