Sunset Shimmer in her demon form held Hikaru Shidou by her throat as the latter struggle to free herself from the iron grip, her broken sword lay below her. With a twist, Sunset snaps the magical girl’s neck and once all the light in her eyes was gone she drops the body into the pit, joining the others. The pit is filled with the bodies of the others who she has killed along with the other magical girls from their battles.

Sunset looks down into the pit where all of them were trap in and could only escape when there was only one of them left. She recognized a few of the bodies on top of the pile.

The tank of Mao Onigawara is still burning, with the smell of cooking meat coming out.

Sasha Waybright even in death held the bodies of her two friends close to her, the bodies of the other Pretty Cures lay around them.

Luz Noceda in her titan form lays on her side with her arm having punched through the torso of Madoka Kaname, even as she had blasted off her lower body.

Utena Tenjou had her sword buried in the chest of Ichigo Momomiya, before she died from the attack that impaled her with spikes made out of ice.

Rainbow Brite has flowers coming out of her mouth as she lays on top of Wedding Peach.

Hilda in her massive troll form with one hand holding her sword cuts off the head of Sailormoon, in her other arm she held her friend Frida. Frida has lost her legs and had to use fire magic on the stumps to stop the bleeding. They look around to see who was left alive.

Star Butterfly crawled out from beneath the bodies of She-Ra and Molly Mcgee. She clutch her wand and prepared to fight and survive. That was the last thought she had as Hilda stomps her massive foot down on top of her head.

“There can only be one,” Sunset said to the two other survivors in the pit.

“Yes there can only be one,” Hilda said as she looks down at Frida who nods.

Grabbing some materials from the bodies around them, Hilda fasten a makeshift harness which she puts Frida in and puts her on her back.

“Let’s finish this,” Frida said her hands glowing with magic as she and Hilda faced off against Sunset, the only other to survive the battle royal. Both of them promising to each other they would only decide which of them live only after they’re the last ones standing, and Frida in her state knows that Hilda is the one who would be walking out of this out of the two of them, but she has to make sure that Hilda survives this last fight.

“Yes,” Sunset said her hands glowing with power as she with her ruin wings leap towards the two as they charged at her.

The RV -

“Another world where there’s a magical girl war and this time it takes place in a pit where the winner will gain all the powers of the dead,” Twilight said watching the screen. (1)

“My counterpart seems to be doing well,” Sunset said watching her counterpart fight the Master Blaster rip off.

“Sunset!” Captain Planet said entering the room.

“What is it?” Sunset ask.

“There’s a Celesita here looking for you,” he said.

“Not another one,” Sunset said as this is the 76th time this year that a Celestia looking for their Sunset came across them.

“Trixie did a scan, and she’s yours,” Captain Planet said.

“What?” Sunset ask teleporting outside.

Once outside the RV packed in the middle of nowhere but within sight of the busy freeway, Sunset stared at the person she thought that would never come seeking her. Worn and tried from her journey through the multiverse former princess Celestia stared back at her.

“You really came looking for me,” Sunset said having met lots of Celestia’s who been looking for their Sunsets who left to explore the multiverse.

“Yes, I did. I failed you, like so many others did with theirs,” Celestia said.

“You really think that this will change anything?” Sunset ask.

“No, nothing but time and effort will change anything between us,” Celestia said.

“Sunset she is one of the Celesita’s who actually want to make things better between her and you. We have met some in the past,” Trixie said.

“She put in the effort and did it on her own,” Twilight said popping her head out of the RV.

“And she is regretful for her past,” Captain Planet said thanks to her power of Heart could see that Celesita wants to earn Sunset’s forgiveness.

“Just remember even if you do, still doesn’t make up for this when it would had actually matter,” Sunset said.

“Yes, I know that we will never have a mother and daughter relationship like other of our counterparts have, I just want to earn back what we use to have, even if it’s just a shadow of what it should be,” Celestia said.

“You finally learned to do things yourself, good. Learned it from other Celestia’s?” Sunset ask.

“Yes, many told me I was a fool for giving you up,” Celestia said.

“Don’t expect me to give you an easy time,” Sunset said going back inside the RV.

“I know,” Celestia said sadly.
