Derpy woke up first, and the previous night all came back to her. She had a marefriend! She had a marefriend! Surprisingly, they had managed to stay embraced throughout the whole night. She tried to slip out of the embrace without waking up Dash, but she was unsuccessful. Dash woke up, and she too was happy that she had a new marefriend. Dash felt a special connection between herself and Derpy, unline any other she had felt towards anypony else before.

“Good morning, Derpy.” greeted Rainbow Dash
“Morning, Dashie.”
“How did you sleep?”
“Perfect, with you in my arms.”

~~~Fast Forward 1 month~~~

Derpy had just recently moved in with Dash, and was getting used to living in a cloud house. It was much different than living on the ground. She enjoyed it however, mostly due to the fact that she was living with her lover. Nothing eventful had happened between now and when they met, aside from the fact that Derpy was spending more time then ever with Rainbow. It was evening now, and time for the 2 ponies to go to bed, as they had to go to work the next morning.

After the session, the two lovers lay in bed, panting.
“That was great.” said Derpy.
“I enjoyed it too, as I always do with you.”

The two mares went to sleep, happy as they could ever be.

~~~Approx 5 months later~~~

Rainbow Dash was getting ready for what she was about to do. Just like on the day they first became marefriends, she was nervous. She was going to propose to Derpy. Rainbow gathered up enough courage, and went into the kitchen, where Derpy was eating breakfast. (Muffins, no doubt.)

“Hey there!” greeted Derpy.
“Hi”

She decided now was the time.

“I have something to ask you.”
“Sure, go ahead.”

“Derpy, will you marry me?” asked the blue pegasus, as she opened up a box with a ring (made to fit ponies) inside.
“Of course I will, Dashie!” replied the grey one

The two of them hugged and kissed each other, but they eventually had to set off for work. After work, it was time to get busy. They now had wedding plans to make!
