Chapter 42: A helping...hand?
Previous Chapter Next Chapter"Psh! Just done look at those two!"
"I know right!"
"We out and public and everything. It's just plum...wrong."
"...But it iIIiisssSSSSssss cute!"
Applejack just cast a tired look at her Cousin. The pink haired laborer gave a weak smile in return before returning to her small chair sized sundae. The two Apple..Pie? Family members sat at the beaches local "concessions" stand. By concessions, it meant the backed up Apple truck with its tailgate thrown down and a cooler of non-soda based drinks. Much like Sunset, Aj was not one for bathing suits. In a pair of cut offs and with her older brothers flannel "belly tied" the head of the Apple family took a long swig from her bottle of cider.
"Geez Jackie! You are like such a stereotype!"
"Done says the gal with love handles the size of Winoa powering down a billion frozen calories!"
As if to just reinforce her relations point, Pinkie emptied a bottle of whip cream atop her latest domination of the frozen treat section of the local grocery store.
"Eeeeyup!"
"Ugh, don't do that!"
"Whaaaat I am just as much an Apple as you are!"
"Yer a Pie, Pinks!"
"Maybe I'm ah "Low down varmint of an Applepie!!"
Rubbing at her freckle clad face, the over worked farmer gave a husky chuckle.
"Can we done git back ter talking smack about those two love birds!"
"D..did you just say "talking smack?"
A scarlet blush washed the tomboys rough work worn features, premature lines in her forehead and laugh marks around her eyes seemed all the deeper. Finishing off her bottle, the Apple bucking queen dug into the red cooler of ice for another.
"BuuuUUUuuut, you are right. Those two are all over each other! You think they would have had enough of that long before setting a date! I mean look at Aria, hasnt the guy done enough!"
"I HEARD THAT FATSO!"
Cringing under the former, but still a threat to any mere mortal, brawler. Pinkie ducked behind her tower of sugar and whispered out of the corner of her mouth to Applejack.
"She still looking!"
Glancing over to the umbrella sheltered forms of Gorrz and Aria, Sunray planted between her Aunt and Uncle oblivious as she toyed with a sea shell fished out by her other favorite aunt, Sonata. The tomboy grunted and tipped her hat back further in the summer heat.
"Well, if ya'll can call what she is trying to do by looking over dat pot of a belly of hers....SHIT! PINKIE SAID IT!....Gotta go Sugar cube!"
With that, the massive thigh farmer, ran like her hair was on fire, just as a very pregnant blur of purple passed Pinkie, the whip cream of her treat shifting over like the first fallen stone onto her.
"AHH DID'NT MEAN IT!"
"Keep running you hay seed, your making me hungry!"
Calling out to the duo of Rarity and Sunset, Gorrz barked his words as he shifted Sunray to his shoulders.
"Oi! Will you two put in pin in that, your pup is taken bets over here!"
"Three Happy meals on Auntie!!"
Glancing up from under his mane of mingled white and black, the huge bear like male grinned.
"You got a beat!"
Snarling over her shoulder as she herded Appejack towards the ocean.
"YOU ARE NOT SPOILING HER DINNER BABE!"
"Please! Like you can turn down a burger..or six!"
Jerking to a hault, just as predatory forms of Sonata and Adagio took up either flank of the now shore bound farmer, Aria grinned her beer and smoke stained grin, a well scar clad paw like hand patting her over round gut.
"Watch it, or when I am done with the redneck, it's your turn!"
"Promises...promises!"
A massive deep throat squeal and a trio of splash's filled the dieing light of the day, as Sunset Dazzle fanned herself with a file folder. Rarity giving a silly drunken giggle.
"They think that is bad, wait till I tell my loving, no jealous, or egotistical....AT ALL, Wife about Aria's latest ultra sound."
"Oh Darling, come now. How upset could..hic..Adagio truly be over something like that."
"Are you joking!! That bitch of mine is uber proud of being a Mom, first of her siblings..now wait till I tell her Aria is having..twins!"
