This is the last Episode that I typed in the Original Version of the Story. If you proceed to the next Chapter, you'll be greeted with the S1 Premiere of the Re;Birth Story which is a reboot of the story now that I know what I want to make this story to be mostly set in stone. Snow fell all around Ponyville as the Pegasi all placed the Winter clouds in place in order to begin Winter. In the Golden Oak Library, the Harem was busy sitting around doing nothing as they were waiting for the Winter to fully arrive before having fun, all the Autumn fun from Episode 21 completely drained. Rainbow Dash was out helping as she was one of the main weather ponies.

After waiting about half an hour, Rainbow Dash popped her head in the door.

"Alright girls! It's ready!" she announced.

The Harem immediately donned their Winter wear and rushed out the door, trampling Rainbow Dash in the process. She eventually pulled her head off of the small Rainbow Dash shaped indentation that was created from the trampling.

"Um girls? I know you are excited and all, but can you turn it down a notch?" she slurred out.

Spike popped his head in the door, wearing scarf, mittens, and hat.

"Hmm... Nah. I know from experience you've handled worse. Besides, it's time to have some fun," he just commented then winked at the camera.

Rainbow Dash just looked at the camera and pointed a hoof back at Spike with a confused look on her face.

Theme.

TV Snow/Static Transition.

Applejack was shovelling snow at Sweet Apple Acres, clearing out the pathways that lead to it until...

"CANNONBALL!"

This sounded awfully familiar to Applejack.

Not again...

The Cutie Mark Crusaders and Spike all jumped from their perches in nearby trees, landing in the snow. Unlike what happened in Autumn, snow did not scatter around all over the place. Four heads popped out of the mound of snow all disgruntled that their plan didn't work, each wearing a snow beard.

Applejack just chuckled that she won this round. After shaking off all the snow, the four of them all glared at Applejack because she is a silly pony.

TV Snow/Static Transition.

Twilight and Pinkie Pie were trotting down one of the Winter streets of Ponyville, enjoying the beauty of the season. At least they were until a snowball pelted Pinkie Pie head on. Twilight found a sneaky rainbow tail dangling off of one of the clouds. It was then that conveniently the Cutie Mark Crusaders all passed by. Pinkie Pie then grabbed the three of them and set them down in front of her and Twilight.

"Alright Private Apple Bloom, and new Recruits Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle, we have a delinquent hiding in the cloud up there. Recommended plan of action: Snowball Warfare!" she blared out in a quite militaristic manner.

"Sounds like a plan to me," Scootaloo matter-of-factly commented.

The Cutie Mark Crusaders then prepared one snowball each.

"Ready! Aim! Fire!" Pinkie commanded.

Fire they did. Three snowballs slashed through the cloud where Rainbow Dash was snickering, leaving holes and a stunned Pegasus. After that, Pinkie Pie and Twilight joined in pelting the brash Pegasus with snowball after snowball. Of course like any reasonable Pegasus, Rainbow Dash flew for it. The five of them gave chase, leading them to Sweet Apple Acres. Applejack, Rarity and Fluttershy were all enjoying some hot cider and chatting outside the barn when the Pegasus came flying full speed and landing with a stop right in front of them.

"Applejack, you need to help me. We've got a code Twinkie Pie! They even got the Cutie Mark Crusaders helping them! I may have started a war with the five of them. I need backup stat!" Rainbow Dash panicked.

Applejack smirked.

"Aww... Rainbow Dash, always picking a fight huh?" she commented, "I'll help ya out now."

It was then that the five in question all sprang up from the hill overlooking the barn, all dawning epic poses standing on their rear hooves. Pinkie Pie was in the center of the group of five.

"Rainbow Dash! You have declared war on the Twinkies! Prepare for snow warfare!" she yelled.

They all primed snowball grenades and threw them straight at Rainbow Dash. It was then that Applejack stepped in and bucked each individual grenade back to each of its respective thrower. Twilight and Pinkie Pie were able to dodge the impending explosions, but the Cutie Mark Crusaders weren't as lucky. Snow splattered all over the place as the fillies fell to their demise.

"Nooooo!!!" Pinkie Pie yelped out.

Spike appeared from the white space and dragged each individual filly off of the battlefield. The four of them immediately ran for their lives since they knew this war was no place for fillies or a drakefriend. They settled on bunkering down at Sugarcube Corner to stay safe from what was to come, after all, it was a great place for hot chocolate this time of year. No filly can resist that.

Anyways, Pinkie Pie got enraged. She equipped Twilight, one hoof around her neck and the other on her tail. Twilight blushed from the sudden contact but didn't question Pinkie Pie. She then flicked a switch on the side to "snowball" and started whirling Twilight's tail rapidly, causing a whole bunch of snowballs to barrage Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Rarity. Fluttershy just meeped and hid behind Rarity. Rarity just activated her horn and shielded them from the onslaught. With the shield still activated, she trotted off with a terrified Fluttershy clinging on to her.

So there it was, the Twinkies vs. Applejack and Rainbow Dash. Rainbow Dash and Applejack tried to put up a fight with throwing individual snowballs at the Twinkies, but it was then that Pinkie Pie activated her tail propeller and lifted herself along with Twilight into the air. Applejack and Rainbow Dash's jaws were dropped that Pinkie Pie could handle carrying Twilight. Pinkie Pie then primed a really powerful blast and then yanked Twilight's tail hard to unleash a huge snowball that wiped the Earth Pony and Pegasus out. Meanwhile, Twilight was definitely protesting to that act with a very, very flushed face.

"Pinkie Pie! Isn't it a bit too early for this kind of stuff?" she reddened.

"Hmm... I guess you're right, but hey, we won!" Pinkie matter-of-factly commented.

Pinkie Pie brought them back down to the ground where they trotted up to the snow mound that contained Applejack and Rainbow Dash. The two in question then popped their heads out of the snow. It was then that Pinkie Pie decided to make a small quip about the situation.

"You know Rainbow Dash, it's best not to start a snowball fight with a physics-breaking Earth pony and a powerful Unicorn," she matter-of-factly spoke.

Rainbow Dash could only grunt in frustration that Pinkie Pie was right. Twilight wrapped her hooves around Pinkie Pie's barrel and then lifted off via Pinkie-copter, destination set to Sugarcube Corner. Applejack just snickered at Rainbow Dash.

After dusting themselves off of the snow, they too decided to head to Sugarcube Corner. When they arrived, a table was already set up with Spike and the rest of the Harem already there, each with a cup of hot cocoa. Applejack pushed the door open for Rainbow Dash and they both entered. Pinkie Pie was there to greet them with a surprisingly cheerful demeanor. After returning the greeting, they took their respective seats, got some hot cocoa, and adopted some bored looks on their faces to match the rest of the Mane 6 and Spike since this antic has been finished. The Cutie Mark Crusaders cheerfully continued to sip their hot cocoa.

TV Snow/Static Transition.

Pinkie Pie led Twilight by the hoof to a very familiar patch of ice, Spike in tow. Equipped with ice skates, it was time.

"Alright Twilight, you ready for this?" Pinkie held Twilight closer.

"Oh... um... are you sure about this?" Twilight meekly commented, "I mean, you're still not mad at me for Winter Wrap Up right?"

"*blows raspberry* Nonsense Twilight! I can't stay mad at you for that! I don't have time for that kind of resentment. How do you think I stay so cheerful anyways?"

Very good point.

Twilight carefully stepped onto the ice with her skates on. Immediately she started to slip up and panic.

"A little help here?" Twilight requested.

A hoof was placed on her back. Pinkie Pie was giving a reassuring look and sincere smile. Spike was on the other side of the frozen lake also encouraging with a wink. Twilight then took on a confident look and started slow.

"Step, step, and step," Twilight repeated to herself.

What she didn't realize was that by the time she looked up from her hooves, she was already muzzle to mouth with Spike. Spike just chuckled and gave Twilight a peck on the lips for making it this far. Twilight squee'd. After some more catching up with Spike, Twilight also was a natural.

Twilight landed from a well executed jump and slid to a stop.

"Whoo! That's the most fun I've ever had all winter! Thank you Pinkie Pie," she excitedly commented.

"No problem Twilight! Anything for the alpha marefriend of mine~" Pinkie chirped.

And all was good that day, for Twilight Sparkle had finally learned how to skate.

TV Snow/Static Transition.

Ah yes, it is now Hearth's Warming Day. A grand day where all the shops are closed and it is meant purely for being with friends and/or family. A nice fire was going in the fireplace in the Golden Oak Library... yes, Twilight knows what she's doing, fireproofing and such. Speaking about the Golden Oak Library, it was nicely decorated thanks to Pinkie Pie and her party cannon. Twilight of course knew better than to question how Pinkie Pie was able to decorate both the interior and exterior by just one fire of the cannon inside the library, or the fact that nothing was out of place.

Anyways, Spike didn't get any Hearth's Warming gifts this year, as with all the years. The reason for such a thing was quite heartwarming though. Unlike the Prime Universe, he knew of his draconic nature from conversations with Zecora back in Episode 9 in an unwritten scene. Of course, still being a good drakefriend, he knew he had to get something for every single one of his nine filly/marefriends.

Doing all that Hearth's Warming Shopping for the materials he needed proved to be entertaining to all of the ponies who were tending their shops. Ducking and weaving through the side streets of Ponyville, he had to avoid seeing the Apple Family as they tended to their apple stall. When he was at home, he had to make use of the white space to make and wrap all the presents so that Twilight can't get a peek. But as for now, it was finally time for the big reveal.

All nine of them eagerly unwrapped their gifts, some in a more civilized manner like Rarity while Pinkie Pie was shredding the wrapping paper to confetti.

"Awwww Spike!!! This is sooo cute!"

"Whoa, this is actually cool surprisingly enough."

Those comments from the Cutie Mark Crusaders, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow Dash were enough to express the sentiments that all nine of them shared. What they received were accurate plushies of themselves. Even Rarity was impressed. The Mane 6 and Cutie Mark Crusaders then set down the plushies together on the couch which did look quite adorable. The Mane 6 and Cutie Mark Crusaders got very, very, mischievous since they all knew of a very favorite Hearth's Warming tradition.

"Hey Spike~" all of them cooed.

"Hmm?"

"Take a look up above your head~"

Spike indeed did look up. Well what does he know, there's a piece of mistletoe above him.

"Well... I'm not exactly opposed to this..." he commented.

Spike tried to run away which was a really bad idea considering one of those mares is Rainbow Dash. She pinned Spike to the wall of the library and the rest of the Harem came up behind her. Simplest words, many kisses ensued.

As the festivities wound down for the night, Pinkie Pie remembered something that she needed to do. She opened a door to the white space and went through. After trotting a bit, she opened another door that opened up to a very familiar rock farm that she used to live on. Poking her head out the door, she found the filly she was looking for.

"Hi me!"

Filly Pinkie Pie perked up at seeing her older self and immediately bounded to give her a hug. Present Pinkie Pie gave her gift to her younger self, knowing that this was an event that was supposed to happen in advance. When Filly Pinkie Pie opened her present, she was confused at first. Why would her older self give her a cannon?

"Oh, you must be wondering why I'm giving you this. Well... the simplest way I can word it is that it will become one of your most famous and favorite item," Present Pinkie Pie explained.

Filly Pinkie Pie then inquired about how will she keep this away from the eyes of the rest of her family.

"Well... you have a poofy mane like I do right?"

Filly Pinkie Pie nodded. Her eyes then went wide as she realized what she needed to do. According to the comical theory of hammerspace, Pinkie Pie's mane was perfect for storage. Indeed the small party cannon that she received as a gift did fit inside her mane.

"And if you think that cannon is impressive, take a look at this~"

Present Pinkie Pie pulled out her current party cannon. Filly Pinkie Pie was definitely impressed at this.

"Yeah, you'll be upgrading that cannon of yours into this wonderful machine~ But for now, Happy Hearth's Warming me!"

The two shared one last hug before Present Pinkie Pie departed for her time. And all was good that Hearth's Warming night as the Harem decided to sleep in the Golden Oak Library's living room. A lot of bedding was strung out around the place. Rarity and Sweetie Belle were cuddled up on the couch since still the elegant mare must be... well... elegant. Applejack and Apple Bloom were relaxing on some bedding near the stairs. Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, being fillyhood friends have decided to share bedding as well. It was interesting how Rainbow Dash's hooves were wrapped around Fluttershy in a protective manner, but too cute to not be written into this Episode.

Lastly of course that left the Twinkie, Scootaloo and Spike. They were gathered near the fireplace that was still going. Pinkie Pie was on her stomach and had rested her head on Twilight's back and was fast asleep with her mouth agape. Scootaloo was well wrapped by Twilight's tail and had a content smile on her face. And yes, Spike... He was rested between Twilight's front hooves as the two of them gazed into each other's eyes.

"You know Spike, I never really told you how much you mean to me. I am almost certain that I wouldn't be functional without you. It's funny to think that I hatched you and many look at our relationship as more of a brother sister kind of deal... but clearly from all these years there's something more to us than just that. I thank you again for being there for me," Twilight reminisced.

Twilight and Spike then pressed their lips together. They were getting quite passionate to the point that Twilight was making out with Spike. Surprisingly, the other ponies didn't stir from what Twilight was doing. After that heated session, Twilight and Spike settled down to sleep, Twilight resting her head on Spike's stomach. It was then all peaceful and quiet as the ten of them all slept.

The Cutie Mark Crusaders were rolling a tire up Harem Hill with Spike's help. They eventually were able to get to the top after some time. They searched for an ideal branch from the tree that the engraving was still on. When one was found, they tied a rope to the tire and had Spike climb up to tie the other end to said branch. What resulted was a nice tire swing to add on to the site that already had a fire pit. Indeed it had been a wonderful Winter filled with feels and interesting happenings.

Zoom out of the Cutie Mark Crusaders taking turns on the tire swing, Spike pushing the swing for them.

Coco Pommel had a closed-eyed smile as she put on the finishing touches on her dress for the Gala, humming a nice tune while doing so. She stood back from the mannequin that held her masterpiece and marveled.

Well Coco Pommel, you have definitely outdone yourself this time~ It's beautiful and done all by yourself...

She sighed in relief that she was done, took a nice bubble bath, then went off to sleep.
