Here is a new chapter, enjoy.

When you usually wake up in the morning is by the sun, birds or of a girl who is in the same bed as you. That it did not happen to me at the second day in Crystal Empire this was what happened.

I was rudely awakened by someone who broke the door to the room I was sleeping in, what I saw were four guards who entered two of them pulled me out of bed and held me down on the floor face first.

“What is the meaning of this.” I said in a groggy voice.

“Silence wolf.” That was all I heard before I felt something in the back of my head and everything went black.

Shyla was sleeping in her own bed until she was awakened by a terrible racket outside her rom. “What is going on.” She got out of the bed and managed to get on her robe that was hanging on the chair next to the bed and with tired steps she began to move toward the door. “I swear if that sister of mine is in our house again.” She open the door to her bedroom and she got a shock what she saw, there were four guards and two of was carrying Wolf out the room and down the stairs.

“What is going on here?” She asked one of the guards.

“Mam for your own safety, stay in your room.”

“My own safety? This is my house and I want to know what’s going on.”

“We got a message that you and your son was held captive by a wolf.”

“Held captive? I invite him into my house, who gave you this ‘message’?”

“It was the mare next door.”

“The mare next door?” She asked with a puzzled expression, then it dawned in her. “I’m going to kill my sister.”

The two guards that was carrying Wolf threw him into a prison wagon, then one of them closed the doors and locket them

“Have you ever seen a wolf walking on two legs and talking before?” Asked the one of the guards, which was a unicorn.

“No rookie, I have not. Just focus on doing your job.” The other answered, he was an earth pony The other two guards came out of the house.

“You two, bring the wolf to the dungeon.” Said an earth pony.

Both saluted. “YES CAPTAIN SHIELD.” They answered simultaneously and with that they were off. The house next door stood a pony with a smug smile, she enjoyed what she saw. “What is your problem?” She turned her head in the direction of the voice and there came her little sister and she was mad.

“Hello Shyla, what can I do for you this fine morning?”

“Don’t ‘hello me’, why did you summoned the guards to arrest Wolf?” Shyla asked her sister.

“Wolf? Do you mean the creature you invited into your house yesterday? Seriously Shyla, why must you be so kind hearted?”

“WHY MUST YOU ALWAYS CONTROL MY LIFE?” Shyla big sister was shocked that her little sister yelled at her.

“I’m not trying to control your life, I’m trying to protect you.”

“To protect me? Against what? Myself?”

“That you make stupid decisions, I promised mom and dad that I would look after you and I intend to keep that promise.”

“I do not need you looking after me, I need that you let me live my life my way.” She walked right up to her sister so they were face to face. “I’m just going to say this only once, stay out of my life.” And with that Shyla went back to her house.

She was to slammed the door but then she discovered that it was broken. “God damn it.” She said with a love voice. She went into the kitchen and sat down in one of the chair, she put her elbows on the table and buried her face in her hands. “So this is my reward for doing the right thing.”

“Mommy.” She looked up the top of the stairs and there stood Red. “Why did they arrested Wolf?”

“It was just a mistake Red and I will have a conversation with our king about this.”

“My head.” I have woken up after someone has hit me in head before and it still hurts. I opened my good eye and saw that I was lying on a floor made of crystal the I notice the cell door. “Great, just great.” I stood up and look around the room, I noticed the bed that stood there and sat down on it. I massaged my head. “When I find out who hit me in the head, he will get a beating.” I said to no one particular.

“You’re not going to do anything prisoner.”

I looked in the direction where the voice came from and outside my cell stood to guards, one was a unicorn and the other was a pegasus. “What do you mean by that?” I asked both of them, they did not answer me. “What? A cat took your tongues?” Still no response. Then I noticed that I was sitting in my underpants. “Is it possible to get some clothes.” No answer. “What a nice place this is, you treat your guest lousy and your prison is not a five star. I give I a one star.” I lay down in bed staring at the celling and waited.

I don’t know how long I waited but I started to get hungry, then I heard a door open. I look to my left and a new pony came into the room, his fur was gray and his hair black but it was, moving? His eyes were red and he had fangs. Ok that is weird.

Both guard saluted. “King Sombra.” So that Sombra.

“At ease solider, I heard that we have a new prisoner today.” He looked in my direction. I admit that his eyes were quite nasty to look at. He went over to my cell door.

“Carefully your highness.” Said the unicorn.

“I do not think that this wolf is going to hurt me, will you?”

“I have no reason to do so, something tells me that it was not you who gave the order to arrest me.”

“That’s is correct, what’s is your name?”

“Wolf O’Donnell and I have no idea why I was arrested.”

“According to the repot I received, you held a family hostage.”

“That’s bullshit.” I got up from the bed and walked to the cell door, both guards drew their swords while Sombra did not moved. “She invited me of her own free will.” I said with some anger in my voice.

“Take it easy Mr. Wolf, I believe you.”

That surprised me. “You do?”

“You do?” Said guards at the same time.

He nodded. “Yes, open the cell and let him out.”

I could see that both guards hesitated. “Are you sure my king? He held a family captive.” Said the unicorn guards.

I could see that Sombra did not like the answer he got “Are you disobeying my orders.” I could see that his eyes became black and the unicorn became very afraid.

“Rrrright away your highness.” The unicorn guard took out a couple keys and unlock the door to my cell.

“Now, if you can be so kindly to follow me Mr. Wolf.” He started to walk toward the exit, I opened the cell door and followed him. The guards followed every step I took, they tried to be scary but I’ve seen worse.

Embarrassing, was just one of the words that went through my mind when I walked in my underpants while I followed Sombra through the corridors of the castle.

“You could at least have given me my pants.” I could not see it but I knew he had a smug smile on his face.

“I must apologize Mr. Wolf I was in a hurry to get you out of jail, but don’t worry we’re almost to my room.”

“If we are to continue with a friendly conversation then cut out Mr. carp, I hate it.”

“Fair enough, here we are.”

We arrived at a pair of double doors, he pushed open the doors and the room was huge. He had a huge double bed, a huge dining table, his wardrobe was bigger than usual and he even had a bar, I could only whistle.

“How can you afford all this?” Yes, I know it is a stupid question but I just had to ask.

“I’m king.” That was the answer I expected.

“Yeah, but still.”

He walked over to the bar. “My father once said that a king should live in luxury, I’m not sure if I believe him.” Then he pointed at the chair by the table. “I think those clothes are your.”

On the chair lay my clothes, I closed the doors and walked over to the chair. The first of my clothes I took was my pants. “Hello sweet pants.” It was very odd to say that but it was my pants, I started to get dressed.

“I suppose you have a few questions.” He began pouring some sort of drink in two glasses.

“You are right.” He handed me a glass. “A drink?”

“What is it?”

“Wine?”

I just shook my head. “I don’t drink wine anymore.”

“Alright, back to the questions.”

After I had gotten on my jacket I did not hear what he said because I started to search my pockets for my cigarette pack. “Oh come on, I know I put in my pocket.” I found my IPod and my eyepatch but not my cigarette pack, then it dawns on me. “Don’t say that she threw it away.”

“Is there something wrong?” Sombra asked me.

“Shyla threw away my cigarette pack.”

He looked at me with a puzzled facial expression. “Cigarette pack? What’s that?”

“Let’s just say it’s something you don’t want to try.” ‘The next few weeks is going to be a living hell.’ I thought to myself. “You were saying.” He sat down in one of the chairs at the table, I put on my eye patch and sat down on another chair.

“The first and most important question is, are you a threat to the ponies who live in the Crystal Empire?”

I knew this question would come. “Not anymore.” He raised an eyebrow of my answer. “Let’s just say that I have done much wrong in my past and I’m now trying to do the right thing.”

“Alright, next question. How did you end up here?”

“I died.”

“You died?” Again with the puzzled expression.

“Yes I died, something hit me very hard and I died. I was hoping that you could give me the answer to that and find me a way home”

He leaned back in the chair. “Interesting, I never heard of this before. I have to….” He was interrupted by someone who knocked on the door. “Come in.” A servant stuck her head through the door.

“Sorry to disturb you my king but I’m arriving with breakfast for your guest.”

“Excellent, bring it in.”

A servant rolled in a trolley with food and my eyes widened when I saw what was on it, eggs, bacon and loaf. I actually began to drool, Sombra started to laughing when he saw it.

“Somepony are hungry,” he looked at the servant, “you can leave us.” The servant bowed and walked out of the room. “Since you were arrested so early in the I thought you wanted breakfast.” I got up from the chair, took a plate and help myself with food and started to eat. “I take that as a yes.”

I do not know how much I ate but I was eventually full. “BUUUURP, Sorry.” Was I? Nah. “What were you going to say before the food arrival?”

Sombra shook his head to get over my bad manners. “Yes, what I was going to say was I must do some research and see if I can send you home but it’s going to take time, I’ll make sure that the guards don’t arrest you again. I shall also have talk with the guards that arrested you.”

“I appreciate it.” I was going to ask if I could go but then someone knocked on the door, again. A guard came into the room he was an earth pony and strangely enough he was not a crystal pony, he saluted.

“Sorry to disturb you King Sombra but Princess Luna I here.”

Sombra just groaned. “Just great, guard accompany Wolf out of the castle.”

The guard saluted again. “As you wise King Sombra, follow me sir.”

I got up from the chair and follow the guard, I stopped in the doorway. “Is there something wrong?" Sombra asked me.

“Yeah.” I looked straight into his eyes, well one of them. “If I ever meet the guard who struck me in the head, it is likely that I’m going to kill him.” And with those words I followed the guard.

While we walked through the castle I saw someone coming towards me, I could not see who it was at first. When I came closer I got me a surprise, what I saw was a female pony with horn and wings. She had blue fur and her hair and tail was dark blue with stars in it.

When her eyes and my good eye meet, she studied me with interest and I could swear that she was trying to look scary. She must go home and practice before the mirror, because I could see right through her and she did not want to be her.

“Guard.” He looked over his shoulder. “Was that Luna?”

“Yes sir, Princess Luna. Co ruler of Equestria, but it’s more her sister who is the leader not Luna.”

“Yeah, there should never be two rulers only one.” I looked back at the guard. “Is that the reason you left Equestria?”

“I left Equestria right after Celestia invaded the Empire, I could not stay under Celestia rule any more. Come on, we are almost there.” I just nodded.

I could finally see the exit. “Here we are sir. Now if you excuse me, I must return to my post.” He saluted and walked away. There were no guards at the door so I guessing that they stood outside, I pushed the double door and walk out.

When I came out I saw ponies busy with their everyday lives, what surprised me was that Shyla was, she was leaning on the railing at the end of the stairs, I walked down the stairs carefully so I would not scare her.

“I don’t mean to rude but are you following me?” I managed to scare her because she jumped a couple centimeters into the air, she put a hand on her chest.

“Don’t scare me like that.” She gave me an evil eye.

I held up both my arms in defense. “Sorry.” That was all I could say because she gave me a hug, I would have liked it but it was a bit embarrassing. “You can let me go now.” She broke the hug.

“Sorry.” She became very red in her cheeks, weird that I could see that.

“Don’t worry, believe me I’ve experienced worse. Listen, I think I have to stay with you and your son a little longer. Sombra said that he would help me find a way home but it’s going take time.”

“No problem, Red will be very happy to hear that.”

And with that we were on our way home to her, let’s hope that my time here will be easier. Something telles me that is does not.
