The sky outside is filled with red butterflies as Chloe stood back up, she was bleeding, beaten, her right arm has been broken. Around her are the broken bodies of the akumatized villains she has taken down. And in front of her are the ones still standing, outside of the museum, their battle has taken them to that has the entire wall of the museum smash letting in the daylight from outside to shine on the Egyptian relics.

With so many villains thanks to all the butterflies, Red Queen, Cheshire, Rena Rouge, and Carapace were overwhelmed. With how brutal Chloe is as a hero, the villains are much stronger and more ruthless as well. Leaving the heroes of Paris completely unprepared when she just stop being a hero and they had to deal with the villains without a Chloe wearing them down first.

The heroes were losing badly till Chloe showed up and distracted the villains. The best way she knows how, by being as brutal as possible with them. The villains she has taken down have turn back to normal but are now either had her metal bat smash into their heads or have broken limbs and bones. For she just didn’t care if she had to kill the villains, she has to take them all down so that Red Queen and the others can get to Hawkmoth and turn everything back to normal.

Princess Justice step into the exhibit room as Chloe stood up from the smash display case she was toss into. The jewelry that are on display some have been broken with some are embedded on her body. Flanking Princess Justice are her parents, Qilin and Weredad, with the other villains behind them.

“You really are more of a villain with how you act,” Princess Justice said.

“Don’t give me that. I know what I am, and despite idealistic platitudes, victory ultimately goes to those who are ruthless and desperate enough to take the most extreme measures, not to the morally superior. It’s the reason why all of you are teaming up against me, you know you have no chance otherwise,” Chloe smiles showing her bloodily mouth as several of her teeth are missing. “So what if, I’m more of a villain than a hero, so what if people fear me for what I’m willing to do. People only realized what I was doing for them, only when I stop being a hero. And they saw how bad things get without me, taking you villains on. And even then your dad still refuse to pay me for my service like the United Heroez in the states.”

“Then why are you fighting?” Princess Justice asked.

“Because you villain damage my home and hurt my dad! For that, I came back to this life that offers me nothing for all of my hard work in breaking you villains. Because no matter what, I will save the one who was always there for me no matter what or how badly I acted. No matter what happens to me or what you do, my dad is worth the pain,” Chloe growled.

“Well spoken,” a small doll sized sphinx said as she flew out of a gold bracelet that’s caught in Chloe’s hair.

“A kwami,” Chloe said realizing that she got a hold of an unknown Miraculous.

“I see you know of my kind. I am Aina the Kwami of Reflection and you have proven to me you are worthy of my power of reflection,” the sphinx said. (1)

“Aina become one with me!” Chloe said as she slaps the bracelet on her and she transforms.

Chloe’s superhero outfit is like Cheshire’s cat theme outfit but instead of black it’s golden yellow and she has large eagle wings on her back. Her mask is apart of an Egyptian style headdress. She’s armed with clawed gauntlets and boots with claws on the toes.

“I am Sekhmet!” Chloe said giving herself a new name to go with her new superhero identity.

Later -

Sekhmet stood with the heroes after Hawkmoth was defeated and ran away. Just like what happen in the other timeline, but this time the villains who she battle while the heroes fought Hawkmoth are all staring at her in fear. Red Queen had undone all the damage that was done but the memory remained and the villains all remember what she did to them.

“So you’re a hero now?” Red Queen asked.

“Of course not, I only got involved because of one of the villains damaging my house and hurting dad. Otherwise, I wouldn’t had gotten out to help,” Sekhmet said.

“Chloe, give me the Miraculous, I can protect it,” Red Queen said.

“No,” Sekhmet said as she turns back to her normal self and Bea hovers near her. “Bea what you think?”

“No, I have been lock away, waiting for someone who has truly reflected on herself to lend my power to,” Bea said.

“I reflected on myself and realized that no matter what, people only care about what I do for them only when I’m not doing it anymore. I always having to deal with Akumas while damaging my own emotional health because of the consequences that giving into rage or sadness could bring. It’s the reason why i haven’t been turn into a villain because of how I have to constantly control my emotions. While others take for granted that I will always save the day, being ungrateful that I’m not doing a better job and judging me harshly for how I handle the villains. News flash I have no powers, fighting against villains with superpowers. I can’t afford to hold back, I been nearly killed every single time and I did it all for nothing. I never tried taking advantage of being a hero or anything like some dirty cops do. And when I asked to be paid for my work and was told no, I simply quit because, helping people who refuse to give me something for my work. So I quit,” Chloe said. (2)

“The guardians that I bonded with, were supported by the royal family for their service to the kingdom. Having a guardian who can’t afford a decent living standard, reflects poorly on the kingdom. A place that just expects someone to continue to work for nothing, shouldn’t be surprise that they just leave or stop doing what they did for free,” Bea said.

“Till, I’m compensated for my work like the heroes in the US, I refuse to work for nothing. You all should look into being paid as well,“ Chloe said as she transforms again as Sekhmet and flew off heading for home.

1 - Aina the Kwami of Reflection has the power to reflect on anything, seeing who you really are by reflecting on yourself. She can also reflect anything, like how the push push devil fruit in One Piece works. She can reflect anything away, even concepts like pain away.

2 - Seeing how in many fictions being a hero doesn't pay the bills, there is a reason why many heroes are well off. As otherwise explaining how they survive without a job or a way to make a living, would be a big plot hole.

Also there's the whole the hero is too poor to afford having a decent standard of living, and is homeless as the result of no one paying the hero or giving them anything to survive on. There be lots of heroes turning villain, just to have a roof over the heads and food on the table and clean water.
