"I'm going to see her." I got up and headed outside to see Pinkie sitting down with her hair straight. "Hey Pinkie." I said as I sat down next to her. She grabbed me and hugged me.

"If you're just going to be like this throughout your entire visit and not willing to meet him halfway then I don't think you can stay here." That had visibly shocked Maud.

"Pinkie." She reached out to her sister who turn away. Her stallion had obviously meant a lot to her, and Maud hadn't considered that her sister had really loved this stallion. She just wanted to save her sister from heartbreak but it seems that Maud was the one who had caused the heartbreak. She then did something out of character for Maud, but it was for her sister. Maud hugged her sister from behind, "I'm sorry."

Pinkie was now the one who was shocked, Maud had almost never does something like this. Pinkie turned around and hugged her sister. "Thank you." Maud started to pet her sisters mane of curls.

"He really means that much to you?" Maud asked.

"I let him give me his foals, didn't I?" Pinkie said/giggled. "I know you're sorry, but I don't think I'm the only one that you need to apologize to."

"Do I have to?" Maud asked and she just received a stare from Pinkie. "Fine I'll apologize to him as well, you have to tell me something. How long?" She asked.

"Let's get your stuff inside first." Pinkie help carry Maud's suitcase inside. "Oh I forgot to ask how's boulder?"

"He recently came out of the closet." Maud said.

"Yes he's found this nice rock named Tom and they're planning on having pebbles soon." Maud said, then smirked. It was small and almost unnoticeable but that didn't pass by Pinkie. Pinkie hugged Maud, Maud hugged her back. "I need to apologize and hopefully we can make some rock candy to make up."

"Thanks Maud this means a lot to me." Pinkie finished setting her sister's suit cases in her room. "Come on let's get going." Pink grabbed Maud's hand and rushed them out the door. Pinkie walked with Maud to Fluttershy's cottage, "Wait right here okay?" Pinkie asked Maud.

With nothing to do I took a nap in Fluttershy's bed with the owner tending to her animals outside. There was a knock on the door and I got up to answer it. I opened the door to reveal Pinkie and Maud, Pinkie looked happier and Maud is well Maud. I knew Shy wouldn't mind having Pinkie and Maud inside so I let them in. Pinkie hugged and kissed me on the neck.

"Hey honey bunny." I rubbed her back.

"I'm guessing you made up?" I asked Pinkie while hugging her.

"Yes and Maud has something to say." Pinkie detached herself from me.

"I wanted to apologize, what I did was out of line. I wasn't willing to talk to you before I started to hit you and I wanted to make things right." Maud stuck out her hand. "Friends?"

I shook her hand, damn she had an iron grip. "I accept you apology Maud, and believe it or not I understand why you did it."

"Really?" She asked.

"Yeah, now I get that Pinkie is your sister and I'm willing to accept that you would do anything to protect her. I would too, I love her just as much as I love my other herd mates. I'd never let anything come between Pinkie and her happiness, I'm never going to leave her in her time of need." I hugged Pinkie underneath my arm. The Pie sisters and I had a great time, I really got to know Maud and her pet rock Boulder. I didn't laugh because I've seen even more ridiculous things, can you say USB pet rock? I explained some of the types of geology my planet had, I told her before hand that I never really paid attention in earth science but I did my best and she was quite pleased with what I told her. Whatever that means, but still I looked at Pinkie and Maud and they were having fun. I couldn't tell with Maud but Pinkie said yes and I was happy. Maud left on the weekend saying goodbyes to the girls and hugging her sister.

"Remember, when you come back you're going to be Aunt Maud!" Pinkie bounced excitedly.

"I look forward to it, and the wedding." Maud said as picked up her bags then walked over to me. "There will be a wedding right?"

"Cross my heart hope to fly stick a cupcake in my eye." I said as I did the motions to a Pinkie promise.

Maud dropped her bags and hugged me. "Good, I can't wait to be there." She let go of the hug. "Goodbye girls, goodbye Pinkie, and you." She finished with me. I think that this will blossom into a great love/hate relationship between Maud and I.

Twilight walked up to me, "Mickey honey, you do realize what you just did?"

I hugged Twilight. "Yes I do my little astronomer, I made a promise to Maud that I would see her at the Herd wedding. I plan to make due on that promise."

"So what you mean is that you're going to propose to us? All of us?" Rarity asked with glee.

I cupped Rarity's chin, "Yes I will my gorgeous fashionista, it will be before the children are born but not right now. It'll be a surprise." I kissed her on the lips when I finished. The rest of the group swarmed me and hugged me. I don't think Shy meant to do it but she was behind AJ so there was no stopping that. Right then and there I was in heaven and nothing could stop me from my joy.
