Sea Swirl is often forgotten about. She doesn't mind though. Really. It's fine. She has a nice job and a comfortable life. She can't really complain. But then Symphony comes into her life and she thinks she might finally have found a friend. Or maybe something more.
That is, until Symphony wakes up and storms off in typical Canterlot fashion. After all, you don't take a pony who nearly drowned to your home. You take her to the hospital.
But Symphony can't stop thinking about Sea Swirl. She's the first pony that has ever cared about her, or at least cared enough to save her life. And after everything else that's happened to her, it's more than she ever expected. Can she swallow her pride and anger and let Sea Swirl in?
And is Sea Swirl patient enough to wait?
