The following day I awoke from my place under a tree in the gardens, standing upright, I clicked multiple parts of my skeleton

“Good morning Tesla” Littlepip wearily stood upright on all four hooves, blinking as she did so, Snowdrop perching herself on my head, as per the usual, Blaze also sat on my shoulder “What’s for breakfast?”

“Pancakes, with any luck” I drooled over the thought of having a proper breakfast, the previous meals I’d had in the castle not counting for personal reasons, if any at all

“Looks like I was right” I smiled toward Littlepip as she sat beside, Ryōshi sat on the floor between us

“So you were, brother, so you were, pass me the syrup” Blaze grinned

“I know what you’re going to do, sister” I grumbled

“It’ll be fun” she winked

“Says you” I mumbled

“I do say so” she smirked

As I wandered through the aptly named ‘everfree forest,’ I started whistling the tine to Owl City’s ‘Fireflies’

“So, what’re we doing?” Blaze sat on my shoulder

“Exploring” I smiled

“In this place, really,” she sighed “are you sure that’s wise?”

“I only know that someone has to do it, map the area out, as it were” I shrugged, wandering into a cave, Ryōshi following is in, Snowdrop trotting along at her side

“What in the heck is that?” she pointed at a rather odd-looking tree of sorts, with five main branches, each one with a stony orb at the end of them with even odder indents,  each shaped like a lightning bolt, apple, diamond, balloon, butterfly respectively, with a six-pointed star indent in the middle of the tree

“I’ve no idea, but I can’t help but feel like I’ve seen it somewhere before” I tilted my head ever-so slightly

“And now you’re hallucinating, great” she laughed as I changed to eon form, my chest symbol pulsating with a prismatic glow as I neared the tree

Suddenly six beams of energy shot out of me, each one aimed at one of the indents, triggering a blinding flash of light

When I could see again, I was lying on a bed in a dust-ridden castle

“You’re awake, that is good” Nyx teleported beside the bed as I sat upright, having been reverted to my human form, Celestia, Luna, Twilight, her friends, Spike, who was on Twilight’s back, Ryōshi, Snowdrop and Blaze crowded around me alongside Littlepip, Blaze and Snowdrop leaping beside me on the bed

What happened?” I blinked

“You’ve ascended, just like that of the previous eons” Nyx gleamed

“Ascended?” I blinked again “I’m not sure that that’s even possible”

“It’s possible” Celestia hummed “Tesla I realize that there’s a few things I haven’t told you”

“Do tell” I sighed, shaking my head

“There wasn’t just one human here, there were many, each independent and completely reliant on him or herself, until one day, they stumbled across something that could’ve bought about the end of Equestria, and the world” Celestia exclaimed “they found darkness; a being of pure hatred an malice, frozen in time by a spell, which they triggered, which brought about the greatest war Equis has ever known”

“Sounds like the forerunners, but please, go on” I nodded

“At first it seemed like the humans ability to work together to reach a common goal, united under a single banner, might work, but then setback after setback, and then they fell, nation by nation, country by country, that’s when they thought of you; the eons, and so they began to work, trying to find a failsafe for the shadow creatures, it took many a day and night of blood, sweat and work, but they got there eventually, creating an antibody that would fight against the darkness, and, eventually, rid the world of it, but they did so at a cost, themselves, for you see, they, along with us, won the war, but at a cost, for each eon held an element;  the power of which was so potent, so lethal, that it killed them as soon as it was activated, the elements in overall may have worked to stop the oncoming storm, but there was a much bigger, more evil threat, one who’s name we do not speak under any circumstances, who transported the eons to your world, Earth, ridding them of either their eon abilities, or their memory of the sub-species, we barely managed to defeat the nameless one, but it cost us one of our own, one sapphire storm, I’m sure you can take it from there” Celestia lectured

“I see” I frowned “and you expect me to believe that, logical and true as it may be?”

“I don’t expect you to believe it, but please, at least give us a chance” Celestia pleaded

“I don’t know” I hummed “give me time to think about it, and then I’ll see whether or not we’ll go on with it”

“So, what happened to the weird tree thing?” I tilted my head Celestia sighed

“Only one who bears an element can activate it like you did and on that level,” Celestia bit her lip “you’re an Element bearer”

“Tesla,” Twilight gasped “YOU’RE an element!?”

“Apparently so” I nodded

“But an element of nature” Celestia began, looking a bit shocked “I thought those had died out millennia ago”

“Is there something ya know, Princess?” Applejack smiled

“Long ago, long before Nightmare Moon, there were six other elements, the elements of nature, these, along with nature itself, were the most powerful weapons in equestria, even more so than the elements of harmony, to think that Tesla could be one is…. Extraordinary” Celestia smiled widely “the elements of nature have been used only twice before, both times they had to sacrifice one of their own to do so the price for their power is so high”

“Daddy’s going to DIE if he uses his element?”  Snowdrop lunged at me, crying into my shirt “please don’t die daddy!”

“I won’t, don’t worry about it, my little snowflake” I smiled, weakly

“Promise me!” she cried “Promise me that you won’t die!”

“I promise not to die, in fact, I’ll pinkie promise not to” I grinned following through, performing the necessary action for a pinkie promise, four times, having learnt said actions from Pinkie Pie

“Thank you Daddy,” she cheered, gripping me as tightly as I could “I love you…”

“I love you too, Snowy, I love you too” I hugged her back

“You know what this calls for!?” Pinkie pie somehow teleported us to the centre of ponyville, where Ponies rushed out of their homes to greet us as said party was already prepared and set for us, somehow, said ponies stopped in their tracks as soon as they noticed me

“How?” I glanced toward Twilight, who shook her head as I steadily got to my feet

“I tried for a week to understand how she does it, all I got was a rather painful headache” Twilight sighed

“That being said,” Blaze hummed why do you have fourth set of wings, Tesla?”

“What?” I glanced back toward my wings, quickly noticing an extra set of whitish-golden wings “well Damnit”

“I think you look rather seraphic” Celestia winked

“Try flying” Luna smiled; I did, starting with the top pair, gradually hovering above the ground, and then the second pair, gaining slight altitude, then the third pair, getting a little higher, then finally, the fourth pair, getting even higher, then landing

“Impressive,” Blaze smirked “now try all at once, brother”

“That I will” I nodded, flapping my wings in unison, gaining a much higher altitude, gradually landing again

“All you need now is to be able to tuck the lower ones away” Snowdrop giggled

“Or to somehow fuse them” I shrugged “Blaze, get me my welding kit!” Rainbow Dash shuddered

“You don’t care for your wings?” Rarity raised an eyebrow

“I do, just not as much as I should” I chuckled “Speaking of wings…” I positioned my wings to look like a warrior-esque angel, pulling twin Dawnbreaker swords from the inside pockets of my jacket

“How,” Twilight blinked “how did you just do that?”

“Hammer-space, the ability to pull items into, and back out of, nowhere” I explained, wielding the swords accordingly

“Holy hell,” Blaze whistled as she stood in front of me, eyeing me up and down “Didn’t know you could look that awesome, all you need is the armour, and you don’t do armour, do you?”

“How, when, why and what?” Twilight nodded toward one of the swords

“One, because I can, two, around thirty years ago, three, again, because I can, and want to, and four, they’re called Dawnbreaker”

“How aptly titled, they shine like thy sun, dear sister” Luna smiled

“So they do”, Celestia simpered as I sheathed the twin swords “How did you find Snowdrop anyway?”

“My ears work like magical dowsing machines when I’m in eon form” I laughed

“That’s explain a lot,” Blaze smirked “So, what do ya reckon you can do, what with being an element and all”

“I’ve no idea,” I blinked “perhaps we’ll find out eventually”

“Perhaps, perhaps not, that is for us to decide, though, isn’t it?” she glimmered

“Aye, it is” I nodded

As I stood in the centre of a now rather exquisitely Ponyville not a month later with Twilight by my side levitating a clipboard with Spike sat on her back, I glanced around the large town

“What’s going on here?” I blinked, standing beside Crystal Snowdrop and Ryōshi

“The ponytones are visiting Ponyville” Twilight nodded toward Rarity who was stood beside Big Mac and two unknown ponies, one was a tall, slightly gangly cobalt earth pony with a dark blue mane and tail, and the other was a creamy-pearl coloured earth pony with a multi-toned red mane and tail, all four of them stood on a stage with a small crowd of ponies stood before them, Applejack standing beside the pony who I’d leaned was her brother

“Rarity’s with the ponytones?” Blaze tilted her head as she stood on her hind legs on my shoulder

“Apparently, I didn’t know either until today,” Twilight shrugged as the Ponytones started singing “the pony between rarity and Big Mac is Toe-Tapper, and the one opposite him is Torch Song”

“Good to know,” Blaze hummed, we both grinned like a pair of idiots “are you thinking what I’m thinking?”

“Singing contest, wouldn’t be much of a contest”

“I don’t know, they’re said to be the best in Equestria” Twilight giggled

“That’s because you haven’t heard my brother sing his heart out before” Blaze cackled with laughter

“What’s goin’ on over here?” Applejack marched toward us

“Blaze thinks Tesla could beat the ponytones in a singing contest” Twilight laughed

“Well, Ah suppose ya‘ll could try, but it’d be difficult” Applejack nickered

“And that’s when I said that you’ve never heard my brother sing his heart out before” Blaze chortled

“Call a doctor, because this’s going to be heart-rending,” Crystal smirked as we took centre stage “Iris?”

“Iris,” I nodded “you know the lyrics?”

“I still remember when you sang them to me on our wedding night, sir Knight” she laughed

“Any time you’re ready” Torch Song raised an eyebrow as she and the other Ponytones

“That was…” Toe-Tapper blinked “almost extra-terrestrial, you two are amazing!”

“Would you like to join us, and travel Equestria?” Torch Song stared at me in apparent awe

“Nah, Tesla and I would rather stay here, at home” Crystal pecked my cheek

“That’s right, we’re a stationary group, us” I nodded

“What’re you called?” Rarity tilted her head

“The Eons of Equis” I gleamed

“Catchy,” Crystal giggled “where’d you get the wings?”

“I got deemed an element of Nature by some random magical tree” I shrugged

“As is normal with you, my love” she winked

“Ain’t that the truth” Blaze grinned as Snowdrop, Littlepip, and Ryōshi stood beside me

“Smile for the camera!” A pony with an old-fashioned camera glimmered, snapping a photo of my family, Littlepip and Crystal, galloping off into the distance

“Well there’s goes the local media” I laughed

“Have we got time for another?” Snowdrop giggled, having learned from me, the lyrics too almost every song I knew

“We should have” Rarity nodded “Go for it, dear”

“Lifehouse, Daddy?” Snowdrop giggled, perching herself on the back of my head, as per the usual

“You know the one” I smiled

“So you do,” she smiled “Silly me, perhaps you’d be so kind as to sing one more time?”

“Snowy, Crystal, Europa” I gleamed

“Ah guess ya could win then” Applejack tipped her hat slightly “emphasis on could of course

“Wouldn’t want to make I too easy” Blaze stifled laughter

“Seriously,” I blinked “at least give them a fair chance, Blaze”

“Oh all right” she sighed “but if I see so much as a single slip-up I’m calling the riot police”

“There aren’t any riot police in Equestria, we have royal guards instead” Twilight chucked

“JJB sports, two-thousand looters can’t be wrong” Blaze burst into sudden roars of laughter

“Too right” Crystal chortled

“Weird” Twilight slowly shook her head as I, with my family, walked to the train station, paying for the journey to Canterlot

“So, what’re we gonna sing next?” Blaze clapped her paws together

“Anything we want to really” I shrugged “you want to join us Littlepip?”

“I’d be honoured” Littlepip gleamed

Days passed, and Littlepip became the fifth ‘member’ of our so-called musical ‘group’

“We good to go,” Beauty Brass glanced toward Littlepip, who nodded “then let’s show Equis what we can do!”

I marched out with Littlepip by my side opposite Ryōshi, Snowdrop on the back of my head, and Blaze sat upon my shoulder, the audience stared at Littlepip for a moment, before glancing back at the rest of us

There was awkward silence as a hush fell over the room, before the audience stood on their hooves in unison, bursting into cheering, whistling and applaud

“They’re better than the ponytones!” I heard someone yell

“Not quite” I laughed

As we stood in the main hall, Ryōshi having had her midday walk around the castle, Twilight and her friends, Princesses included, trotted up to me

“That was phenomenal!” Twilight gleamed

“That’s what happens when you really try to do something you like doing,” I grinned “I’ve also got an idea for a song for the next event”

“The way you worked was almost harmonious, where did you learn to do that?” Rarity batted her eyelids at me

“Practice” I winked

“What’s the name of the song?” Littlepip glanced up at me

“Dreams of an absolution, it’s got two versions, the one is sing is probably better suited for a beginner, no offense” I chuckled

“None taken,” she smiled “I’m just trying to get passed this feeling I’m getting”

“What’s it like?” Blaze raised an eyebrow

“Like I can do anything,” she whistled “it’s like I’m barely in control of myself!”

“That’d be the adrenaline” I smiled back “think you need a glass of water to help you calm down, first time’s always the weirdest”

“Thanks” she sighed,

“Eons of Equis,” Celestia raised an eyebrow “what made you pick that name for yourselves?”

“Just the facts I’ve been given in my stay here” I shrugged

“I see, well I wish you luck” she winked

“Thank you, princess” Littlepip nickered

“Please, call me Celestia” Celestia simpered

“Alright Cellsy” Blaze chuckled

“Is your sister always so jovial?” she raised the other eyebrow, removing her mane from covering her face

“I am what I am, ain’t nobody changing that!” Blaze laughed

“Sot it’d seem” Celestia nickered “Well, it’d appear that you’ve a heart of fire, like your name would most certainly suggest”

“And an attitude to match it” Snowdrop giggled

“So I have, but you don’t mind, do you Tesla?”

“I don’t, seeing as how I’m used to it” I rolled my eyes

“First you end up on an alien planet with me, then you find some weird crystalline tree thingamabob, then you find out that humans existed on Equis, and combated a ‘great-and-powerful’ evil, what’s next, you and Cellsy being lovers in one of your previous incarnations?”

“That’d be possible, however slim the chances are, be it impossible or otherwise, right?” I glanced at Celestia, who simply re-raised an eyebrow “oh bugger”

“Looks like I was right again!” Blaze burst into a fit laughter

“So you were,” Celestia pecked my cheek, staring right at me, as if gazing into my soul “”I hope you know how much I’ve missed you, Tesla”

“But, why don’t I have any memory of you?” I tilted my head

“Thou were poisoned with a hyper-lethal venom, thy other option was death in thine sisters’ arms, or to come back later, as thou have, Tesla” Luna explained “And thy wings along with thee, thou great eon” an awkward silence washed over the great hall as all eyes turned to face the princesses, Crystal and I

“He’s an eon,” I heard one pony whisper to another “like in the legends?”

“It seems to be the case” the other pony whispered back “though I heard they had sabre like-wings and could break the sound barrier”

“So, we’re looking at a living legacy here?” the first pony muttered

“I should hope so” the second pony nodded, both staring in awe as I changed to my eon form “And there it is!” I quickly changed back

“The lord of chaos, none other than moi” a serpentine creature with the horns of both a goat and a gazelle, the head of a grossly disfigured pony, beard of a goat, wings of both a bat and eagle,  the tail of a dragon and the arms of a gryphon and lion, and the fang of a snake ‘popped’ into existence before me

“Wow, the creators of the universe fucked up when they made you; didn’t they?” Blaze whistled

“Now, now, no need for such hostilities” Discord reached out to touch Blaze, but I grabbed his arm

“Touch her, and I beat you like a runaway slave” I hissed, he quickly retracted his arm

“Touchy” he flexed his fingers “Where’d you get this one from?” he glanced toward Celestia

“Question is, what are you?” I frowned

“A draconequus” Discord held out a hand, I raised an eyebrow

“Joy buzzer” I smirked, he flipped his hand, revealing a button strapped to his fingers

“How did you..?” he blinked

“Psychic” I Littlepip frowned

“If he’s the god of chaos, why keep him around?”

“I’m almost offended by that” Discord chuckled darkly

“We need him, after all, Chaos and harmony are two sides to the same bit, or coin, however you prefer” Cadance nickered

“Just like sausages and Bacon” Blaze drooled slightly

“So I heard you got knighted, well done my boy” Discord clapped his hands in applaud, resulting in an electric shock coursing through him

“He usually like this?” I raised an eyebrow

“Not always, he can be quite nice if you get him in the right mood” Cadance smiled

“Uh-huh” I tilted my head at the strange, almost alien creature hovering before me “and I suppose you’d know about the eons?”

“The eons?” he burst into laughter “why I know things that Celestia couldn’t tell you even if she wanted you to!”

“Like?” I frowned, already not liking the draconequus’ tone

“The fact that they were treated as slaves” he tilted his head back at me “honestly, you should’ve seen it, no wonder it was so easy for me to get out of that accursed stone prison-!” he was sent sprawling via reverse-roundhouse kick

“He dun half talk shit, doesn’t he?” I grinned

“He’s not lying” Celestia bit her lip, tears welling in her eyes

“Told you so” Discord sighed, hovering beside me “I can tell you things you wouldn’t here anywhere else, Tesla, my little eon”

“Like what?” Blaze snapped

“The location of sapphire storm, perhaps?” he clicked his claw-tips together”

“That’s in the past” I scoffed, turning and walking away, Littlepip, Ryōshi and Snowdrop following me back inside the castle

“Is it?” he raised an eyebrow “And I suppose it’s also ‘in the past,’ that Celestia here’s been manipulating your entire life up until your arrival here?” he went on “Beside your wife of course, you can keep her all you want” I stopped dead in my tracks, turning around “Go ahead, tell him Celly, tell him how you did the unthinkable to his love-life”

“And he’s not lying, I assume?” I frowned as Blaze clambered down to the floor, bursting into flames

“I’m sorry…” Celestia was full-on weeping at this point, tears cascading down her face like waterfalls

“She’s the one who separated you from…” Crystal gasped, the flames around my fading to thin air as I held her back “what’re you doing?”

“Violence won’t get us anywhere” I scowled “and I think we’re through with negotiations”

“But she,” Crystal glared at Celestia, then stared at me “are you right in the head?”

“That’s always been the question, hasn’t it?” I sighed “Let’s just go” I turned and left, Blaze climbing back onto my shoulder, Snowdrop also perching herself on my head as Ryōshi and Littlepip followed me with Vinyl and Octavia into the theatre, beginning to sing when I got there

“You don’t have anyone do it where you’re from?” Littlepip blinked

“Nope, it’s all done by means of physics” Crystal chimed

“How do you mean?” Octavia raised an eyebrow

“Imagine spinning a full bucket of water over your head, now, if you stop, you get wet right?” both musicians nodded “If the earth slows down even a little, all human on earth, including the planet itself are reduced to cosmic dust, if that, it’s the same principle really”

“That’s got to be horrible, knowing you can die like that at any given time!” Littlepip gasped

“There’s hundreds of ways humans could go extinct within the next century or two, several of which involve asteroids and/or meteors”

“But we needn’t worry since you’re here, with us, right Daddy?” Snowdrop smiled

“Correct” I nodded

“How do you put up with it?” Vinyl blinked

“With what?” I tilted my head ever-so slightly

“Being betrayed by the princess herself” she spat “surely you feel some form of hate toward her for doing that, right?”

“Damn” she whistled as we walked out of the theatre, but not before I returned the guitar backstage

“So, you’re the one who’s been killing my subordinates?” a massive blood-crimson dragon with white underbelly scales and spines stood before me in the arena, Twilight, her friends Spike, and the princesses stood behind me

“Teslakana, Eon, human, Dragon slayer, what more do you want?”

“I hope that titles is from your world, puny creature” he growled

“May I know your name, Dragon?” I raised an eyebrow

“Dragon emperor Grandoa, ruler of the dragons of Equis”  he snarled, baring his teeth at me

“An eon against a fully grown dragon, this should be interesting” Blaze smirked

“You dare fight me!?” Grandoa roared with laughter as Snowdrop, Littlepip and Blaze hurried beside my friends, scales appearing on my face, arms and hands as they went “This should be fun, too long have I waited for a challenger worthy of your title, Teslakana of Equestria”

“The battle between monsters begins!” Blaze cheered

“Genso Eigo Ryu,” I inhaled sharply, exhaling a vast torrent of whitish-golden flames “Hokou!”

“Not bad, that actually tickled” Grandoa laughed as I shot up above him spinning as I formed a drill-like pattern, encase from head to toes in flames as i rocketed down from the sky

“Genso Eigo Ryu Rasen-Shadan!” I growled, piercing through the scales on the back of his neck

“Well, that certainly stings a bit” he grinned as I landed in front of him, bringing down a claw, knocking me into the ground, bringing down the other one, the other, then the other, continuously beating away at me for five minutes straight

“Is that it?” I clicked my neck as I staggered to my feet, followed by my shoulders, and then my knuckles

“How?” he blinked

“Ryu, no Dakara!” I chimed, both fists ignited as I fired Gatling-like punches at his chest and stomach “Genso Eigo Hoseki Ryu; Suishō Hasu Karyu Ken!” as the hits progressed, I noticed a few scales falling from his underside onto the ground as he clung onto said underside, falling flat on his face

“You just!?” Twilight gasped as Octavia and Vinyl trotted up either side of me

“I haven’t won, by a dragon slayers terms, however, I can see this battle going unceasingly, so I propose a draw” I held out a hand as Grandoa stood back up again, eventually leaning down to get on eye-level with me

“Agreed” Grandoa shook my hand with a light claw, “you are definitely worthy of the title of ‘Dragon Slayer,’ Teslakana of Equestria, we shall meet again, soon”

And with that he flew off

“You went hoof-to-hoof against the dragon emperor and survived?” Twilight gaped, her expression eventually returning to a normal one “what was that last attack anyway?”

“Genso Eigo Hoseki Ryu; Suishō Hasu Karyu Ken,” I smiled

“Which translates into your language as elemental ‘Eon Gem Dragon Crystal Lotus; fire dragon fist’” Blaze whistled, clambering unto my shoulder as Snowdrop perched herself on my head “why not just call it an ‘Elemental Gem Dragon Gatling Lotus’?”

“Touché” I nodded

“That makes four times I’ve been right about something?” she smirked

“Five actually, not counting back one Earth” I sighed

“And the ferret strikes again” Celestia gave a weak smile

“You don’t have the right to talk about my family like it’s nothing” I spat

“Tesla, I don’t know what to say” she slowly shook her head

“That’s probably because you shouldn’t” Vinyl snapped “What right do you have to decide who Telsa falls in love with, who died and made you the ruler of all that exists, tell me Celestia, who!?”

“Tesla, you…?” Celestia held a hoof to her mouth

“Her shame revealed as worlds crossover” Blaze held her head high, glancing at me “you alright, TK?”

“I’ll be fine” I scoffed “I’ve got you and Pip with me, and Snowdrop, what more could I want?”

“Your scales are showing” she smirked

“I know, I just don’t really care,” I exhaled sharply, almost sighing “at least I can hope that she’s safe, wherever she is”

“As do I” Snowdrop chimed

“And me” Blaze patted the side of my head

“As well as I” Littlepip placed a gentle hoof on my leg, smiling up at me, I crouched down to her level, Snowdrop and Blaze climbing down to the ground in the process, gently stroking Littlepip’s mane
