“Sunset Shimmer, superhero name Alicorn. Power is telekinesis, on the scale that has her being able to lift the oil tanker and the spilled oil out of the sea,” Greg D. Mallory said playing the video of Alicorn cleaning up the oil spill that happen a few years ago. (1)

The clip shows Alicorn lifting up all the spilled oil and putting it back into the tanker and patching up the hole.

“From what Vought-American has on her, she just appeared a couple of years ago displaying her powers. Their cover story is that she’s from a magical world who came out of the base of a statue. And that she is really a talking magical pony who thanks to the magic of the portal was transformed into a human,” Mallory said to The Boys.

“Sounds like a plot from a cartoon,” Mother’s Milk said.

“Yes and accounting to our source within the company, she’s the one who came up with the story. She plays up the part, even writing books about the magical land of Equestria which has become a gold mine for her,” Mallory said.

“Tell me about it. She doesn’t even need to be a superhero with the amount of money she’s raking in,” The Frenchman said. The Equestria books are hugely popular, which has gotten a cartoon show, toys, and other stuff.

“She also screwed with the lawyers Vought-American sent to try to get a piece of that pie. She negotiated on her own the contract they gave her. She read it then immediately and expertly begin revising it so that she maintains control of the copyrights to Equestria,” Billy Butcher said liking how she screwed the company over.

“She is also the only superhero who we can’t find anything on. No drug use of any kind, no wild sex parties, none of the other hedonistic and depraved acts that the other heroes do. All the collateral damage one expects from her showing up, is negated as she careful in what she does, doing what she can to keep collateral damage down,” Mallory said.

“So she’s a good super?” Wee Hughie asked.

“Seems so,” Mallory said bringing up the up to date picture of Alicorn. “Alicorn keeps herself clean, refuses to join any team, uses her powers to help or whoever hires her. She has used her powers to clean up the mess caused by the last storm that hit the gulf, which has gotten other heroes to follow her lead for the PR.”

“If she’s so clean why are we even talking about her then?” Butcher ask.

“Because she has no v-compound in her at all,” Mallory said causing all members of The Boys to look up, even The Female who was napping.

“She doesn’t have any v in her?” Butcher asked.

“Yes she doesn’t and I like to know how it’s possible for her to have powers without any v in her,” Mallory said.

"A world where, I went to The Boys universe," Sunset said watching the screen.

"And where the heroes aren't heroes. Just overpaid celebrities who get paid by their corporate bosses," Captain Planet said.

"They don't even do anything in saving the day. It's all staged to make the heroes look good and be marketable. My counterpart is the only one who actually goes around helping people," Sunset said.

"And she is powerful," Captain Planet points out.

"She is Celestia's daughter in that world. She has her power to move stars around," Sunset said.

"We're getting a hail from the Judge ship," Twilight's voice came over the com.

"What we're not even in the solar system so we're not even in their jurisdiction," Sunset said.

"That's not the reason why they're calling. It's about the sun eater we were chasing," Twilight said.

"Put them on," Sunset said.

"What do you know about the sun eater? And what were you doing following it?" a man asked on the com.

"It's an energy being that feeds on stars. We were chasing after it to catch it and sell it to a buyer. But once it enter your solar system we stop chasing it. Seeing how the last time we tried to stop something like this. You judges instead of being grateful for saving the day, tried to arrest us. With the lead judge Dredd telling us to power down our ship. So we did and the star eater in that universe was set free and ate that Earth's sun in that universe we went to. And yes we travel to other universes and the judge Dredd there went and tried to arrest us when we were trying to save his world. Which after all the humans had to leave Earth for those who could anyways, we showed a recording of what happen and all those who could leave Earth abandon the judges to live on their own without them. Leaving the judges to police themselves," Sunset explains.

"How do we stop it?" the judge asked.

"Not our problem, seeing how if we help you will just arrest us," Sunset said. "Twilight jump away."

"Right," Twilight said as she teleports the ship away to another universe before the judges could do anything. Leaving the judges to handle the star eater on their own. (2)

1 - Sunset has telekinesis that allows her to move stars around. Making her Superman level in terms of power and more then able to beat and kill any of the heroes in The Boys universe. As her power lets her move stars around with her mind. And seeing how in most fictions that isn't dumb in how things work like, having cartoon logic where you can pick up a rock and give the sun a black eye. There really isn't that many that has the power to withstand the power of being able to move a star around.

2 - The Judges themselves, especially the more unscrupulous kind: A bunch of overgrown bullies on an authority trip and armed to the teeth, who can, at the drop of a hat, arrest you, terrorize you and threaten you and basically make your life a living hell and do so, to all of the citizens to ensure they are nothing more than a broken, spineless mass who are too scared to do ANYTHING that the Judges might take offense to. They also have zero oversight from any other organization (what little civilian government that exists only does so at their leisure), so nothing can keep them in check when they start abusing their power to keep the public under their boot. Oh and the things they will do if you ever start pointing out that they are fascist, power-hungry thugs: they'll ruin your life, frame you for crimes you did not commit to discredit you, threaten your family by taking your kids away and forcibly inducting them into the Judges (where they would be brainwashed into serving the system), and if they feel real froggy: grab you off the street, subject you to electroshock therapy to cause massive memory loss, surgically alter your face against your will, then drop you off on an alien world in an amnesiac state from which you will never recover.

It doesn't help that the wildly inconsistent writing of the series causes things to be very confusing and all the different writers make it hard to understand the setting.
