The group watched in awe waiting for the creature to appear. Carmine told everyone to back up and come up with a plan. They were absolutely not prepared for this. Thousands of changelings and one of the many horrors that Carmine encountered on Sera.

But princess Luna held her grounds. Determined to defeat whatever it was that just took one of her guard's life. If she only knew what lurked beneath.

"Hold position!" She commanded her royal guards.

The roaring of the creature had stopped ever since the guard was taken.

"Maybe it's gone." Luna hoped.

"Don't count on it. Get the fuck away from there everyo...pony!" Carmine shouted at the guards who started nearing the giant hole in the ground.

But before they arrived some of the rubble suddenly started moving. A small bright yellow glowing creature slowly emerged from the debris and stared at everyone around it in confusion.

It was a lambent wretch. A creature, though still lethal. Not nearly as dangerous as the other things that Carmine had faced. They only pose a real threat if they travel in packs.

The wretch glared at Carmine who already had his lancer aimed at the beast. Its eyes, it wasn't corrupted like the dragon and the BLU's. It was probably not much use to corrupt it anyway. Stupid wretch, thinking he can beat them.

It started shrieking. Extremely loud. A sound produced to warn its companions. It didn't last very long.

Luna who flew above the creature, super annoyed by the shrieking of the wretch decided to end it quickly. She used her magic to ignite the small creature. To her surprise it immediatly exploded.

"Is that all? Huzzah! We have defeated the monster!" Luna said victorious.

"Nope. That's just one." Carmine said, and right on queue more similair shrieking could be heard from the collapsed grounds. Them almost immediatly countless of lambent wretches came storming out. Heading in every random direction.

"Shit! Don't let them get away. They're glowies so they explode!" Carmine quickly explained. But as the group wanted to start chasing them suddenly the strange screaming from the other creature could be heard again.

Without any time for them to react a lambent berserker leaped from the hole. A blind female locust. Just even more ugly and dangerous now as a lambent.

The horribly mutated creature was armed with a tough skin not even bullets are able to penetrate and deadly bladed tentacles. It released a trail of yellow liquid behind it everywhere it walked.

Immulsion. The thing responsible for so many things that went wrong on Sera.

"Whatever you do. Do NOT. I repeat DO NOT step in that yellow stuff." Carmine warned everyone. He saw what it was able to do to humans after prolonged exposure. They became lambent as well. Surely nothing good can happen if a pony were to touch it. Also it'll probably burn them alive.

"What the bloody hell is that thing!" Sniper shouted.

"Shhh!" Carmine shushed him.

But the berserker heard them. It roared and started charging towards the two. Leaving a trail of immulsion behind it.

Carmine quickly grabbed the BLU Sniper who was a bit confused at the situation and quickly threw him aside. The COG soldier quickly rolled after him barely escaping the lambent berserker's deadly rush. The creature then crashed in to a building completely demolishing it.

"Motherfucker!" Carmine quickly got up his feet and kicked a nearby wretch towards the berserker. It opened up its ribcages for a brief moment as the wretch exploded. Fully exposing his chest cavity where most the immulsion was piled up.

Carmine knew that by shooting this part was the only way to destroy them. They're even able to shrug off a hammer of dawn attack with their godlike armored skin.

A normal strategy to defeat one of these behemoths was to have one person use a flamethrower on it. So the berserker would stagger and open its ribcage for a second. Then the other three guys would just pump it full of lead.

Okay, they didn't had flamethrowers here. But Luna is a magical pony. She might be useful. And there's those stupid wretches. Which helped only slightly if they exploded near the lambent zerker.

They can win this. Maybe if they all work together. But god damn it. There's too much stuff going on. There's at least twenty lambent wretches and a giant berserker. There's shit going on at the wedding. And literally thousands of insectoid ponies were roaming around freely. Most were heading towards the wedding halls. But some just flew around randomly blasting things.

"Mate. I'm taking position." Sniper said to Carmine.

"Yeah I figured you for a sniper with that longshot. Listen carefully. Shoot that big bastard right in the yellow stuff when his ribs open up. If we hit it enough it'll die." Carmine told his the BLU Sniper his tactics.

"Alright then. Sounds simple enough. I'm off!" Sniper then left for higher grounds with his favorite sniper rifle 'The Machina'. But as he left he couldn't help but cut up two wretches and three changelings on his way with his curved knife.

The berserker had meanwhile left the collapsed building. Now wandering around blind again. Just using its hearing to locate enemies. But there were way to many different sounds. In every direction, shouting from ponies. Cackling from changelings. Humans talking. Magical laserbeams. It couldn't pick out a single target so the lambent berserker did what it does best. Destroy everything.

It started charging in a random location with the intention to demolish everything in its path once again. Luckily it was now going in a different direction. That however didn't stop it from annihilating every changeling and building in its path.

"Luna! Send your guards to fight the smaller guys. We're taking down the big boss!" Carmine ordered the princess of night.

Luna didn't like his tone. But he was right. Luna had a big advantage being able to fly. The guards that remained here were all earth ponies and unicorns. Just four. The only pegasus of the group already got slaughtered by the berserker.

"You heard the human! Make sure nopony else gets hurt!" She commanded her guards to do as Carmine said.

Now without Delta squad Carmine faced a lambent berserker again. The first time they encountered one they just barely made it. Dangerous fuckers those lambent. But now he's with a different team. A capable magical pony and a strange guy named Sniper that appeared out of nowhere. Carmine just wished he saved his frag grenades for this.

Berserkers are stupid, blind and weak to fire. With this information Carmine gave Luna they had to come up with a proper plan to stop it from causing more harm. Ulfgar surely would be able to do something with his fire magic, but Carmine had no idea where he was. Luna is able to perform some fire spells, but nothing spectacular. Her mastery was more of a shadowy magic.

But Carmine was sure things would work out. He wasn't planning on dying just yet. Neither was Luna. To protect Canterlot they'd stop at nothing.

Sniper was already on the roof on a nearby building. He wanted to get back to the outlook. He could overlook the entire town from there. But there was one thing bothering him.

He heard Sasha firing wildly. The RED Heavy's minigun was shooting non-stop. And the noise produced was pretty close to the outlook. The RED Heavy was one he preferred to avoid. Especially in this situation.

There's plenty more decent sniping spots luckily. But he had to keep an eye on the big monster. It certainly seemed more dangerous then the rest of the things swarming around Canterlot. He already lost count on how many changelings he killed with just his Kukri by now. And a few of the smaller glowing monsters. But they just exploded on impact after the BLU Sniper kicked them away. Nothing to worry about yet.

"YOU! You are dead!" A voice suddenly shouted from behind the BLU Sniper.

"Oh crikey." He looked right in the eyes of the RED Heavy. They burned with fire. Still a bit odd since he could still hear Sasha being fired. If the RED Heavy is here... Then who's firing that mini-gun? But no time to worry about that as the Russian started charging towards the BLU Sniper.

"Oi mate! I'm here for the bloody same reason as you! We can talk this out can't we?" Sniper said while avoiding Heavy's barrage of punches.

"You are dead!" The RED Heavy just kept shouting.

Sniper's Machina is useless from close range. He only held his curved knife for close-range combat. But against the huge Russian he didn't have much hope. Sniper knew the Heavy was much stronger physically then him. But he wasn't going to give up. Oh no. Screw the BLU for now. That RED Heavy is going down.

The Russian tried to deliver a critical punch to the Australian. But Sniper managed to evade his large fists just in time. He quickly stepped behind the Heavy and held the Kukri against his throat.

"Let me reacquaint you with death mate." He said as he sliced through the Russian's neck. Instantly killing him.

Sniper spat on the Heavy's corpse, humiliating him slightly more. But he was still wondering who the bloody hell was able to lift up Sasha besides Heavy. He was about to leave the scene and head further up but was interupted by a mare's scream for help.

Sniper decided to be a hero for once, he felt invincible for beating the RED Heavy in close combat. He jumped of a roof and looked at the damsel in distress.

It was Derpy Hooves being chased by two changelings through the air. Sniper quickly equipped the Machina and stared through the scope. Both targets were extremely fast. *Ping* The rifle was fully charged.

Sniper awaited his moment. Took a deep breath and waited for the perfect shot. But the changelings were not showing any signs of slowing down. Not a problem though. The two got in Sniper's line of fire for just a split second.

"Boom." He said and the extremely loud shot followed. It would normally be impossible for the human eye to see. But the specialized ammo for the Machina was of a much greater caliber then a normal rifle. The bullets were enormous and one could easily follow the trail it left.

At what seemed lightspeed the bullet penetrated both changelings with just one shot. Derpy was shocked by the noise and that her pursuers weren't around anymore so she crashed in to a building. As she then fell to the ground she immediatly got chased by a few lambent wretches.

"Aaah!" Derpy flew off again, quickly towards the BLU Sniper.

"What in Celestia's name is going on?" She yelled at the Australian.

"Seems like we're under attack doesn't it? Weren't ya supposed to be at the wedding anyway?" Sniper asked.

"Oh yeah... I overslept, rushed over here and then I got chased by scary things."

"You overslept? It's nearly evening damn it!"

"It was a late night alright!"

"Ughh... Anyway. Let's get to safer grounds." Sniper said.

"You! YES YOU! You are both dead!" Suddenly a familiar shouting could be heard again.

"What the bloody hell?" Sniper was amazed to see the RED Heavy behind him once again. Didn't he just slit his throat? Okay... Heavy was a pretty fat guy. Maybe he didn't cut deep enough.

"Bloody wanker. You're going down this time!" Sniper immediatly rushed at the Russian swinging his curved knife at him.

Now the RED Heavy was able to dodge the first strike. He then delivered three punches against the Sniper's face. The Australian fell to the ground.

"Sniper! Watch out!" Derpy yelled.

But Sniper knew something was wrong. Those punches were weak. Sure they'd hurt. But normally after only one or two punches back home from the RED Heavy he'd be dead. This guy is a phony! A big fat phony! Or perhaps a spy. No wait, there aren't any spies here.

"This wanker aint the real Heavy." Sniper said as he stood up once again. Pointing his knife at the fake Russian.

The Heavy said nothing and prepared to deliver a punch once again. Sniper dodged his slow strike easily and sliced him in the back of his legs causing him to drop to his knees.

"Who the bloody hell are ya?" Sniper asked while holding his Kukri against the Fake Heavy's throat.

"Queen Chrysalis will finish you all!" He said with Heavy's voice, and started laughing insanely after.

"Nice to know mate." He now made sure he'd cut deep enough. Decapitating the fake Heavy.

Derpy started vomitting upon seeing this. Maybe she shoud've turned back. She thought Sniper was a really nice laid back guy. A bit strange yes, but she didn't think he was capable of performing these things without any hesitation. She wondered what the hay his job could be.

Then again she didn't blame him. That crazy guy threatened to kill them as well. And with all this chaos going on in Canterlot she wasn't surprised.

"Who's queen Chrysalis?" Derpy asked when she recovered.

"Guess she's another target to the list." Sniper said casually. "But first we need to help that dark pony and that guy with the fancy hat."

"Uhh... Okay." Derpy guessed he meant Luna and one of the humans. She was right. "With what?" She asked.

"That big ugly thing." Sniper pointed down at the lambent berserker who just happened to pass them. It charged blindly through the town destroying everything in its path. Carmine and Luna were chasing it.

Luckily the building Sniper and Derpy were on was spared for now. So they could still get to higher grounds. Sniper was sure as hell not to go to where he heard the firing of the mini-gun. That would be a bad idea. But he still wanted to get higher. So he started climbing up the building next to him. It wasn't even nearly as high as the outlook. But it was something.

"Oh crikey." Sniper said as he looked down. "Look out behind ya Sheila!" He shouted.

Seven more RED Heavy's appeared behind Derpy Hooves. Shouting like madmen and ready to strike her down.

But Derpy was a pegasus so she just flew off before any of them could reach her. Easy mode.

Sniper jumped back down. Sure they could just flee and leave them there. But then they'd might cause trouble to the guards who were busy destroying the wretches and to Luna and Carmine who had their hands/hooves full dealing with lambent berserker.

Sniper reached out to get his Jarate.

"This is gonna get messy mates." He said as he prepared to throw the jar.

Heavy weapons guy was all alone. And by that I mean he's with his minigun Sasha and the BLU dispenser.

"Waaaah WAAAAH!!" He started mimicking babies crying while mowing down an endless horde of Changelings that all transformed in to the Russian.

Literally hundreds rushed up the stairs at the same time but fell equally as fast to Sasha's firepower.

"WHAHAHAHHH! CRY SOME MORE!" Heavy's insults slowly started changing in to mad laughter.

Sasha never stopped firing. And why should it? Unlimited ammo from the dispenser and ofcourse health regeneration made this a dream come true for the RED Heavy.

Hundreds of targets for him to shoot. And no one to stop him. This literally was heaven to Heavy weapons guy.

But the changelings hordes slowly started adapting. Even though they greatly outnumbered them. They couldn't even get passed this one guy. More started coming from the sides now, and from above. They flew above the Russian before shapeshifting in to his much stronger body.

Queen Chrysalis made it clear to them that he was the physically strongest being in Canterlot. Though after they transformed they didn't get as powerful as Heavy. But at least a lot more resilient then their own fragile bodies.

But not strong enough appareantly since Heavy kept shooting every changeling down that came even close to him. He never stopped firing, not even a for a second.

At least things seem to go smoothly for the RED Heavy.

The hundreds of visitors could only look as their princess was struck down by the queen of the changelings. And now one of the humans was bend to her will.

The corrupted Ulfgar just stood there. Still pointing his blades at the mane six who were in front of him.

"NONE shall pass." He stated once more.

But the ponies knew getting the elements of harmony would be their only chance to defeat queen Chrysalis. However they had no idea what was going on outside apart from the changeling invasion. So even if they were able to pass the dovakhiin they'd be in a lot more trouble.

"Hey Ulfgar... whats wrong with ya?" Applejack asked.

Princess Cadence then joined the mane six preparing to explain.

"He's corrupted by Chrysalis just like my Shining Armor. Please be careful." She said.

"Corrupted or not! We need to get past him and get the elements!" Rainbow Dash shouted and took off at light speed.

"Rainbow stop!" Twilight yelled.

But Rainbow Dash kept going. She was nearing the exit in no time. No matter how strong the dovakhiin would be, he'd never be as fast.

"WULD NAH KEST!" Ulfgar shouted the dragon words for Whirlwind Fury Tempest. With this 'Whirlwind Sprint' he was even faster then Rainbow Dash. He appeared in front of the exit just as she was nearing it.

He attempted to cut the blue pegasus with she just barely missed. Still cutting of part of her rainbow colored tail.

Rainbow Dash immediatly retreated back to her friends after having that near death experience. Maybe he is faster with his fancy dragon magic.

"Are you alright Rainbow?" Twilight asked her friend.

"I-I'm fine!" She said, still slightly startled.

"Alright. We have to come up with a plan to get past him. I don't think that without the elements we're strong enough to defeat him." Twilight had to come up with a plan for this situation.

"Ah say we jus' tie him up an make a run for it." Applejack said.

"Yes, good luck trying to tie up a person holding two swords Applejack." Rarity said sarcastically.

"Ahm just tryin' to throw some ideas out there! I don't see ya'll coming up with a plan yet." Applejack said annoyed.

"We should throw him a party! That'll wake him up!" Pinkie Pie said excited.

"Uhm.... Maybe if we ask him nicely?" Fluttershy whispered.

"What? That's a terrible idea Fluttershy." Rainbow Dash facehooved.

"Oh no... I'm sure that corrupted or not. Everypony has kindness in their heart. I'm sure if he remembers who he really is he'll wake up." Fluttershy then stepped forward. Heading towards the corrupted Ulfgar.

"Uhmm... Mr. Ulfgar? Do you remember me? I'm Fluttershy and we're all your friends. Okay we might not really know each other yet, but I'm sure that..." She stopped mid-sentence as she saw the dovakhiin just laughing at her.

He raised his arm and then threw one of his new specialized blades towards the cream-colored pegasus as if he was Spartacus himself. Definitely with the intention to kill her.

The blade soared through the air and everything seemed to go in slow motion for Fluttershy. Frozen with fear she could just watch the blade get closer to her by the second. She closed her eyes.

But nothing happened. Death was near but it wasn't coming. She slightly opened her eyes to see the reactions of her friends. They were all gasping. Oh dear.

She wanted to look at Ulfgar again, but as she turned her head she spotted a black pegasus in front of her. It was Dark Spear, the royal guard commander.

He used himself as a pony shield to protect Fluttershy. The blade thrown was stuck in his back. It actually managed to penetrate through his armor.

He then slowly fell to the ground already having lost his consciousness. He wasn't dead but needed immediate treatment.

"Fluttershy! Are you alright?" Twilight asked her friend.

"I-I'm fine... what?" Fluttershy said slightly confused.

"Snap out of it! You need to help him right away." Twilight yelled at the cream colored pegasus.

Fluttershy peeped but it did snap her out of her trance. She realised now what had happened. She prepared to treat the black pegasus as much as she was able to.

"Thank you." She said to the unconscious guard with a tear in her eye.

Twilight and her friends were enraged. The dovakhiin just attempted to kill Fluttershy. No more Mr. Nice Ponies from now on. They had to stop him before he could cause more harm.

Ulfgar still had one more sword, the strange black and green blade. But Twilight Sparkle had something much better.

"Applejack! I need you to get that weapon away from him!" Twilight asked the orange earth pony.

"Will do!" Applejack trotted of slightly further armed with her trusty lasso.

"Rainbow! You need to distract him." Twilight asked the blue pegasus next.

"What are you going to do?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Don't worry about that... Just make sure Applejack is able to disarm him."

Rainbow Dash nodded and flew off. Waiting for everypony to get ready.

"Rarity, Pinkie Pie. I need you two to step in if anything goes wrong okay?" Twilight asked her remaining friends.

"Yes sir!" Pinkie Pie saluted and pulled her party cannon out of nowhere. Rarity frowned at this but still gave the pony equivalent of a thumbs up to Twilight Sparkle.

"Alright then get ready!" Twilight started levitating the dovakhiin's blade in front of her once again. It was at least twice as large as herself.

"Hey look here!" Rainbow Dash started flying around at light speed around the corrupted dragonborn.

Now at almost her full speed the dovakhiin was not able to keep up with the blue pegasus. His whirlwind sprint would be useless in this situation where he's being circled. So he did the next best thing. He started swinging his sword wildly without any skill involved. Must be because of the corruption.

Of course he missed every possible swing of his blade. But he kept focussing only on the blue pegasus.

Applejack got ready to step in. She threw her lasso around Ulfgar's arm and attempted to pull him to the ground.

However reality started to kick in and she noticed she didn't have nearly enough strenght to even budge the dovakhiin. With the lasso tied around his arm he started pulling the orange earth pony towards him who still held the rope in her mouth.

"Applejack! Watch out!" Twilight yelled and charged towards the dovakhiin with the large greatsword.

Applejack released the rope and quickly jumped aside avoiding the incoming slash of the dragonborn.

Twilight meanwhile swung the greatsword towards Ulfgar. He already saw it coming but wasn't able to dodge. However the blade just grazed his arm, leaving a small cut. But it was enough to make him step back.

As he did just that Rainbow Dash charged at him from behind and bucked him in the back. The dovakhiin now fell to his knees.

Then Pinkie Pie appeared next to him and blew him right in the face with her party cannon. The confetti and balloons didn't do much damage but it was neccesary!

Rarity followed with a devastating uppercut right to the dovakhiin's chin. Who knew that pony that wouldn't get her hooves dirty could deliver such a nasty punch.

The dovakhiin was now flat on his back. Still trying to recover from the barrage of punches he just took. He tried to stand back up but he didn't have the time.

Twilight Sparkle with the dovakhiin's his blade stood in front of him. She had it levitated right above him.

"I'm so sorry!" She hesitated to do her next step but it was the only way.

So she did. She lunged the blade right in to the dovakhiin's stomach. The powerful force of her magic was enough the penetrate his iron armor with the oversized blade.

Ulfgar's eyes turned back to normal. But he still wasn't himself. He just remained motionless to the ground.

"Did you... kill him?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"What? No! I specifically didn't aim for his vital organs." She responded worried.

"Then why aint he standing back up?" Applejack said.

But nopony knew what was going on in Ulfgar's head right now.

Queen Chrysalis saw that her minion was defeated by the mane six. Not a problem though, with the power she currently posessed they'd pose no threat to her. Celestia was already beaten and her changeling army could storm in here any minute. She was just wondering what took them so long. She started approaching the mane six.

"We need to stop that foul creature before it destroys more of the town!" Luna said watching the lambent berserker just crush everything in sight.

"I know. But we can't do anything about its armor. We need to get it to stagger and open that damn ribcage so we can shoot at the damn part that actually hurts it." Carmine responded. He could hear the BLU Sniper firing several shots at some of the changelings that were chasing innocent ponies.

But that berserker had to be stopped. He was currently their main priority. Those tiny changelings couldn't even compare to the lambent monstrosity that roamed around freely.

The berserker was wandering around. Not charging anymore. Must've had enough of that. It walked around blindy awaiting for something to cross its path. Even the wretches and changelings that came close were not spared. They were either crushed after a charge from the berserker. Or torn to pieces by his bladed tentacles.

So Carmine and Luna had to keep their distance. But they also needed to stop it. It had now already demolished at least six buildings. But what can they do without a flamethrower? They could shoot bullets and magic at it sure. But it wouldn't affect the berserker in the slightest.

Carmine decided to use the wretch strategy again. One of those nasty creatures was chasing a brown earth pony. But not anymore, Carmine rushed over and grabbed the dangerously unstable lambent creature in his arms.

It started shrieking and gnawing on the COG soldier's arm. But it didn't bother Carmine. He quickly ran towards the giant berserker and signalled Luna get get ready to fire.

He kicked the small wretch against the berserker's chest. It exploded on impact again and made the the giant monster's ribcage open up again for a few seconds.

Luna immediatly started blasting shadowy orbs towards the creature. Immulsion started spattering everywhere so it seemed to work.

Carmine shot his gnasher shotgun from point-blank range right in its chest. The beast roared in pain and swung one of its bladed tentacles towards the COG soldier. He skillfully deflected it with his own weapon and rolled away, avoiding the next few slices.

Then out of nowhere the BLU Sniper shot an extremely powerful shot in to the lambent berserker's opened ribcage. Immulsion didn't just splatter, it litterally exploded in all directions.

The creature screamed in pain. But it wasn't finished quitte yet. Berserker's were one of the toughests locusts. And lambent berserker's were even more resilient.

It swung its tentacles in every random direction and started charging once again towards the COG soldier. But Carmine skillfully dodged the raging berserker once again like a matador does with bulls.

"I say; let's repeat that?" Carmine said to Luna after the blind berserker was far away from them once again.

Luna just nodded in agreement. It might take a while, but surely they're able to take it down eventually.

Sniper easily finished off the seven RED Heavy changelings. He felt much more confident in fighting them after he found out they're all phonies. The RED Heavy was much MUCH stronger then they'd ever hoped to be.

He just threw his Jarate at the group of Heavy's and started hacking away with his Kukri. For some reason targets covered in piss would receive critical damage. Extremely convenient.

After he slaughtered them he and Derpy finally started leaving for higher grounds. Sniper had already spotted the REAL RED Heavy from his position. He was mowing down an endless horde of even more Heavy's. He seemed to enjoy himself, so Sniper wasn't going to bother him.

"Why are we all the way up here? Shouldn't you go down and help princess Luna and the other human?" Derpy asked confused.

"That's exactly what I'm doing." Sniper responded.

"You're just looking through that weird telescope the entire time!"

"THIS is a bloody sniper rifle. It just saved ya life Sheila. And being in the background is my job."

"Tell me about your job then."

"That's very simple." Sniper continued talking while looking through his scope.

"My job, it requires me to be polite." Sniper fired a shot towards a changeling completely blowing it up. Derpy got startled from the loud noise produced.

"Be efficient." He followed with another shot. And hit what seemed like an impossible target. He hit two more changelings with this shot. Derpy wasn't even able to see this, that's how far away they were.

"And to have a plan to kill everyone I meet." Sniper turned back to Derpy who was shocked by this information. "I'm Sniper. And I'm an assassin."

"What do you mean a plan to kill every...one you meet? Do you have a plan to kill me?" Derpy asked worried.

Sniper just laughed. "It's nothing personal mate. It's all part of the job."

"Wow. I don't think I like your job."

"I figured that much." Sniper continued laughing.

"Hey it looks like something's happening there!" Derpy pointed downstairs where they saw Carmine kicking a glowing creature to the berserker causing it to stagger.

"Oh crikey! Good call Sheila!" Sniper quickly started charging his rifle again and aimed at the raging berserker. Its ribcage opened up for just a few second. All or nothing now. He fired his shot critically hitting it.

"Ha! Take that ya bloody wanker!" He shouted victorious. But the berserker wasn't finished. Nope. But now he was certain it had more health then even a fully overhealed Heavy.

The berserker strangely enough reminded him of Saxton Hale. That was one tough crazy shirtless Aussie.

Heavy continued blasting down the endless armies of the changelings. But their numbers started increasing so rapidly even Sasha wasn't able to shoot every incoming target in time.

Literally half a thousand charged at him at the same time from every direction. Most transformed in to the Russian's body and started approaching him from the ground. More changelings started flying from the air and decided to drop themselves on Heavy as they shapeshifted while airborn.

Eventually they just started zerg-rushing him and Heavy was punched by multiple fists at the same time. Not nearly enough to knock him out. But just enough to let him lose his grip on his mini-gun. Sasha started rolling of the stairs crushing several more changeling's during its fall.

But Heavy wasn't going to give up. He still had health regeneration next to the dispenser. He just started punching everything that came even close to him. Most changelings still dropped after one hit. But now he's without firepower the changelings slowly started overpowering the Russian with their greater numbers.

Ulfgar looked like he was staring at the ceiling in defeat. But much more was happening in the dovakhiin's head.

He had a vision. He could keep hearing the distant voices of the greybeards speaking with the thu'um.

He could hear the song of his legend.

Dovakhiin, Dovakhiin,
Naal ok zin los vahrinn,
Wah dein vokal mahfaeraak ahst vaal!
Ahrk fin norok paal graan,
fod nust hon zindro zaan,
Dovakhiin, fa hin,
Kogaan mu draal!

But there was more. Besides his joyful memories of Skyrim there was darkness in his vision. The blade crafted by Eorlund Gray-Mane was carried by Ulfgar in almost all his adventures in Skyrim, the very same blade Ulfgar was struck down by right now. It was imbued by the memories of his earlier battles. He had slain countless of trolls, orcs, bandits, the undead, dragons and so much more deadly foes. But one he remembered more then everything else.

His battle with Alduin. The world eater. The dragonborn wasn't sure how. But he was still alive. Or in some form at least. He was certain. The voices told him so.

But there was one more in his vision. Discord, and it seemed like he was pulling the strings once again. What foolishness. Does he truly think he is able to corrupt the nordic god of destruction to his will?

Then Ulfgar remembered everything that occured these past days. Even the mighty dovakhiin was corrupted. Not by Discord, but by another foe. Chrysalis. She must be destroyed.

The dragonborn opened his eyes still with the greatsword penetrating his stomach. Slowly he stood rose up to his feet again. He stared at the purple unicorn who looked terrified.

"Thank you... For reminding me who I am." Ulfgar said.

"A-arent you hurt?" Twilight asked hesitantly.

"This? It's just a flesh wound!" He pulled out the enormous blade from his own stomach and immediatly started healing his wounds.

Chrysalis was surprised to see the human back on his feet. But no worries. The queen of the changelings was certain she was powerful enough to dispose of him herself. After all she just defeated Celestia with ease.

"Who is the one responsible?" Ulfgar asked. He had already spotted princess Cadence but this must've been the real one. Who is the one he should destroy?

"Uhmm... her over there... But be careful! You're hurt and she already defeated the princess and there's a thousand changelings outside!" Twilight explained the situation as quickly as she was able.

"Hmm, let me see for myself." Ulfgar wanted to head to a nearby window and check out the situation.

"Ha! Foolish human. Do you truly think that you can just easily pass the queen of the changel-" Chrysalis was interupted.

"FUS ROH DAH!" His trademark dragon shout blew the changeling queen away. She crashed in to a wall on the other side of the halls.

Ulfgar casually walked to the window as if nothing happened and stared outside. Everything seemed to happen at the same time as he saw Luna and Carmine dancing around a giant berserker. And Heavy was literally knocking fighting hundreds of clones appareantly. It sure looked like everything is doomed at this point.

Ulfgar stepped to the defeated princess Celestia.

"Would you see your capital destroyed? Or would you see it saved?" He reached out his hand to her.

Celestia hesitated for a moment. Weird question but that's alright. "I would see it saved of course." She raised her hoof allowing the dovakhiin to help her back up.

"Then it will be done." Ulfgar said determined.

Meanwhile Cadence was able to sneak up to her fiancé. Shining Armor was still corrupted but by the presence of his loving bride he was able to snap out of it.

"Woah... what happened!" Shining Armor said confused.

"Oh My Shining Armor! You're back!" Cadence hugged her fiancé.

"What the..." Shining Armor was able to figure out the situation. That half knocked out black pony over there looks rather evil. And his commander had a sword stuck in his back. Outside there were literally thousands of invaders. Shining Armor knew what to do. Get the shield back up.

But as much as he focussed he wasn't able to provide a single spark. Chrysalis's corruption had tired him out more then enough.

"My love will give you strength!" Cadence said determined.

Their magical horns collided in what seemed like a touching moment. Magical forces started swarming around and eventually some sparkling started happening. Both of them prepared for a final push.

But nothing happened. Shining Armor was simply to weak in his current state to keep the barrier up. Even with Cadence's love it didn't work.

"Ha! The power of love. What a foolish thing." Ulfgar chuckled at the ponies.

"Well then do you have a better idea?" Cadence said annoyed.

"Aye. Let me define true power for you." Ulfgar faced away from he ponies and stared outside once again.

He looked up.

"STRUN BAH QO!" Ulfgar shouted at the top of his lungs. Dark clouds started forming around Canterlot.

A storm is coming.
