Chapter 27
And that's how Illusion was made.

“No I didn’t mean that! I swear!” Nova said throwing his hooves into the air as he was backing away from Luna towards the wooden tavern.

“You just said I’m over a thousand years old.”

“Well, you are, aren’t you?”

Luna gritted her teeth. “You’re digging your own grave.”

Nova chuckled nervously “Well then, I uhhh…. Bye!” He shouted and dashed towards the house, it took Luna few moments to comprehend the situation but soon enough she started to ran after her prey.

“Come back here!”

“Sorry Lulu maybe later!” Nova shouted and jumped through the doors. Unfortunately he landed on the table which didn’t manage to withstand his weight and collapsed, resulting in Nova’s muzzle kissing the floor.

“Damn it, this was supposed to be dream why did it hurt me.”

“Cause of my magic.”

Nova gulped and turned around, his pupils shrank in fear as he saw his marefriend staring at him with almost pure killing intent in her eyes.

“H-H-Hello.”

“You have one last chance.”

Nova gritted his teeth and felt all of his brain cells working with all of their strength in order to find a resolution, a way out of this mess.

And when he was sure that doom is near, he saw a small ray of light in the tunnel, his last hope.

“Luna, you may be over thousand years old, but you look like twenty two at most.” He said and closed his eyes awaiting for the result.

“Thank you.” Those two words brought him the relief he was so hoping for.

“Well was it so hard? Now then, where are we?” Luna asked and looked around, they were inside the mysterious tavern, but there was nothing weird or mysterious in here.

Few tables and chairs, a piano and a bar, the only thing that caught their attention was the fact that it was completely empty.

Nopony was here, silence took over the room when they stopped talking, a very creepy silence.

“I don’t think I like it here.” Luna commented.

“What, are you telling me the powerful Princess of the Moon is scared of an empty tavern?”

Luna blushed. “No, I’m not.”

“Ohh, are you sure? Cause you know I could always give you a hug or something…..” Nova was cut off by the loud squeaking sound coming from upstairs.

“Well, well, well, a brave night guard is scared of a little squeaking noises?” Luna asked with raised eyebrow and a smirk on her muzzle as she held Nova in her hooves, in which he jumped a second ago.

Supernova smiled dumbly and jumped down on the floor, he cleared his throat. “So, I wonder what was that?”

Luna opened her mouth to respond but before she could say anything, noise came back, and this time it was repeating itself getting louder and louder.

Now they knew what it was, steps, someone was coming from upstairs.

Luna and Nova stood side by side and waited patiently, after few minutes of nervously observing the staircase they finally saw him.

“Emm Luna, do you know who this is?” Before them stood a stallion with gray fur and long black beard, his mane was covered by black Stetson and in his hoof he held two sheets of paper.

“Why hello there! You must be our newest visitors!”

Luna and Nova shared a quick glance before giving their full attention to weird pony in front of them.

“Let me introduce myself! I’m Cord, and I’m the owner of this tavern you’re in right now!”

“Aren’t we in Discord’s dream?” Nova asked.

“Why yes, this tavern is located in his dreams! But wait, it gets better, you see in our offer we have a special tour around Discord’s brain, it’s totally free!” He said with proud smile and trotted towards them.

“I would like you two to sign these though.”

“What are they?” Luna asked.

“Oh nothing much, just few documents saying that we aren’t responsible for your physical and, or mental injuries and stuff like that.” He said nonchalantly, waving his hoof in the air.

“Injuries?!” Nova suddenly shouted.

“Oh you know, nothing important, just sign them.”

“Like hell I will, Luna let’s get out of here.”

Luna wanted to tease Nova using the situation, but after looking at the document in her hooves and reading the part about electrocuting, she decided to simply nod and follow her coltfriend.

Cord smiled as they handed the sheets of paper over to him. “Good decision! You won’t regret this!”

“I’m sure we won’t!” Nova shouted and didn’t turn back, nor did Luna, which is why neither of them saw their signs on the previously empty spaces on Cord’s documents.

“Have fun you two!” Were his last words before Luna and Nova finally left the building, Nova shut the door behind them and sat down on his haunches, his stare glued to the floor. “Well that was weird.”

“Emm, Nova?”

“I mean I know this is a dream of a chaos deity, but still having a pony inside his head that is a manager of a tavern, that’s also in his head?”

“Nova…”

“And what was with these sheets? As if I would sign them, did you see the part about cupcakes? Cause I think I had enough of these and…”

“Nova! You have to see this!” Luna shouted startling him a little.

“What is it Luna, why did you have to… shout… in my…. ears.” Nova’s expression fell and his pupils widened as he finally looked behind him.

Instead of a calm road he saw a sky full of pink clouds and rabbits flying around, he looked down and no matter how hard he tried he couldn’t see the ground from up here.

“I’m starting to think this wasn’t such a good idea.” He commented.

“You think?”

“What do we do now?”

“What choices do we have? Let’s go and see what’s over the horizon!” She said trying to sound dramatically.

“What do you think there is?”

“We are inside the head of the most random and chaotic creature that there is, not counting Pinkie Pie, what do you think there might be?”

Nova shivered at the mention of Pinkie’s name and sighed. “Fine then, let’s go and have a look.”

Celestia sat down in her room and searched through many different sheets of papers, reports about her guards and country’s economy, basically boring stuff.

But it at least helped her calm down after she got so angry at Discord, she sighed as she thought about her husband.

’I know he’s a god of chaos and loves pranks and stuff, I mean I like them too and I love this part of him, but I wish that he could from time to time just come in here, say “Sunshine, I got this cake for you.” Perhaps followed by a “Love you.” Do I really wish for so much?’ Celestia looked down on her hooves and with another sigh she got back to work, which soon was interrupted by knocking.

“Come in.”

On her command doors opened and Discord entered the room with huge smile on his muzzle, and Pinkie’s cupcake on a tray in his hands.

“Hello there Sunshine, I got this special cupcake for you.” He said simply and walked over to her desk, he put delicious treat in front of his dumbfounded wife and winked.

“I’m really sorry for what I did, and I want you to know that I really love you and don’t want you to be angry at me.”

Celestia stared at cupcake with her mouth agape as she was completely taken aback. “Discord, can you read in minds?”

“I’m afraid not Sunshine.”

Celestia smiled warmly and looked at her husband, all of her anger were gone and now were replaced with same feelings she had when she fell for him. “Thank you.”

Discord smiled, and it wasn’t his usual mischievous smile or a simple smirk, it was an honest smile.

“I’m really happy that you aren’t mad at me anymore, now then I shall not interrupt your feast.”

“Actually, I would like you to stay, searching through all these papers alone gets really boring.”

Discord nodded. “Very well then.” He said and sat down in front of Celestia who took a cupcake into air with her magic and started to eat it.

It started with a calm bite, but as soon as the flavor struck her taste buds Celestia couldn’t help herself as she devoured whole thing in few seconds.

“I’m glad you liked it.” Discord commented.

Celestia blushed and giggled. “It was an amazing treat, where did you get this?”

“Pinkie Pie.”

“Oh yes, of course.” Celestia chuckled and got back to her work, filled with happiness, confidence and horniness.

Wait, what was that last one?

Celestia blinked a few times and shook her head as she felt the world spinning for a few moments.

“Tia, are you all right?” Discord asked with concern as suddenly his wife started to rock back and forth in her seat.

“Y-Yeah I’m good.” She said and with final shook of her head she looked over at Discord, her eyes were half closed as her gaze was scanning Discord from his head to his feet. “Better than good.”

God of chaos raised his eyebrow. “Tia, are you all right?”

Celestia’s horn shone with magic and soon Discord heard a click behind him. “Did you just close the doors?”

“We don’t want anypony to interrupt us, don’t we?” She asked as she stood up from her chair and slowly moved closer to Discord, swaying her hips all the while.

“S-Sunshine?”

“Tell me, darling, do you really think my thighs are too big because of my cake eating problem?” She asked and turned around, giving Discord a perfect view.

“Oh my.”

Celestia suddenly jumped on Discord with a hunger in her eyes. “What do you say Discord? Will you plow the royal plot?”

Draconequus felt his excitement building up. “B-But Sunshine! Aren’t these, you know, dangerous days for you?!”

Tia smiled mischievously she leaned over his ear and broke his last line of defense. “Then let’s make a little pony.”
