The following morning everypony, including Twilight was late to rise. Finally around 10 Twilight rose and flew down into town. She saw all the bodies of the dark Alicorns and changelings and wondered what to do with them. With it being a cooler than normal and cloudy day, they had not begun to stink yet, but Twilight had no desire to eat dark Alicorn or changeling meat, so she simply used her magic to disintegrate the corpses of those who had fallen. She headed over to Sugarcube Corner hoping to meet her friends there and sure enough, there they were, albeit just as tired as she was.

She headed in and was immediately greeted by Pinkie who was holding a plate with a dozen donuts with extra sprinkles. She said, "Good morning Twilight! I have something very special for you!"

The weary Twilight saw the donuts and a pitcher of cider on the table. Her ears perked up, she smiled and asked, "For me?"

Pinkie smiled and replied, "Yep, for you! Our Dark Goddess and victorious leader deserves the very best!"

Twilight smiled and replied, "Pinkie, I've told you guys many times, just call me Twilight or Twily."

Rarity smiled and said, "I'm so glad that everything turned out alright darling. I was so worried that Colgate would win and we would all be banished to the void."

Twilight didn't pay much attention to Rarity's comment as she was quickly devouring the donuts that Pinkie had made for her and guzzling the pitcher of cider. After she finished her treats she said, "Come on girls, I think we need to hold a meeting in my black tower to decide who shall rule where.

Rainbow asked, "So Twi, are you going to have a one world government and you will just place stewards across the world or are you going to make them all independent nations?"

Twilight replied, "I'll probably just give them independence. While both methods have had their problems, I just don't feel like ruling over everything."

As they headed over to the tower her remaining friends realized that with the exception of the green eyes, that the old friend they used to have for so long had returned, the friend who did not seek global domination, the friend who was not screaming and yelling at everypony or threatening to banish everypony to the void. Finally they arrived in the throne room where Celestia, Galaxia and Cosmos were waiting. Twilight stood at the head of the table, smiled and said, "You all did a great job. I am very proud of you!"

Galaxia asked, "So what is this meeting about?"

Twilight replied, "Well now that order has returned to this world, leaders will need to be placed around the world. After all we can't have the nations going leaderless."

Galaxia's jaw dropped open and asked, "Nations? We will be leaders instead of just stewards?"

Twilight could understand their concerns because of what had happened in the past. She smiled and said, "Yes, leaders. Whether you choose to be a princess, a queen or whatever title it is, each nation will be indepe.....OUCH!"

A rock that was loose in the ceiling fell from the ceiling, landing right on top of Twilight's head. Twilight fell to the floor for a minute but once she came to, she was not the same Twilight. Those green eyes of her were shining darker and everypony was worried. Rarity asked, "Twilight, are you ok?"

Twilight got a scowl on her face and shouted, "YOU DO NOT ADDRESS ME AS TWILIGHT! YOU ADDRESS ME AS DARK GODDESS TWILIGHT SPARKLE!"

Everypony sighed in fear as they knew that with her demanding a friend address her by her title was a very bad thing. Rainbow was the first to realize that the rock hitting Twilight in the head had unleashed a far more brutal, vicious and evil Twilight than had ever existed before.

She glared at her friends and allies and said, "Well now, where were we? Oh yes, we were discussing who would be the stewards and where."

Pinkie replied, "But Dark Goddess Twilight Sparkle, you said you were going to give every nation independence."

Twilight screamed, "YOUR DARK GODDESS HAS CHANGED HER MIND. OH, AND THAT OLD TRIBUTE LAW WE WANTED, IT SHALL BE ENFORCED!"

Galaxia shouted, "What? Are you kidding me?"

Twilight fired a powerful bolt of energy at her, knocking her backwards. She shouted, "NO, YOUR DARK GODDESS IS NOT KIDDING!"

Galaxia asked, "So what percentage are you going to be wanting out of their incomes?"

Twilight yelled, "JUST LIKE BEFORE, TEN PERCENT!"

Cosmos asked, "What about those who wouldn't have enough to survive if they pay the tribute or those who refuse to pay?"

Twilight growled, "Just like before, seize their assets, ALL OF THEIR ASSETS!"

Galaxia asked, "Oh and what are you going to do with this tribute money."

Twilight replied, "Your Dark Goddess might have gold statues of herself built all over the world, She might add on to Her tower, She might have labor camps to send ponies to that piss Her off. She is not sure yet."

Cosmos asked, "Twilight, there are not enough of us to be stewards over every territory? What are we going to do?"

Twilight got an evil grin on her face and replied, "That is right, so I have a better plan. We shall force EVERYPONY to relocate to Equestria and the rest of the world shall not have any ponies living there."

Celestia began to tear up and asked, "But what about my parents and myself? What about your friends?"

Twilight replied, "Well your parents can move into the black tower if they wish, your Dark Goddess's friends shall return to their homes here in Ponyville and depending on your behavior may live in the tower with your Dark Goddess and keep us company."

Besides the rock hitting Twilight in the head bringing back the truly evil side of her, it also brought out a part of her that had never existed before, a part that had a need for love and she now desired sexual activities, and LOTS of them. She gave Celestia a smile and said, "You know Celestia, you could always make me happy. Your Dark Goddess will always need somepony to massage her back and we do get lonely at night, very lonely. Your Dark Goddess wishes so much she had somepony to make Her feel loved, to make Her feel wanted, to dominate and to be intimate with, very intimate. She very much wants a lover who could someday become Her wife."

Celestia had this huge smile on her face. Back even before the coronation she had always found Twilight attractive and even when Twilight was so harsh with her over the past 4,000 years, she still had a soft spot for her. She asked, "Really?"

Twilight walked over to Celestia, gave her a gentle kiss and replied, "Yes, Celestia. Your Dark Goddess want you to be Her special somepony, lover and someday Her wife."

Celestia said, "Dark Goddess Twilight Sparkle, I will gladly be your special somepony. I don't know if you know this, but despite all the bad times between us, the times of us being enemies and the times of hate between us, I have always had a soft spot for you."

Twilight replied, "I know. You may find this hard to believe but I have had the same feelings for you." She paused and said, "Celestia, you can just call me Twily. I don't want my special somepony and lover being so formal with me!"

Celestia said, "Since that is the case Twily, you may call me Celly."

Celestia and Twilight held each other in a tight embrace and began to kiss, which kind of confused everypony else. While she was being harsh and mean with them, she was being sweet and loving with her new marefriend. After they broke from their kiss, Twilight looked at her friends and allies and said, "Could you go to the other nations of the world and round everypony up?"

Galaxia glared at her and replied, "What about you Dark Goddess Twilight Sparkle? Don't you think that you and Celestia should come and help in this endeavor?"

While Twilight and Celestia wanted to spend more time together and create their first intimate moments, both of them knew they needed to go. Twilight replied, "Oh alright, but Celestia and I will be on the same ship together and nopony will bother us when we are in our bedroom together"

Rarity said, "Well maybe you should just ride on the ship with your officers. I know they won't bother you two."

Celestia smiled, looked at her new marefriend and asked, "Twily, I think that is a great idea! What about you?"

Twilight replied, "I think it is a good idea too Celly." She looked at everypony and said, "Well let's round up our soldiers and get going. I want to get this done as soon as possible."

Galaxia asked, "Twilight, how in the world are we going to transport all these ponies back here? Where are all of them going to stay? I don't know if you would want to have Equestria that crowded or not."

Twilight put her hoof up to her head and replied, "Well shit, you're right. We will do the steward idea after all and yes, I will demand the 10% tribute law be enforced."

Cosmos said, "But still, we won't have enough stewards to cover all the territories."

Twilight looked over at Colonel Black Mist, Captain Black Ice, Captain Green Storm and Lieutenant Southern Haze and asked, "Hey boys, what would you think of being promoted and becoming stewards?"

Black Mist asked, "Really Dark Goddess Twilight Sparkle?"

Captain Green Storm added, "Yes, I would love that!" The other officers agreed with him, which made Twilight very happy.

She said, "Alright, there will be one changeling and one dark Alicorn steward each in The Equine Empire and Saddle Arabia. Galaxia and Cosmos, you two shall rule over Alicorn Island."

Galaxia asked, "What about Neigh Zealand?"

Twilight replied, "Galaxia, Neigh Zealand is a nuclear wasteland. We won't have to worry about that place for hundreds of years, and once we do, I'll assign a couple officers down there."

Cosmos asked, "So how are we going to go about this?"

Twilight replied, "Alright, this will be an around the world journey. First we will head to Alicorn Island. There Galaxia and Cosmos will take over. I shall give them an army and brainwash the majors that Colgate left behind. Then we shall head to Saddle Arabia where one officer of each type will take over there, and I shall also give them an army. I shall do the same with the Equine Empire and then Celestia and I shall return home."

Galaxia asked, "I take it this will mean we will only need to take one carrier since you know the duplication spells?"

Twilight smiled and replied, "Yep, this will make everything much easier."

Galaxia asked, "So when will we be doing this?"

Twilight replied, "Tomorrow morning we shall set sail but I have a couple of things I want to do right away."

Before anypony could say anything Twilight sped five miles to the west so that she would not damage Ponyville casting this spell. She began to glow purple, her eyes were shining green, her horn was shining purple and her cutie mark began to glow as she recited, "The sky is blue which is ok for some, but it just makes me numb, for I want it the way it should be, purple is beautiful to me, so that is the color it shall be."

A powerful bolt of purple energy was shot skywards. It exploded high in the atmosphere and began to spread across the entire planet's skies. It eventually closed back in on itself and there was a great purple explosion. The planet's skies had returned to the same shade of purple that they used to be. This made Twilight very happy. She flew back to her tower to an ecstatic Celestia, shocked allies and impressed group of friends. Rarity was the first to say something. She said, "Dark Goddess Twilight Sparkle, that looks absolutely magnificent!"

Twilight smiled and replied, "Why thank you Rarity!" She paused and continued, "Oh, and for those of you who are my friends, allies and members of the military, just call me Twilight. Don't call me Twily though, that is reserved solely for Celly."

She then looked off towards the west and said, "Come on everypony, let's go."

Black Mist asked, "Twilight, won't you need officers here in Ponyville to watch over things while all of us are gone."

Twilight replied, "Thank you for reminding me of that Black Mist. General Black Mist, go grab the five most aware dark Alicorn soldiers and General Green Storm, go grab the five most self aware drones so I can transform them into officers."

They went and grabbed the most aware of their soldiers and Twilight transformed them into officers. This made her happy as she knew that she would not have to do this once she got home. They then set sail. At each stop, Twilight gave the new stewards the necessary officers and soldiers they would need and naturally, she brainwashed them. Finally after a month out at sea Twilight and Celestia docked at the east coast. After an hour of eating they headed back to Ponyville and Twilight's black tower. Once they arrived, they headed straight towards their bedroom and had their first truly private, intimate moment.

Within a month the first tribute payments were shipped into Ponyville, which made Twilight very happy. Also, the new flags began to rise across the world, the flag of the Twilight Empire. Finally, what she had been groomed for since she got her cutie mark had been achieved, Twilight Sparkle, Dark Goddess of the entire world, had taken control of the whole world with absolutely no threats to change that.
