Author's Notes:

Add a little cheesy romance for each of them, I'll work on a new chapter tomorrow.

It's been two weeks since the night of the party and we made a schedule to have me spend one day with each of my herd mates, Monday was AJ, Tuesday was Rarity, Wednesday was Zecora, Thursday was Pinkie, Friday was Rainbow, Saturday was Twilight and Sunday was Fluttershy. It was currently Saturday and I was sitting in a beanbag chair reading the newspaper. Twilight was studying I was being perfectly quiet.

"Uggh." Twilight sighed. "Pfft." She blew a raspberry at her book.

"Don't spit on those. You'll have to replace them." I replied.

"But I'm bored."

"Go outside, get some exercise, play with a stick. I don't care do something."

"While you sit on your lazy rump and read the newspaper?" Twilight asked.

"If ponies had the internet and a laptop I'd be catching up on Red vs Blue, X-ray and Vav, and Achievement hunter. I've only got a newspaper and a beanbag chair and are farting in said beanbag chair." I replied. I looked at her over the newspaper, "I might have some ideas for you. If you're willing to hear me out."

"Sex?" She asked.

"What? No, I mean to stave off boredom."

"Like getting exercise or playing with a stick?" She said sarcastically.

"No, I mean like get a hobby. Do something that will take up spare time." I turned a page in the newspaper and saw Wonderbolt tour dates. That would be a good thing to do for Dash.

"Well what do you do for a hobby?"

"I invent things from my world for this world. It brings in quite the sum of cash." I said while reading an article about lowered stock prices for barnyard bargains. I guess since I updated their checkout system they got to lower prices it'll jump back up eventually.

"Can I help?" Twilight asked.

"With what?" I replied.

"Y'know inventing. I don't 'think outside the box' like you say so it might help with you as a catalyst."

"Fine, but never use me and catalyst in the same sentence again deal?"

"Deal."

"I have a few ideas, do you know where to get approximately 200 tons of metal and highly combustable fuel?"

"No."

"I guess going to the moon is out of the question."

"What about a huge supply of duct tape?"

"Why?"

"Dash made me poop pants yesterday and I wanted to tape her wings down to get back at her."

"How did she make you poop your pants?"

"Lightning."

"Wouldn't it just reflect out of you using natural magics?"

"You're talking as if I had magic, which I don't more than likely it would kill me."

"That's awful." She kissed my forehead. "Poor baby." She started rub my back. I pushed her off me.

"We're getting off topic." She stopped and nodded. "Do you know where we can get some shovels?"

"Why?"

"I wanna dig a hole."

"Fine, let's go dig a hole." Twilight said while walking out the library I followed her. "Let's try AJ's first. She might have some shovels." I hopped in my truck that I brought to the library and Twilight walked.

I drove behind her slowly. "Are you going to get in? It would go a lot faster if you did." I shouted.

"You know I don't like that thing it's too loud and too fast."

"I'm sorry that the royal guards didn't put any laws that limited my speed."

"I'll only get in if you promise not go too fast."

"I'll keep it under 30."

"Thank you." She said as she opened the door and stepped in the crew cab.

"Buckle up." She just stared at me. I reached over and buckled her in. "Jesus you ponies are like babies sometimes." I pressed the gas a little bit keeping it at 25mph, I saw Twilight fiddling with the automatic window. I locked the window.

"Mickey, it's not working." She complained.

"Because I stopped it from working, I retract my earlier statement you ponies are like babies with ADD. The things I own you've gotta figure out how it works." We arrived it five minutes. "See how much faster we got here? It would have taken us at least half an hour from the library to walk. I got us there in 10 minutes."

"Okay I admit it is more efficient. What's it called anyway?"

"It's a 2009 chevy avalanche. If you want to be specific, I just call it a truck." I closed the door and waited for Twilight to get out. Then I face palmed, I opened her door and she was tugging at the seatbelt buckle.

"Help Mickey it's trying to eat me."

"First off it's not even alive, second press the red button on the buckle."

She pressed the red button and was released. "Sorry, I didn't know."

"It's fine Twi just ask before you start fiddling with things, alright?"

"M'kay, thank you." She said. "AJ's coming." I turned to my other marefriend.

"Hey AJ, what's up?"

"Great news hon'.... I'm pregnant."

"Really?"

"I took five test all positive."

"That's so great." I grabbed her and spun her around.

"Hold on now. What are you two doin' here? With that contraption of yours."

"It's a truck and we're here to fight off boredom." Twilight said with joy. "I can't wait until the foal arrives. I've always wanted to be a herdmother."

"Don't worry but when I told granny she wanted me to get married before the foal arrived. Do ya mind?"

"I've got to know how long pony pregnancies are." I said.

"They usually last about 11 months, what are human's?" Twilight said and asked.

"Nine months, sometimes in really rare cases, earlier."

"So then we can probably plan around 10 months. What's this abou' boredom?" AJ asked.

"Twilight was bored with reading, it was bothering me. I gave her an idea long story short, we need some shovels so we can dig a hole." I said.

"Jus' to dig a hole?" AJ asked.

"Yes." Twilight said.

"Gimme a sec I'll go get 'em" AJ said while I leaned against the grill of my truck. Twilight was looking around.

"Their things are starting to look better, do you know anything about this?"

"I kind of caused it. I came to return gardening tools and Mac needed help and I had my truck with me to get a huge rock up. The rock has been there ever since Sweet Apple Acres was founded so I decided to try to crack the rock open, what I found was very rare jewels black diamonds. It got them out of the hole money wise and now they're working on fixing up the place."

"Wow, that's incredible. You didn't want anything for it?"

"Nah, they have so much being taken from them I decided to give back."

"How'd you guess that the rock had black diamonds in it?"

"It didn't feel as heavy as it should have been for a rock that size. It was also a 45% guess."

"What if it wasn't?"

"I would've painted the word 'Tom' on it and dropped it off at Rarity's boutique."

"So that's what happened to that rock." AJ said as she returned. "I was wonderin' what happened to it."

"Well not only did I give you a baby I gave you riches beyond your wildest dreams."

"Oh baby." She cupped my jaw and kissed me on the lips. "I can't thank ya' enough."

"Anythin' to make my little darlin's happy." I said in her accent as I rubbed her belly.

"Oh don' remind me, as soon as the little one starts to bulge my belly I can't work anymore. My mom jus' couldn't keep still when she had AB so I can't imagine something like that happenin' to me until it does. Here's your shovels."

"Thanks babe." I kissed her once more before I put the shovels in the bed of the truck and AJ kissed Twilight on the cheek.

"See ya around." AJ waved as we drove off. I found a place outside of whitetail woods we got out and started to dig. It was a square hole and it was about 4-5 ft. It was almost sundown.

Twilight was now covered in dirt. "Why are we digging this hole?"

"I just wanted to dig a hole. Did you ever want to do something just because?"

"No. I've always thought things out before doing them."

"You need to be more instinctive, do things because you want to. I do things because there is no other reason to it's fun." I stopped digging and tossed the shovels out the hole. "Come on let's get out of this hole." I climbed up out of it, Twilight was struggling to get out.

"Please help." she said as she fell on her ass. I held my hand out to her she grabbed it and pulled me down into the hole right on top of her. We looked at each other's eyes. "Pfffttt, hahahahahahahahahahahaha." Twilight laughed.

"Ehahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha." I joined with her. We looked silly, in a 4-5 ft hole on each other's asses.

"This is what's like to be instinctive, it's pretty fun...ny."

"Let's get out of here, this time you first." I said. I helped her get out then I got out myself. We grabbed the shovels and started to fill the hole, by the time we stopped the stars we're out and we sat down looking up. I held her hand as we lay down over the dirty patch. "The stars are so beautiful."

"Astronomy."

"What?"

"I like astronomy, it could be my hobby. I was just to busy to think about it." She rolled over and kissed me sensually. Tongue against tongue battling for control over the other.

"Twi....Twilight." I said and she stopped. "Let's just lay here, together. No sex, no anything just lay here and look at the stars."

"Mickey?"

"What?"

"Thanks."

"You're welcome." We laid there for two more hours and then I took her back home we laid in bed, and soon fell asleep after that.
