It was a silent and cold night in Canterlot, as long as you didn’t go near any clubs, the only sound you could hear was the whistle of the cold wind.

However there was a place that was far from being silent but it wasn’t a club, it was a big tavern known as “The Prancing Pony.” It was a big building made entirely of wood, if somepony would stumble upon it, he would hear an inviting cheerful voices of its clients accompanied by a folk music.

During nights like these it was certainly hard to decline such invitation, and so this chilled and tired stallion entered without any sign of hesitation.

Soon enough he was invited by two bat ponies to drink a few beers with them, and so the night went on in the loud and warm tavern.

“Soo, you’re sellin apples?” Dashing Star asked the red stallion just as his fifth beer appeared.

“Eeeyup, Ah’am here in Canterlot casue of our Apple family business.” He answered and took another sip of his own golden drink.

“That’s cool, we are the guardians of the night!” Star announced and threw his hooves dramatically into the air, almost falling off his chair in the process.

“Whoa whoa, watch out my friend, say Big Mac, how do you like the capitol?” Sky asked, visibly swaying on his chair.

“It’s not like Ah am here for the first time, It’s nice but Ah prefer mah Ponyville.”

“Ohh yes I heard of it, we have to go there on vacations in the future.”

“Star, we don’t have vacations, as far as I know.”

“Shit.”

“Well then, let’s drink for Ponyville!” Sky shouted and they all agreed raising their cups in the air before downing them in one go.

“Tell me, *Hick* Mac, you said Apple family, do you have any siblings.”

“Eeeyup.”

Star swayed back and forth on his chair for few moments before he finally managed to focus his gaze on red stallion “Any sisters?”

“Eeeyup.”

Star smiled and Sky sighed knowing very well where’s his friend going with this.

“Tell me, Mac, what would you *Hick* do, if y-you found out that one of your sisters, is a stripper, and she refuses to leave the job cause she *Hick* claims that she love doing it?”

“Ah would get mad.”

Stars smile widened, he opened his mouth to say something but was stopped by Mac.

“But if this is really what she loves to do, then Ah can’t stop her, Ah don’t know if Ah would ever accept it or not, but Ah can’t just tell her to stop doing it.”

Star frowned and he could swear that Sky laughed silently, after few moments he sighed “I guess so…”

Mac only nodded and ordered another round of beers, it was only his fourth even though the other two were coming closer to their limits, especially Star.

Suddenly his frown changed into huge, dumb smile “Oh screw that! It’s not the time to be sad!”

“Exactly! You should take example from me, when I’m sad I stop being sad and be awesome instead.” Sky commented.

“Eeeyup.” Mac agreed and took his mug into his hoof.

“Let’s drink for our sisters!” Stars declared and raised his mug in the air as well.

Discord slowly and silently entered the tower, thanks to a small help of his chaos magic he managed to do it and stay unnoticed.

Celestia was still focused on her spying telescope, God of Chaos chuckled a bit and slowly moved closer to his wife.

“Hey there sunshine, don’t you think it’s time to go to bed?”

“Not now Discord.”

He cleared his throat “Seriously though, you’ve been up for only Faust knows how many hours, you need a rest Tia, you have a lot of royal duties tomorrow.”

“I’m not going anywhere until I find out who is… what’s that?”

“What something interesting?” Discord asked quite curious.

“I would say that it’s rather unusual for a guard on duty to be this cheerful while he’s on his own.”

Discord cocked his eyebrow confused “Whatever do you mean?”

“Well usually our guards are not smiling like idiots and jumping into the air occasionally.”

“Oh my, I wonder if something good happened.” Discord commented and chuckled.

“Well then I better get back to watching my dear sisters doors, or else I might miss him.”

Discord frowned, being sincerely concerned now. He moved closer to the Princess of the Sun and slowly embraced her in a soft hug, he placed his muzzle atop hers and started to whisper into her ear “Sunshine, you’re too tired to continue this, you should go to sleep, rest for few hours, we can cuddle if you want, I know how much you like that.” He said and teased her ear with a tip of his tail, knowing very well how sensitive they are.

Celestia moaned quietly “That actually sounds very good… but I can’t, I have to watch ooohhhh…” She groaned as Discord gently bit her other ear.

“So what do you say.” He asked and slowly moved his talon over her neck, gently scratching her skin.

Suddenly Celestia turned around and jumped onto a surprised Discord, she tackled him to the ground and gave him the best bedroom eyes she could.

“You. Me. Bed. Now.”

“I’m glad you changed your mind Sunshine.” Discord said and snapped his fingers teleporting both of them back to their royal chambers, leaving the tower empty.

“Thanks for help Mac, I appreciate it a lot.”

“Eeeyup.” Macintosh answered as he gently put down the passed out Star onto the bed.

“I doubt I would be able to drag this guys all the way back to castle myself, in this state that is.”

“To be honest, you don’t look drunk at all.”

“That’s because I can talk as if I am sober if I wish to.” Sky answered, true to his words he learnt that skill at some point in his life, he couldn’t remember when exactly he did learn how to do this, but since it made his life much easier at times he didn’t care.

Mac only gave him a confused look and raised his hoof “it was nice meeting ya.”

“Eeeyup.” Sky answered and they both laughed for a second.

“I’ll lead you to the castle entrance, I don’t want you to get lost in here.”

Mac nodded and they left the room leaving unconscious Star alone, they walked through the huge hallways occasionally passing by some random night guards. Throughout their whole journey neither of them said any word, but the silence they kept was far from awkward.

Soon enough they appeared at the front gates and said their goodbyes, Sky watched Mac walk away until he disappeared behind the corner. “What a funny guy.”

“I bet.”

Sky’s ears perked up and after what seemed like a minute he managed to turned around.

“T-Twinkle?” Sky asked not being sure if his vision isn’t altered by alcohol flowing through his veins.

“You missed me?” She asked batting her eyelashes.

“What are you doing here?”

She moved closer until their muzzles were only few inches away “When I said that kiss was just a taste, I didn’t lie.”

“Well I was sure you didn’t, but…”

“So what do you say, maybe you would like to visit my place tonight?”

Sky gulped “Why are you doing this? Not that I am complaining or anything.”

“Well you are certainly my type, handsome, hot and awesome.” She said and started to walk past him “And I love the idea of an open relationship.” She added whispering right into his ear.

Sky smiled, he shook his head and once again turned around “Where have you been my whole life?”

Twinkle chuckled “Come on, night’s still young.”

“Fine but, what about your brother? You know he won’t like it if he founds out.”

“Does it bother you?”

Sky smiled.

“Not at all.”

“Well then come on, I’m going to blow your mind.”
