"If we're going," Spike replied to Sunset Shimmer "then you're going to need protection." He turned to Big Mac "Macintosh: stay with Sunset and protect her at all costs. If any of the mercs enter here, be sure they don't reach to her, got it?"

"Eeyup." Big Mac replied

"Thanks, Spike." Sunset replied "You better get going." Spike nodded.

"How do we get to the basement?" Spike asked

"God down a level; the basement door is on the west side of the main room, just behind the stairs. I'll radio the directions if you need help, but you've got to get down there quick. Good luck." Sunset readied her sniper and aimed at the bridge below. Spike, Big Mac, and the Doc all went downstairs, but Big Mac took cover behind a pillar near the entrance they took. Spike and the Doctor entered the basement door behind the stairs, and proceeded to close the shutters. They found the first shutter literally in front of them, surprisingly, with no one coming out of it. Two hallways lead to two different rooms, each with their own shutter that needed to be closed

"You still got your device?" Spike asked to the Doc.

"Yes." The doctor answered.

"Good. Find a way to close those shutters! I'll give you cover!"

"That won't be a problem." The Doc pulled his device out and, in less than two seconds, the shutter was closed.

"Nice!"

"We still have two more, Commander."

"Right. Follow me!" They both entered the left door, marked 'Utility', and were greeted with some bulltes fired by two Lycans, both stayinb behind cover by some pipes. The Doc took cover while Spike pulled out his pistol, feeling that they weren't going to be much of a problem. He killed the two with a clean headshot and jumped over their cover of pipes, turned a corner, and filled four more Lycans, all with a headshot before reloading. The doc followed and rushed ahead, closing the shutter at the end of the hallway. The shutter began to close slowly, but they both saw a lone behemoth charging at them! Spike aimed very carefully and shot the behemoth in it's left knee, seeing it fall with it making it's other leg break with a snap before it fell to the floor, failing at trying to get them as the shutter closed him out.

"We have one more to go."

"Yeah; to that other hallway!"

They entered the right door, only to see that not only was the area huge, but there were many Wild Boys around, mostly Lycans. One of the Lycans saw the two, snarled, and ran away, alerting everyone else. Both the Doctor and Spike took cover behind some crates.

"There goes our element of surprise."

"Stay behind me!" Spike pulled his assault rifle out, got out of cover, and began to fire at the Lycan mercs, though with not the best accuracy. Luckily, many of the Lycans fell like flies as expected, and Spike charged ahead with the Doc behind him, grabbing a Lycan that wasn't shot and used him as a living shield. A behemoth charged at Spike, knocking him and his shield down.

"SPIKE!!!"

"Go!!! Shut that door! I'll hold him off!" The Doctor nodded and rushed ahead, closing the door with his device. He panicked as two more behemoths were approaching in their charging speed, but this boosted his speed, and the shutters came down, making the closest crash into the shutter first with a loud clang, and the other yelling. Spike and the lone behemoth battled each other; Spike had speed on his hand, but the behemoth had strength and was a brute! It was able to pick Spike up and tossed him across the room! Spike landed with a loud grunt, hearing one of his bones crack, but, just as Big Mac from earlier, found it strangely good feeling, and laughed! The behemoth charged at Spike, finding it as offensive, and Spike picked up a pole that fell from the crate, aimed, and swung it like a baseball bat, knocking out the Behemoth as he fell onto his back, unconscious.

"...Let's get to Sunset Shimmer now." Spike panted.

"Yes," The Doc replied "and I think you're going to need redheart when we get back."

"No argument here."

Spike and the Doc returned, but hear Marg, the leader of the wild boys.

"RIP THEM TO SHREDS!!!" He yelled. A fire from Sunset's rifle went off, along with some pistol shots from Big Mac. "Watch my back! You have fun with the others; Archangel's mine!" Spike entered and fired at Marg, but he shrugged it off and run upstairs. Big Mac was thrown down into the floor, landing roughly a few feet from Spike & the Doctor. Spike pulled his assault rifle out.

"Doc!" He yelled

"On it!" the Doctor replied. He ran over to Big Mac and examined him "Alright, no broken bones in the chest bones... but a dislocated shoulder. Hold still!" The Doctor cracked Big Mac's left shoulder in. Big Mac let out a painful wince, but he got up, cracked his neck, and reloaded his shotgun.

"Back in action, eh?"

"Eeyup!" Big Mac replied, though sounding angry.

"Well we still have to save Sunset. Let's go, you and me!" Big Mac nodded with a smirk, and they both charged at the Wild Boys, both using Shotguns together, killing the Wildboys that blocked their ways easily, though Big Mac threw the other behemoths over the stairs. They both made it to where Sunset Shimmer/Archangel was at, seeing her & her hands glowing as she & Marg were locked by their hands and gaining for dominance. Spike & Big Mac pulled their pistols out and fired at Marg, making him wince in pain as Sunset gained the upper hand. Sunset headbutted Marg, making the behemoth let go of her and backed up near the window. Her hands glowed again and, in a push movement, Marg was flung into the open, where not only did he fall with many broken bones in his body, but his head was crushed by the heavy mech outside. Any of the Wild boys that were still alive ran away in fear, just the Shadowbolts had. Sunset stood right up, taking deep breaths, followed by her chuckling.

"Thanks, Spike." She said "We took out Marg and the Wild Boys! This just keeps getting better and better! He was one tough son of a bitch."

"I heard." Spike replied "How was he like?"

"I caught him alone when his gang wasn't there with him. I couldn't really take him out; I know Behemoths are huge, but he's like a monster! None of my natural mage abilities worked against him; he really was a freak of nature. We fought until his lycans showed up. While I wanted to, I had to let him go, or else I'd be killed by Lycans."

"And he's out. The wizards are only left now. I think we can take our chance and run back to our ship."

"I think you're right; Tarak's got the toughest group, but nothing we've haven't faced before. Besides, he won't be expecting us to meet him head on and-" Bright lights came out of the window, followed by a whirring noise; The gunship was right out of their window!

"Take cover!!!" The Doctor yelled. Everyone ran behind whatever they can get behind and took cover.

"Dammit! I thought I took that thing out already!!!"

"They fixed it," Spike replied "but not completely. I made sure of that."

"Good to know!" Crashing through some windows came out Wizards themselves, both from their level and the one below. Spike, Big Mag, and Sunset focused all of their firepower on the Wizard at them, then turned to the stairs and focused on the ones below. If the Doctor used weapons, then this would've been shorter, but for now, everything was going their own way. The gunship returned.

"ARCHANGEL!!!" Tarak's voice yelled through the gunship's intercoms. The gunship's machine gun turned on and it fired a hailstorm of bullets at Sunset. She took a few shots to her armor, but took cover behind the wall. "You think you can screw with the Wizards!?"

"No!" Sunset yelled "I just hope to screw you!"

"THIS ENDS NOW!!!" The gunship fired a lone missile at them. Sunset got out of cover and stopped the missile in her turquoise colored aura, just a few inches away from her face.

"If you live, be sure to hire security for your engineers!" She turned the missile around and fried it back at the gunship, causing a huge explosion, most likely killing Tarak in it. Again, just like the Shadowbolt and the Wild Boys, the Wizards panicked and ran away in fear. Sunset Shimmer, Spike, Big Mac, and the Doctor all looked out of the window together, seeing the burning rubble of the gunship.

"You think he's coming back?" Spike asked

"Very unlikely." The doctor answered "Explosion, crash, and the fire can kill him easily."

"Good riddance." Sunset commented, then turned to Spike. "So, dead for two years, stopped a plague that was here, and helped me take out three gangs & their leaders here. What's going on? Who resurrected you and why do you need me?"

"If I tell you," Spike replied "you're not going to get angry?"

"With what you did here, there's no way I can be."

"Alright... Sunset, I was brought back to life by Mr. Filthy Rich, the chairman and Leader of FIST. We need to assemble a team, work together, and stop Sombra & his army of Doppelganger at all costs. You, or really, Archangel, was on the list because of your skills, but there's no telling that we'll come back or not."

"...So this is practically a suicide mission? Well... I know I have redeemed myself to you and Twilight... but... if it comes to it, if I die, please, tell Celestia what happened. I want this to be my ultimate redemption: Saving Celestia and Equestria from King Sombra and his army should be enough, right?"

"More than enough."

"Then yes! I have nowhere to go, so I might as well be with you, Spike." Spike extended his clawed hand out. Sunset Shimmer accepted it and shook with his.

"Welcome to the crew."

"Thank you. What's the ship's name, by the way?"

"The Celestia." She blinked for a few seconds

"...Really?"

"They named it, not me."

"Fair enough." At that moment, probably from WOONA, the next song on Spike's CD from Pinkie played.

Sunset was mesmerized by the Celestia and how everything was beautiful and organized. Spike was back in his regular outfit, standing with Diamond Tiara in the conference room. Big Mac lead Sunset into their room.

"Welcome to the Celestia, Sunset Shimmer." Diamond Tiara spoke with a bow. "We read your profile and knew you'd make a great addition to the team."

"I am honored, Diamond Tiara." Sunset replied

"As you know, we make sure everyone here is busy and on a tight schedule when not in combat. We looked deeper into your skills and saw where you can work best at here when you're not with Spike getting yourselves killed."

"I hope you do. I may not be a robot, but you know my calibrations have excelled among others."

"We do. The Celestia is equipped with a canon that will be used in combat. Can you work on that?"

"I can, and I will."

"Good."

"Care to show me the way?"

"This way." Big Mac simply stated. Sunset followed the human that helped Spike. Diamond turned to Spike.

"You two had a history?" Diamond asked

"It's a long story." Spike replied "But it involved dimension traveling, an evil Sunset, a good Sunset, and a trio of ladies called "The Dazzlings"."

"Sounds like it. Well, Commander, we still have two more people to get: Our convict and Warmaster. Who shall it be? Flip a coin, maybe?"
