Princess Celestia was taking a walk in her garden, as she had some free time and wished to see the blooming flowers, and to gaze upon her sister’s night past the barrier. As she was taking in the atmosphere however she heard something. Celestia, deciding to investigate, quietly moves closer to the sound, oddly enough, it sounded like a filly singing. But fillies weren’t supposed to be in the Royal Gardens, especially at night.

"Lullaby, and goodnight, and the starsy is bright." the filly’s voice seemed to echo. Upon turning the corner she had found with mild shock and greater disgust that voice had not belonged to a bright faced filly that she expected, eager to see her ruler. Instead it was a repulsive human child, wearing nothing but a tattered and stained dress and bow in a similar condition keeping its hair together. The human’s back was to her, kneeling and hovering over the remains of a dead guard, talking to the corpse.

“Almost done, little angel, don't cry...” Princess Celestia ignored it’s ranting and focused on more important matters. How had a human found their way past the barrier? And who had killed one of her guards? Celestia immediately discounted the brat. Her guards would never fall to a child, even the notably monstrous human ones. Thinking that the human might know the answers, she approached the creature and it had heard her, stood and turned to face its fate. The Princess almost recoiled at the sight of the, thing as it was most decidedly not human. Its eyes glow a sick yellow. In on hand it held a crudely made doll and in the other, a syringe containing blood, no doubt from the recently deceased guard.

Princess Celestia began charging a spell, to kill the abomination where it stood. Then the demon started talking again, its echo even more apparent now that the hedge were not softening the noise.

“Look Mr. Bubbles.” It spoke to the doll. “It’s bad one, and she’s beens bad.” It lied to itself and mocked Princess Celestia in her very presence, then it began talking to her.

“Big Sister’s gonna be giving you stars and birdies.” It said moronically, seemingly unaware of what Celestia was doing and going to do.

Celestia was thankful that the spell finished charging, as she could no longer stand the monster’s yammering. And fired her magical laser.

Only for it pass harmlessly past the now revealed illusion, though the doll still remained.

Celestia’s eyes widen at the ruse and quickly turned around, only to be piercing screak and a drill piercing her skull. Both killing her and dropping the barrier.
