A new pony named Brilliant Charge has come to town. Word gets round that because he has so many running trophies that he wants to race Rainbow Dash, however this is not the case. When he refuses to to race Rainbow Dash calls him a chicken. An argument causes Charge to race but someone is determined to stop at nothing to end Brilliant's happiness FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!
