As he left the house painter took a deep breath, and began his journey to Canterlot Castle. He was at the edge of the city and a thought popped into his head (I can’t do this alone, I need some help) so he went to his old friend Sven’s house. Painter knocked on the door of his friend’s house, waiting for someone to answer the door.

The door opened very quickly a hoof grabbed him, pulled him in the house and closed the door just as fast. The next thing he knew he was tied to a metal chair. His vision was still blurry but he could make out what looked like a royal palace guard. Then the man started talking: you think you’re so brave huh? “You killed a police officer and attempted to assassinate Prince Morning Dawn, punishment is death by electric chair”. Painter started to look around franticly noticing that there were no wires or cords a confused look came upon Painter’s face. “But we consider that to be a far more vicious crime than that, so we decided for a slower death”. Then a very muscular colt walked up to him with what looked like brass horseshoes.

Then the colt swung his hooves across his face leaving bruises and cuts. Blood was dripping out of his mouth, Painter had lost all hope. A quest that he had just begun was already over. But suddenly there was a loud bang and the door to the room swung open all painter could see was what looked like a light orange mare with a cowboy hat. Then she said in a country accent: “party’s over boys”. And from the severe beating or the relief of somepony could actually be saving him Painter fell unconscious.

He woke up a few hours later in what looked to be a bedroom. Although he recognized it, it was Sven’s. Then he heard a very familiar voice saying: “so you turned him back into stone, couldn’t he just get out again”?

And another voice that was very calm and soothing said: “everyone he’s awake”. And then what sounded like a stampede of buffalo, six ponies ran into the room five mares and one tall red colt.

The tan mare from before said: “Well I’ll be he’s already awake”.

Then a pink mare with a fluffy mane said: “HOORAY LETS HAVE A PARTY TO CELEBRATE”.

“Not right now sugarcube we got bigger things to take care of”: the tan mare said.

Still confused at what’s going on Painter said: “hey Sven who are all these ponies”?

Sven responded: “well this is applejack”, pointing to the tan pony, “this is Big Mac”.

The colt interrupted: “you know I don’t like being called that”.

“Sorry this is Big Macintosh”: Sven said in a sarcastic tone. He continued: “the one who brought you back to good health is Fluttershy”.

She hid behind her mane and said with a very quiet: “h…hello”. “The overjoyed one over here is Pinkie pie”: Sven continued.

She said: “Hi would you like a cupcake”?

“Anyway these two over here are Rainbow dash & Rarity”.

Painter with slight excitement in his voice said: “hey I know who y’all are, the elements of Harmony, the ones who stopped Nightmare moon & Discord”. “Wait a minute where’s Twilight”?

Sven sighed then said: “She’s missing and there has been an Incident, it involves your father”.

“Wha… what do you mean it involves my father”?

“Well he had found out some information about our ruler princess Celestia, Do you remember that my dad died a few months back, well him and your dad were investigating a conspiracy about Celestia, apparently Luna has been replaced with a doppleganger and I think Celestia plans to keep the throne long after her Retirement by killing the ones who are next in line to take her place”.

  “This is much bigger than I thought, all I thought it was, was a senseless murder”: Painter said.

“We can’t stay here long the palace royal guards are looking for us specifically for you”: Rarity said.

“Why me”: Painter exclaimed.

“Your father left something for you, that necklace that he gave you for your birthday, it contains the evidence against Celestia”: Sven said.

Painter pulled his necklace off and noticed a switch on the side he flipped it and saw a blood red gem on the inside of the necklace. “Wha… what is this”: Painter asked.

“It’s the seventh Element of Harmony, well... more like The Element of disharmony”: Rainbow Dash said.

“Yeah after we defeated that feller Discord, Celestia turned him into a gem so it would be harder for him to escape next time”: Applejack said.

  “But there was a problem, Discord cast a spell upon himself that gave him control over anypony that was near him, and Celestia made the gem into a necklace not knowing that he did so he took control over Celestia, but instead of escaping he morphed his body to her appearance and killed Celestia and is now the ruler of Equestria”: Sven explained.

“So do we have a plan”: Painter asked? “Erm… well we were hoping you had a plan, since you were running off to Canterlot and all”. Applejack said nervously.

“Ok um… let me think about this”: painter said while scratching his head.

“Well we can’t stay here, we got to move, everypony start grabbing your things, we leave in 15 minutes: Sven said!

15 minutes had passed and everypony started heading out the door but then Pinkie Pie said: “ooh wait” she flew out the door and came back 10 seconds later with a toothless alligator in her mane. Then Pinkie said: sorry but gummy loves adventures.

Then Rarity said: “but I thought you left him at Sugercube Corner”?

“I did”: Pinkie said.

“But how did you… you know what I’m not even going to ask”: Rarity said.

“Okie Dokie Lokie”: Pinkie responded

Painter was at the edge of the city once again but this time he had 7 companions with him, he felt far more confident than he did before. Painter’s Adventure had only just begun.
