"If you and I are going to work together," the dark Celestia started, looking One Eye up and down. "you can't go walking around looking like this." she finished, walking a circle around the tyrant.

"What's wrong with the way I look?" he asked, lifting an eyebrow and turning his head so that he could see the alicorn.

"If you want to be a tyrannical king, you have to dress and act like one." Celestia answered, forcefully lifting his hoof and gazing at the bottom. She then took a tape measure and put it around his neck, measuring the diameter. "Let me see what I have." she said to herself, turning to a pony with a saddlebag on her back and rooting through it, tossing objects over the former tyrannosaur's head.

"Put these on." she ordered, handing him a pair of silvery-black gauntlets. One Eye momentarily reeled back as the dark Celestia shoved them into his face. Hesitantly, the stallion took them and forced the metal objects onto his front hooves. The gauntlets made a metallic thunk sound as he placed his hooves on the crystalline floor. No sooner had he put them on when the stallion was seemingly attacked... When he could see, he felt something around his neck. Looking down, he saw a violet collar around his neck. Below it was a metal necklace similar to the alicorn mare's, only the same color as his gauntlets. "Now for the final touch." Celestia said, gently placing a silver kingly crown on his head. The front of the priceless piece of jewelry was encrusted in an icy blue crystal. "Perfect." Celestia said with a soft smile, looking at him.

"I want a mirror." One Eye ordered, the unsteady feeling that he looked like a complete idiot dawning on him.

The dark alicorn turned him to face a tall mirror with a golden border, a smile on her face. A frown formed across One Eye's muzzle as he saw himself in the mirror. The first thing he could complain about was the fact that purple wasn't his color. He also hated the way the crown looked on his head. "You have to be kidding me." the unicorn growled, his jaw hanging down.

"I think you look better than King Sombra." Celestia exclaimed, rubbing her chin.

"You don't happen to be talking about that pony who attacked me in that other world, right?" One Eye asked, lifting an eyebrow.

"Yes, actually... How did you know?"

"He's dead." the stallion chuckled quietly to himself. "VENOM! Get in here!" he then yelled, his face turning red as he lifted a hoof to the side of his face. A crested changeling entered the room, rolling his eyes.

"What do you want?" the former Dilophosaurus grumbled, looking up at the new king of the Crystal Empire. He stifled back a burst of laughter at the sight of the dressed up stallion.

"SHUT UP!" One Eye snarled as the evil Celestia approached Venom with a smile.

"Daaw." she said, gazing at the young changeling with adoration. "He's cute." Celestia said to the tyrant unicorn, scratching the changeling's chin. Venom's eyelids dropped momentarily as his tongue hung from his mouth like a dog. One Eye rolled his eye as the dilophosaur flopped to the floor.

"Alright, that's enough." One Eye said calmly.

"Right... Oh, and I forgot something else." the pale alicorn replied, digging a large violet cloth similar to King Sombra's cape from the saddlebag and attaching it to the silver hoop around the stallion's neck. She took a step back with a mischievous grin on her face. Venom's face went from that of trying not to laugh to an almost scared look. If anything, Venom's king now looked absolutely terrifying, the darkly colored cape enhancing his brutal appearance.

"Your Majesty." Venom said with wide eyes, remembering his manners and lowering his head to the floor, his ears laid back.

"I think I can live with this look." the stallion said with a smirk.

"It suits you well." Celestia said, lifting his chin to get a look at him.
