I ran through the street of the Crystal empire and what I saw was dead bodies everywhere, crystal ponies, normal ponies and bat ponies. It was a massacre, what is Celestia trying to accomplish? Nothing good will come of this, that’s for sure. I said that I would stop this war and that is my goal but first I have to check up on someone.

My first distension was Shyla’s house and see if she and her soon was okay, something told me as long as Flash is with them they will be find. That guy is not easy to beat up, believe me I know.

When I reached their house, I could see Flash standing in fighting position against three guards that was normal ponies so they must be with Celestia. One of them try to attack Flash but side step and then he slammed his elbow in the guard’s head and the guard fell to the ground, not sure if he was dead or not. The other guards attacked at the same time, that made Flash take a step back but he tripped and fell on his back.

That made the guards laugh. “I guess your luck just ran out.” Said one of the guards as he lifted his sword to kill Flash, I looked around to see if I could find a weapon and I found a bow and arrow. I gapped them and took aim but I had no idea where to shot, I just aim for his leg and let the arrow fly. Lucky for me the guard I aimed for had no protection there so he fell to the ground holding his leg, the last guard saw me and ran towards me. I tried looking for a new arrow but I found none.

“In the name of Equestria, die.”

I dropped the bow and manged to catch the sword between my hands before he killed me, lucky for me the pony was not an earth pony but a pegasus. I manged somehow to flip the sword out of his hands and grabbed it in the air and I thrusted the sword in his throat, he fell to the ground.

I just looked at the dead body as he lying in his own blood, I just killed someone. I promised myself that I would never take another life, this is war and it’s either kill or be killed but it didn’t make it any easier. I looked over to where Flash was lying, he was rubbing his head.

“You okay Flash?”

He looked around. “Wolf? Is that you?”

I walked over to him and help him up. “Yeah, it’s me. What are you doing? Why aren’t you somewhere safe?”

“Me, Shyla and Red was about to head somewhere safe but Celestia guards came before we could get somewhere safe.”

Then Shyla stormed out from the house and punch me in the face, I landed on ground with blood coming out from my mouth.

“This is all your fault, if you didn’t come here none of this would not have happened.”

“Shyla, you can’t blame the whole war on him.”

“Don’t you dear to protect him just because he’s your friend, it is his fault.”

I got up from the ground. “It’s okay Flash.”

“No, it’s not you’re not to blame here, Celestia is.”

“I said its okay, if they want to blame me then let them. I don’t care, I suggest that you get yourself some safe I have somewhere ells to be.”

I left them and headed to the hospital to check on Amethyst, I was praying that she would be safe. Before I left I kick the guard with the arrow in the face so he pasted out.

When I arrived there, I could see Celestia’s guard fighting Crystal guards and Luna’s guard, they were out number and Ace was with them. I grabbed a sword that was lying beside a death pony, I didn’t want to kill again so I went for their legs. I didn’t cut them off but slash them good enough so they wouldn’t stand for a while, I was breathing hard when Ii was finish and I don’t know why.

“Wolf.” I looked at Ace who was coming towards me. “You okay?” I just nodded. “Thanks for help but what are you doing here?”

“I came here to see if Amethyst was okay.”

“She is okay and so are the rest of the ponies in the hospital are safe, did you finish your mission?”

“No, it was a total failure. Where is Sombra and Luna?” I asked him.

“They are at the castle and Celestia was heading there.”

“Then there were I’m going next.”

Ace grabbed my arm. “What are you trying to prove Wolf? That you are a hero?”

“I’m not trying to prove anything and I’m not a hero, now let go of my arm.” He did that. “Tell Amethyst that I love her and I’m sorry that I can’t keep my promise.”

“You are talking like you’re not coming back.”

I didn’t answer him I just headed towards the castle but one thing is sure, he might be right.

When I arrived at the castle I could see dead ponies at the entrance, crystal and bat. This isn’t war it’s a massacre. Before I walk inn, I picked up a shield that was lying beside a crystal guard I almost threw up when I saw who it was. It was the same mare I saved from Shield a couple weeks ago, they had sliced her throat right off. I closed her eyes.

“Rest in peace.”

The door to the castle was ripped open, just how strong is Celestia? Once I was inside the castle there were dead ponies everywhere, not only crystal and bat but normal ponies. They didn’t go down without a fight, that’s for sure. Then I heard voices in a room, I walked carefully over to the door so they wouldn’t hear me. The door was slightly open to I peeked inside, I could see two earth ponies and a peagsus and they were wearing an armour I didn’t recognize so they must be Celestia’s guard.

“This is wrong.” One of the earth ponies said.

“I know it’s wrong but we got our orders.” Said the other earth pony.

“We are invading the Crystal empire and Princess Celestia won’t tell us why, we are killing ponies without a reason.” Say what. “And its making me sick.” Said the first pony.

“Shut up both off you, let’s just kill this crystal unicorn already.” Said the pegaus.

I open the door enough so I could see who they were talking about and what I saw got me angrier then I ever been before, sitting on the floor and leaning against the wall was Cobalt. He was holding his hand against is stomach and I could see blood on his hand. Without think I ran inside and caught the guard’s off guard, I sliced the throat right off the peasus and ran my sword inn on the earth pony’s eyes, the last one just stood there ready to throw up.

“Leave now if you treasure your life.”

He just ran as fast as he could out the door.

“Wolf? Is that you?”

I bent down. “Yeah buddy, it’s me.”

He smiled. “I guess that you didn’t convince Celestia’s father.”

“No, no I didn’t. what happened to you?”

“When Celestia invade, we were caught off guard and it happened so fast that we didn’t have time to organised. All the guards were scattered, I wanted to protect king Sombra so I stayed with them. I don’t know what happened to Ace.”

“Ace is okay, he is protecting the hospital.”

“That’s good.” He coughed up some blood. “I don’t think I’m going to make it.”

I took of my jacket to try and stop the bleeding. “You’re going to be just fine, what happened next?”

“We tried to hold her hold her back but she was to strong, I tried to use my ice magic but it didn’t work and before I knew I ended up her with pain in my stomach.” He coughed up some more blood. “I think I need to sleep now.”

“No Cobalt, don’t fall asleep. Stay with me buddy.” He didn’t answer me. “Cobalt?” No answer, he was dead. The only emotion I felt now was rage. “I’m going to kill Shield and Celestia.”

There was only one place those two assholes could be and that was the throne room, unfortunately. I didn’t know where throne room was so I found ine of Celestia’s guard that I could ‘asked’ where the throne room was, In gratitude I left him live.

When I reached the throne room I was meet with two massive doors and I could see that they were partly open so I kick them open and walked in, what I saw almost made me throw up. Right in front of me was Celestia sitting on a throne that I’m guessing is Sombra’s and on her right was Shield but that was no that caught my attention, up on the wall behind Celestia was Luna and Sombra. She has had hung them up with her magic, both of their arms and legs were trap by magic. They looked like trophies, she is sick in the head.

“Well, well. Isn’t it the wolf of the Crystal empire, I was wondering when you were going to show up.”

“It sounds like you miss me Shield.”

“Missed you?” He stared to laugh. “Ever since you kick me in the balls I wanted to kill you but I knew I couldn’t do it so long as Sombra was king so I escape.” He stared to walked down the stairs that led up to the throne, I noticed that he had cover up his face and crotch. “And now I have the chance.” He drew his sword and pointed at me. “Be ready to die.”

I said nothing, I put my free hand in my pocket and took out my earphones, put them in my ears and put on some music. I grabbed sword and l looked him the eyes. “Let’s dance asshole.”

He raised his sword and charge towards me, he swung the sword as hard as he could towards me. I manged to block the attack with my sword but that was a mistake, I knew that he was smiling under that helmet because, before I could react he kick me in the side. I fell to the side and I could feel my ribs crack, is not easy to defend against someone that is cover up with armour.

“What do you think about my armour Wolf? It protected me against magic and swords, I am invincible.”
I picked myself up from the floor. “You got a big mouth, nothing more.” That made him angry.

“You will knell before me and…” I slammed my shield into his helmet before he could finish that sentence, he staggered backwards. “You are dead.”

He swung his sword and this time I block with my shield and it shattered in pieces, my eye widened when it happened.

He stared to laugh. “Do you really think that I would use those pathetic shields that the empire makes, this sword was made from dragon scales.”

It didn’t know how tough dragon scales was but if it could shatter steel then I’m trouble, the sword I’m using is pretty useless. I looked around the to see if there was a sword I could use and one stood out, it was a black sword, it was curved and a little bigger than a normal sword. I dropped the sword I was holding and ran over to grabbed it, once I did I felt massive surge of magic flowing through me and it hurt like hell.

“You are brave Wolf I give you that, that sword belongs to Sombra and only he can use it. You will be dead in about five minutes.”

“That's more than I need.”

I lunged towards him with Sombra sword ready to cut him but he bloke my attack with his shield, then he tried to slash me with his sword I manged barely to doge the attack but he cut me on my stomach. I could feel the tip of his sword cut me and it hurt, lucky for me that attack let him open so swung the sword again with both arms and manages to hit him in the side but to no effect.

“Have you forgotten Wolf, my armour can resist magic and that is was Sombra’s sword is made of, pure magic.” No wonder it hurt likes hell.

This is bad, I was running out of options and I was getting weaker thanks to Sombra’s sword. I need to finished this fast but how? I need to get his helmet off but how do I do that with that armour, then I had an idea. I lifted my hand and gave him the finger, as expected that made him mad. He charged at me, I wait to he was a few feet away from me.

I swung the sword as fast as I could at his legs, the caught him of guard and he fell to the floor face first. Before he could recover I removed his helmet and slammed his face into the floor and knocking him out.

I feel to floor trying to catch my breath, then I heard clapping. I looked over to Celestia who has gotten up from the throne, she was just standing there with a creepy smile on her face.

“Bravo, bravo. I didn’t expect anyone to beat Shield while he was wearing that armour.”

I got up. “Oh please, you were using him the hole time.”

She was surprised by that, I could tell. “How did you figured that out.”

“When you first attack the empire, you failed and something tells me that made you desperate and you need someone or a pony that knew the empire inn and out.” I pointed at Shield. “And there were he came inn.”

Here smiled became even more creepier, if that was even possible. “I’m impressed.”

“I have work with tyrant before, you are all the same.”

“I am not a tyrant.”

“Oh no? What do you call this? You invaded the Crystal empire, slaughtered ponies and looked what you did to your own sister.”

She looked back at Luna who was still hanging there unconscious. “She chose her fate and that was to side with Sombra and not her own sister.”

“You make me sick, no one does that to her own sister. You are really a tyrant.”

That made her angry. “Don’t call me that.”

“Like I said before, I have work with a tyrant before. He did the same as you, invade, killed, thought he did the right thing when he was blind. Why are you even doing this?”

“I’m doing this because my father failed.”

“Your father? What, he didn’t give you enough love when you were a little girl.”

“THAT’S HAS NOTHING TO WITH THIS.”

“Then why?”

She was getting frustrated. “My father tried to make Crystal empire become one with Equestria but he never did it, then my mother died and then he just disappeared, that coward. I tried to convince Sombra to agree with me but he didn’t listen so I took the empire by force.”

“I don’t think that your mother would approve what you are doing.”

Instead of answering me she just her magic to slam me into the ceiling and then down to the floor, let me tell you it hurt like hell. She then stepped on my throat.

“Don’t you dare talk about my mother.” She just her magic to slam me into the wall, that made me cough up blood. She slammed me repeatedly into the wall, it made he see stars. She then grabbed me by the throat. “I’m going to rule both Equestria and the Crystal empire with iron hand and there nothing you can do to stop me.”

She was right, I may have defeated Shield but Celestia is on another level. Then I was someone behind her that made me smile.

“’So, you are smiling in your last day in this world.” She summoned a sword. “Not for long.”

“Maybe you should look behind you and see why I’m smiling.”

She laughed. “Do you really I going to fall for that?” She raised her sword. “Say good bye to this world Wolf O’Donnel.

She was about to kill me but then a golden beam hit the sword and shot it from her hand, she dropped me on the floor. I landed on the floor, hard.

“What’s the meaning with this Celestia?” That was Solaris.

I could see that she turned around. “Father? What are you doing here?”

“I could ask you the same thing, this is not the way me and your mother raised you.”

“What do you know about that? You left me in charge of Equestria alone when out mother died, what kind of father does that?”

“You were supposed to rule with your sister not fight each other.”

“My sister is weak and so are you, I have united Equestria and the Crystal empire. Something you never accomplished.”

“Yes, you did that but at what cost? You have killed so many ponies, are you going to be remember as good ruler or a tyrant?”

“Don’t call me a tyrant, I did what you couldn’t and where were you when mother died.”

I could see a flash. “We will talk about this at home.” That was all I heard before I past out.
