The Arch Angel Part A: Recruitment.

"We're going to get the Archangel." Spike said "You ready to go?"

"You know I'm always ready, Commander."

"Good. Get the Doc and Big Mac; we're going to-"

"Sorry, but one of us has to stay."

"...Excuse me!?"

"Sorry, but one of us has to stay behind. It's a little policy we have on this ship in which important members of the ship have to stay behind and only three members are allowed to exit."

"But... why!? Spitfire, I can understand, but why not the rest of us?"

"Multiple reasons, Spike, but some include: trying to stay incognito in the public, making sure the crew doesn't start a riot or try to take over the ship, holding back forces that are trying to invade the Celestia, and, something to make sure everyone on the ship does their job."

"I thought saving the galaxy was our job?"

"It is, but we need to do stuff inside the Celestia to make sure we are all ready to go. For me, since I'm my father's daughter and second in command of FIST, I run through files & make sure nothing gets as, even if a single piece of evidence is lost, we may face charges in prison, execution, or bankruptcy. Big Mac's role here is to make sure that all weapons are ready for combat; we don't any weapon to break while in the middle of combat, now do we?"

"And I take it the Doc's role here is to protect us from those bugs from Sombra and, if I'm not mistaking, produce drugs that can make us better in combat?"

"Now you're getting the hang of it! So, who do you want to go with you?"

"...I guess you and Big Mac again. We may need to impress our Archangel if we are to survive."

"Yes, Sir, commander. I'll be ready as soon as you're ready to head back out."

"Yeah, and we may need to talk to Caballeron again to get some info."

"Understandable. Ready when you are, Spike."

The group of three walked into the nightclub Caballeron ran, seeing more people attending & dancing to the music playing. The security guards saw the three and simply shrugged their heads, allowing them to talk to Caballeron. Caballeron sat on his couch, counting his money with a large grin across his face. He turned his head, sat upright, and shrugged his head, telling spike "Take a seat". Spike sat across from his, and the two began their next conversation.

"I can't believe you actually did it!" Caballeron cheered "You saved that district, lowered the Lycan & Wizard numbers, got that goof out of here, and, as of right now, business has boomed! In fact, here, 10,000 bits to your account."

"10,000!?" Spike replied in shock "Well, thanks for that."

"No problem, use it to get yourself something nice, perhaps a diamond for a snack. You Drake's enjoy that stuff, right?" Spike nodded "Alright then. Well, I know you're not here just to claim your rewards, what do you want to talk about?"

"I'm glad you asked: I'm trying to track down the Archangel."

"Ah! You and half of the slums as well? You want her dead too?"

"Uh... no, actually. And why's everyone after her?"

"She thinks she's fighting on the 'god side', in which it just pisses off anyone that's part of a gang here. Well, it's catching up to her and it's going to bite her hard in the ass. Why do you want to find her?"

"I'm putting a team together and she's on my list. Just like the Doctor, I'll need her assistance."

"Hmm... very interesting. You're going to be making a LOT of enemies when you team up with Archangel. Well, assuming you get to her; she's in deep shit right now."

"Just tell me where to find her, I'll deal with the rest."

"The local merc groups are recruiting anyone with a gun to help them take her out."

"Sounds like our ticket in." Diamond whispered to Big Mac.

"They're using one of my private rooms for recruitment, somewhere around here. See the line, and I'm sure they'll sign you up."

"Alright, which merc groups are after the Archangel?" Spike asked

"The Wizards, Feral boys, and the Shadowbolts: They're the galaxy's major players and run the slums with me. Unless they're at war, you're never going to see them cooperate with each other at all, but they are willing to work together to take Archangel out."

"If three gangs want to take one woman out, what can you tell me about Archangel?"

"Not as much as I'd like: she showed up a few months ago and started to cause problems. If you make your own laws, to which everyone has, then she comes in and makes it difficult. She's reckless and idealistic! But... at least she knows not to stay away from me."

"Well... do you hate Archangel?"

"I don't have time for hate, but I distrust them all equally. For now, I'm just happy to let them all kill each other."

"Well, thanks, I appreciate the help." He got up and began to walk away.

"See if you still feel the same when the mercs realize you're there to help her!"

The three waited in line at the recruitment area, standing behind some other species, waiting to join the attack on Archangel and get their bits. Diamond's plan of attack is that as soon as they arrive, they begin to shoot and kill everyone on sight, then take Archangel in. Big Mac says that they shouldn't attack head on, but mess with their equipment, head to Archangel, and watch the mercs fall by their own faulty equipment. Spike however, thought that they should just surprise them when they get to Archangel and hold off until a window opens for them to escape. All three have their ups & downs, but all should lead them to Archangel and her recruitment. They entered a room, where a lone Mage in wizard armor stood.

"You three look like you can do some damage." He complimented on their looks "Looking for a good fight?"

"Sure," Spike replied "if this is the place to go after Archangel."

"This is the place." he began to type some stuff down "the Standard fee is 500 bits each. You get paid when the job is done, if you die, then you & your friends don't collect the share. You need your own armor & weapons, which you've got covered, and no, this does not make you a member of the Wizards, Feral Boys, or the Shadowbolts. You're a freelancer, period. Any questions?"

"Yeah, where's the attack taking place?"

"At Archangel's base: she's been hiding right below our noses. I can't tell you where you're exactly going, but we'll get you there."

"Alright, where do we go?"

"Just head over to the transport depot outside the club. One of our boys will take you from there. Send in the next one!" Spike and the other turned, exited the opening doors, but stopped as inside came a young man in his early 20's.

"Hey, Is this where I sign up?" he asked

"Don't know," Spike replied "You look a little young to be a freelancing as a Merc."

"I'm old enough! I grew up down here, I know how to use a gun."

"So does Archangel." Diamond replied

"I can handle myself!" he pulled out a pistol "besides, I just spent 50 bits on this, and I want to-" Spike grabbed the man and brought him towards his face.

"Get your money back." Spike simply said. He took his pistol away.

"HEY!!! What the-!?" Spike jammed the side of the pistol, making it's barrel no longer operational.

"Trust me, kid, you'll thank me later." Spike handed the man the broken pistol back. He stared in confusion and sadness, but realized what happened.

Spike and the others walked and saw a lone human in wizard armor, leaning against a personal transporter.

"I'm here for the job." Spike spoke.

"Good," the human replied "you got everything ready, or do you need more time? Archangel's gonna die, so you better hurry."

"Now's a good time to switch one of us out, Commander." Diamond replied

"Eeyup." Big Mac replied

I.Switch team members?

A. Bring the Doc out.

1. Switch with Diamond Tiara

2. Switch with Big Macintosh

B. We're fine as it is.

II. Our plan of attack?

Mess with all gang's equipment before heading to Archangel

Just head to Archangel and hold off with her.

Kill all gang members before heading to Archangel.
