“Dinky!” yelled Derpy as she flew through the city looking for her daughter. “Dinky, where are you?! Oh geez, I hope she’s okay on her own? Or at least not causing any trouble for anypony that finds her.” Moments after searching around the city of Maretropolis. Derpy landed in the middle of the city’s national park as she pulled out the digital map given by Lance. “Okay so I looked for her at the school, bookstore, and the amusement park. Maybe she might be somewhere near the arcade store?” While Derpy was busy looking at the complicated map, she heard something coming from behind. As she turned around she say a bald human wearing what appears to be some kind of power armor.

“What the hell? Another one of you ponies?”

“Who are your mysterious bald human?”

“I don’t have time for this crap.” He said as he delivered a powerful punch at Derpy. “I better get out of here quickly-.”

“Hey that wasn’t very nice.” As the dust cloud cleared up, Derpy was still standing without a scratch on herself. “You could really hurt somepony like that.”

“T-The hell, I thought I killed her with that punch?”

“Are you a bad guy or just some troubled youth? Because if you are troubled, maybe you can pick up a hobby or something?”

“You little pest!” The human said as his suit started to power up. “I’ll crush you into dust!” With his suit at maximum, the human charged at Derpy as his arms spun around like a windmill hoping to catch the mare by surprise. Only for her to catch both of his arms with ease. “W-What the!”

“My daughter Dinky did the same move you just did once. I would alway catch them like this whenever she tries to get out of going to the doctors.” With a quick jab to the human’s chest, the armor that was protecting the human was scattered into a million pieces leaving the man naked. Derpy’s face turned bright red as she looked away while covering her face.

“W-Wait, I just wanted to get out of working out.” The human said as he began to sweat like a fountain.

“D-Don’t be a bad guy anymore then, okay?”

“Huh? So you’re not going to kill me?”

“I only kill unless you’re trying to take over the world. J-Just go and cover yourself up please, I’m going to come after you unless you become evil again.”

“Okay! Thank you! I owe you one mysterious pony!”

“W-Wait! What’s your name?”

“Hammerhead!” He said as he took off into the distance, leaving the flustered pony to watch him run off in the nude.

“Humans are so weird.” Derpy said as she shook her head. “I wonder what that was all about? He said something about somepony chasing him. Maybe I should investigate to see what’s going on.” Just as she was about to head off, Derpy notice something shining off the corner of her left eye. “Huh? What’s that?” Derpy asked as she walked over to where the shining thing was. “Oh! A gem! Maybe I can buy some muffins with this….Oh wait the store got destroyed by that Vaccine Colt.”

As soon as she picked it up she heard a voice. “I am Asphyxious the Iron Lich, if you need my aid just take this token and call my name.”

“Gah! The gem talks!” Surprised at what she heard, Derpy accidentally threw the gem into a tree, splitting the tree in two. “Oops, I hope nopony saw that.” That when a portal opens and a strange human wit ha tail jumped out of the portal. The human drops top the floor panting.

“I hate dragon spawn…” gasped Asphyxious as he looks up and stop at who he was seeing. The one eyed half dragon was at a loss for words seeing Derpy. “Umm, hi…”

“Hi...um...who or what are you? You look like a human, but you have some features of a dragon for some reason.”

“It’d take to long to explain, but by the sounds of it you’ve met a Displaced before then huh? Or is this a world where human live with ponies?” asked Asphyxious as he stands up and looks around. “Wait… I know this place… This is where the cute displaced twins live.”

“Well to answer your first question I have met only two Displaced humans here. They go by the name of Lance and Cody, or by that the city calls them Gunvolt and Copen.”

“Never heard of them. But I got to ask what with the get up, and if you don’t mind… can I hug you?” asked Asphyxious as he try to look at something else.

“I’m just a hero for fun really, and as for you second question sure.” Derpy said as Asphyxious picked her up and hugged her with a big smile.

“Your so soft and cuddly!” He said with a smile. It only when Asphyxious stop hugging her that he notices the destroyed tree. “What happened to that tree?” He asked as he put her down.

“Oh that? Well I found this talking gem, and I kinda threw it at that tree by accident.”

“Yeah, that was my token. It how I got here.” He said as he go over to pick it up then hands it to her. “This is how I can be called to other worlds where other displaced live. By the way why are you? Out here maybe I can help?”

“I’m trying to find my daughter, DInky.” Derpy answered, as Asphyxious saw a worry expression on Derpy’s face.

“Well then let go find her. I’ll even help.” said Asphyxious as he smiles at the supermare

“You will? Oh thank you so much mysterious human-dragon person!”

“Just call me Asphyxious or Ax for short.” said Asphyxious with a smile. “Besides I have kids to so I know how you're feeling-.”

“Hey, you two.” said a mysterious voice from behind them. Derpy and Asphyxious turned around to see a colt wearing a tight black latex suit, with a purple scarf around his neck.

“Well… someone into S and M.” said Asphyxious with a bored look on his face.

“I’m looking for a man by the name Hammerhead. Do you know where he is?” The colt ninja asked, as Derpy pointed to her left.

“Yeah, he went that way. Though you might want to be careful, he’s buck naked.”

“What kind of name is Hammerhead, and why do you want him? Is he your boyfriend or something. I mean it okay if he is there nothing wrong with what you’re into-.” before Asphyxious could finish his statement, a kuni was heading towards his face. Only for Derpy to quickly grab it before it made contact with his forehead. Asphyxious slowly looked at the mare with a surprised look on his face and said. “Your fast.”

“Hey, that wasn’t very nice-.” as Derpy turned her attention back at the mysterious ninja colt, she saw the ninja’s blade heading towards her eye. In a split second, Derpy grabbed the blade with one hoof like it was nothing. “That wasn’t very nice either.” She said as she broke the ninja’s blade.

“The hell?” was all he thought as he quickly backed away from the mare in the yellow suit.

“I think I’m in love.” Said Asphyxious as he blinks at Derpy. “Just how strong are you?”

“Explain yourself mare, just who are you?”

“Haven’t you heard of me? I’m Derpy Hooves, the mare who’s a hero for fun?”

“Never heard of you.”

“...Oh….”

“Now that just mean.” said the half dragon as he go up to Derpy and rubs her head. “There, there I’m sure lots of ponies will know your name once we find Dinky and get you two home.”

“It doesn’t matter if I know who you are or not.” The ninja said as he sheathed his broken sword. “You read my attacks. Twice. That’s the real problem.”

“I only read the first one, I was going to move out of the way but Derpy beat me to it.” said Asphyxious bluntly as he pet the mare’s mane.

“Not you simpleton, her.” He said pointing a hoof at Derpy. “Born in a ninja village, I’ve been perfecting my techniques since childhood. Yet you saw right through them. This I cannot allow. My pride won’t have it.”

“How about once we find Dinky we all go out for Ice cream, what do you think my treat.” Asphyxious asked as he paid no attention to the ninja.

“Sure!” answered Derpy as she to was not paying any attention to the ninja ever.

“HEY! I’M TALKING TO YOU YEAH IDIOT!”

“Looks who talking, we could of attacked you at anytime you was monologuing.” said Asphyxious waving the ninja off. “Besides I’m not worried over someone as weak as you.”

“Really now?” The ninja said as he vanished from out of Asphyxious’s field of vision, only to appear in front of him. As soon as Asphyxious saw this, he try to swing at the ninja with his cutlass only to miss as he vanished again, but not before the ninja got in a swift kick to his chest. Making a small dent into his chest plate.

“Still think I’m weak? Unlike you I can move as fast as the speed of sound. Speed that your eyes can’t keep up with.”

“Wow, he might be faster than Rainbow Dash.” Derpy said as she turned her attention back at the ninja.

“That really interesting, I haven’t met anyone who could move that fast before. Not only that but I don’t use my human form for fighting much. On the other hand, I can’t just let something like this pass me by. This is going to be fun.” Asphyxious said as he cast a spell as circly runes appeared around his feet.

“I don’t know how well this spell with work, so I will thank you for testing it out for me.” said Asphyxious he points his cutlass at the ninja. “What your name?”

“Speed of Sound Sonic.” The colt replied as a creepy smile appeared on his face.

“Never heard of you.” said Asphyxious as he tore up the ground as he ran at Sonic at high speeds.

“Trying to match my speed with a spell that increases your own? How pathetic!”

“Not really. Its taking what you know, and using it for something else!” yelled Asphyxious as his blade carved out a path distortion in front of him. “The hard part is control and not using too much.”

“Heh.” Sonic simply vanished as he once again appeared behind Asphyxious. “What good is that attack if you can’t keep up?” He asked as hit the displaced in the face, knocking him back a few inches away from him. Asphyxious just smiled even if he was bleeding from the hit.

“There one drawback to all that speed.” Asphyxious said as he spits out some blood and rubs his face. “You lack the power to go with it.”

“You mean something like this! Hail of Carnage!” Sonic yelled as he threw a barrage of, what appears to be, explosive ninja stars at Asphyxious, catching him off guard. “I seen through your moves, you not that hard to beat when you rely on magic to fight-.”

Before the ninja stars could even hit Asphyxious, Derpy immediately grabbed them from out of the air. “Not to be a buzz kill or anything, but this fight has to stop.”

“Derpy! throw those things away they-!” yelled the Displaced, but it was to late as the ninja stars explode.

“Idiot, maybe next time you should stay out of-.”

“Wow! I did not expect that to happen. I thought they were just toys like little colts and fillies play with.” Derpy said as she brushed off the dust from the explosion. “Now then, as I was saying this fight is over-.” Before the mare could say anything else, Sonic began to ricochet around Derpy at break neck speed like a bullet bouncing off metal in a square room.

“Well… looks like I’m out of this fight.” said Asphyxious as he sit down and rests. “I don’t think he's going to give up Derpy!” he calls out to the mare in the in the middle of Sonic attack.

“What do you think of this speed that beats sound? Of these shockwaves? Can you even see me? How can a pegasus like you possibly keep up with me?” Launching himself off the tree, Sonic began to head towards Derpy with the intent to kill her. Only for Derpy to look at the direction he was coming towards her at.

“Can I go home?”

In a state of shock and surprise at how the mare knew where he was coming at. Sonic shifted his body around as he lifted his leg up while descending. “Bastard! Wind Blade Kick!”

Derpy simply took a step back as the attack missed her by a second. “Looks like I win.” She said as she lifted her hoof to grab him by the scarf. Only that the hoof didn’t grab sonic’s scarf, as he was descending her hoof actually hit….a certain male part that all colts have. “AH! Oh dear! I’m sorry! I was suppose to grab your scarf while you landed next to me. Are you okay?” Asphyxious busted out laughing at what just happened. He rolled on to the floor, laughing like an hyena.

[We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please stand by]

“Okay… I’m calm, I’ve stop laughing now.” said Asphyxious as he try to calm himself down.

“I’ve worked every job from assassin to bodyguard. No ninja is more deadly. I am Speed of Sound Sonic! But I’m putting my work on hold. Now that I’ve found such a formidable opponent, I’m dedicating myself to training until we settle this.”

“Um….okay.” Derpy said as she tried her best not to cringe at the way Sonic is standing.

“Let me know your name.”

“I-I’m Derpy Hooves.”

“Derpy! Next time we meet, it’ll be your demise!” With that, Sonic made his leave in a blink of an eye. “I, Speed of Sound Sonic, the ultimate ninja, will bring you down without fail!”

“.....Humans are so weird.”

“Yes we’re and so are ponies Derpy.” Said Asphyxious as he walks up to her side. “Let go find Dinky, one more thing. would you like to join my hoard?”

“What’s a hoard?”

“It like a family, it a dragon thing.” he said as they start to walk off.

“Sorry, but I already have a family of my own.”

“Aww I was hoping you’d join. Then Dinky and Pupa can be like sisters.” Asphyxious said with a smile.

“We can still be friends though right?”

Asphyxious just smiles at her as he give her a hug. “Sure I’d like that.” Asphyxious then gave Derpy a kiss on the nose before letting go. “If you ever change your mind let me know.”

“Okay I’ll let you know. So where do we start looking for Dinky?”

“Let think, what would she do if she was lost in a city and didn’t know where you was.” Asphyxious asked as he looks around thinking. “Would she know to ask someone for help? like a policeman?”

“I did try heading over there, but they haven’t seen her. Well that and they mistaken her as this world’s Dinky.”

“What different about your Dinky?” He asked as they walked out of the national park.

“Well if she’s anything like me, she might be dressed up as somepony else.”

“I see. Well the best we can do is keep looking and hope someone finds her and sends someone to call you that they found her.” said Asphyxious as he keeps walking. “First time I was here everything was so strange. Hey maybe the twins know where she is?”

“Twins? You mean the displaced humans you mentioned?”

“Yeah there a lot of them around here.” He ran up a building and then yelled as loud as he could. Sadly his yelling can’t match Lunas but it was close. “HEY! GHOUL TWINS! I NEED TO ASK YOU SOMETHING! WE NEED HELP FINDING DERPY DAUGHTER!” over hundreds of windows shattered at the sound of Asphyxious voice.

“I hope the power ponies can cover the damage you just did.”

“I’m sure Twi can cover it. I mean she works for the princess right?” asked the Displaced half dragon as he get down.

“I….don’t know really. I think she works for the Mayor Mare.

“...What is it with you ponies and your puns?”

“This coming from the Displaced that scattered most of the windows within the area.” Amethyst said as she appeared a few inches next to Asphyxious.

“Hi.” He said with a smile. “It nice to meet you, I’m trying to help find Dinky.”

“...Who the human that looks like an offspring of a human and dragon?”

“Asphyxious the Hellbringer at you service my lady.” He said with a bow.

“Great another human that acts just like Lance...If he start going about being a hero crap then I’m leaving.”

“I’m not a hero, just a dragon trying to keep my hoard happy.” said Asphyxious as he smiled at them.

“Okay...you better not have been hitting on my Aunt.”

“I see nothing wrong with talking with such a lovely and kind mare.” said Asphyxious as he winks at Derpy.

“Oh my Celestia, you were hitting on her!” Amethyst said as her eyes glowed bright yellow at Asphyxious.

“What? I was just blinking.” He said with a smile.

“Okay that’s it. I’m so gonna-.” Before Amethyst could finish her statement. She felt herself being levitated slightly into the air. “What the?”

“Are you doing that?” asked Asphyxious as he looks at Amethyst as she floats.

“No that would be me.” said a young but aggressive voice coming from beside them. Standing beside them was a mare with emerald green mane that match her eyes, and a black dress.

“Your cute and all but I’ll have to ask that you let Amethyst down please.” said Asphyxious as he pulled a shotgun out of his echo.

“Quiet weakling.” The mare said as she knocked the shotgun out of his hand. “Don’t interrupt me while the big ponies are talking.”

“Funny I don’t see Luna or her fat sister anywhere?” said Asphyxious with a calm smile. “Derpy I think she want to fight.”

“I said quiet worm!” The mare said as she pinned Asphyxious to the street.

“Well… This sucks.” said Asphyxious as he lay there.

“Anyway, you pony.” The mare said as she turned her attention at Derpy. “Is your name Derpy Hooves?”

“Yep, that me!”

“Is this your daughter?” The mare said as she levitated a small unicorn towards her.

“Hi mommy! Hi Amethyst!” said Dinky with smile as she floats in the air.

“DINKY!”

“You hurt her and I’ll eat your soul!” Growls Asphyxious as he try to get back up. Only for his body not to listen.

“You’re really not that good at listening are you child. If I wanted to hurt her, I would’ve done so by now. Anyway while looking around the city, I just happen to find your daughter looking for two mares by the name of Derpy and Amethyst.” The mare said as she handed Dinky over to Derpy.

“Anyway, I’ll be heading off back to the hero association.” The mare said she was about to fly off. Only for Asphyxious to say something to make her stop for a moment.

“Umm, could you let me off the floor now please?” asked Asphyxious as he lay there.

“It’ll wear off when I leave the area. Maybe next time you think before you say something to someone that is an S class superhero that is stronger than you.”

“Maybe that why you and Derpy have sexy flanks.” Asphyxious thought as the mare talks.

“Pervert.” The mare said mentally towards Asphyxious, as she flew off.

“Bye Miss Tatusmaki!” Dinky said as she waved good-bye to the mare flying off. “Thank you for looking after me!”

Asphyxious meanwhile screams as he lay on the floor. “She has F.U.S.A.T. mind reading powers!” He screamed then stops then blushes. “She didn’t say she didn’t like it…”

“Keep it in you pants pervert.” Amethyst said. “Anyway, it looks like our family is back together now.”

“Thanks for trying to help me out Asphyxious.” Derpy said as she walked over to the Displaced, and kissed him on the cheek. “You been a real help.”

“What can I say, I can’t so no to those beautiful eyes.” said Asphyxious smiling at her. “So what do we do now? Want to hang out or see my world some time. I’ll even introduce you to Sister, Len, Chrysalis and my kids.”

“I’ll give you a call when I’m ready to meet your family. Right now I think we’re gonna call it a day seeing how we finally found Dinky.”

“I understand. Just say our contract is complete, and I’ll be send home.” Asphyxious said as he get feeling back into his body.

“Okay.” Derpy reached into her bag as she pulled out Asphyxious’s token. “Hey, I have a question. How can you get me to your home if I’m here?”

“Oh right you can make tokens to. Just pick a item then send it into the void. Don’t forget to say something about yourself to.” Asphyxious said as he looks at Dinky and waves.

“Okay thanks.” Derpy once again reached into her bag as she pulled out a muffin. “Guess I’ll use this as a token huh?”

“That could work. Hope no one eats it by mistake.”

“I’m sure they can tell the difference. So just say something short and sweet?” Asphyxious nods at this as he casts some magic on the muffin. “Okay, um...Hi, my name is Derpy Hooves. If you need any help with anything, just give me a call and I’ll.” Derpy said as she handed him the muffin token. “Like that?”

“Yeah like that.” He drops the muffin and it vanishes only for another one to drop into his hand. “It worked.”

“Well I guess we’ll see you again next time we meet.”

“Can’t wait my friend.” Asphyxious said with a grin looking into Derpy eyes.

“Don’t even think about it.” Amethyst said, still glaring at Asphyxious. “I know that smug grin on your face, and if you think you’re going-.” Asphyxious then kissed Derpy on the lips before Amethyst could finish.”OH YOU ARE SO DEAD MOTHERBUCKER!” Dinky grabbed the token as she completed the contract with Asphyxious for Derpy. As Amethyst was read to punch The Displaced in the face, the void closed up as she only hit the stop sign that was behind Asphyxious. “Dammit, I missed him.”

“L-Let’s just u-um head home for now o-okay?” Derpy suggested while still blushing after what happen.

“Fine, but if I do see that pervert again, I’m gonna punch his face off his head.”
