CHAPTER FOURTEEN: Forgiveness

I barley felt tired, I could see Corruption and Chiro fly beside me. Both were looking down, it confused me.

"Whats wrong?" I asked Chiro. She looked up at me.

Me and Corruption have been thinking... I... we... really don't think it's in our best interest to "punish" Luna anymore then she already has been.

Cut her some slack Dorchester.

"I am Dark Wing!" I growled.

No you are not! You are Ryan! You are Dorchester! You are NOT a monster! I will not fuel you with anymore anger if you are going to use it against Luna and Frederic.

I looked down to see the ocean far below me. Me going to Equestria to take my revenge on Luna was the entire point I was here... otherwise I would have gone to Heaven. Ironic seeing I'm a brony.

Forgive her Ryan. It's the best thing to do.

If you can find forgiveness, all of this stress, these nightmares, will just... go away.

Tears had begun to spring from my eyes. Chiro and Corruption where right, Bleak wanted me to help him, and that's exactly what I was going to do. No more anger, no more revenge, I wasn't Dark Wing anymore. I was Dorchester, I had a job to do, and I knew exactly how I was going to do it.

"C'mon," I said with a grin.

"We've got friends to save."

I turned around and began to head back to Pleasant Fields, my friend Lance needed. My god-children needed their father. I wasn't going to let them go without at least remembering him!

Dorchester.

"Yes?" I said, looking to Corruption

I want you to call me... Truth.

I want you to call me Reason.

I looked at my two sides, Truth and Reason... I nodded. We we're going to save them.

"Thank you." I said quietly. I stretched my wings, gray armor appeared around my chest, I was going to need it if I was going to save Lance and Frederic. This is something I will not stop on.

Authors Note: I have finally gotten the courage to send a PM to the author of Living The Dream, to see if a crossover could be in order. I hope he says yes! It would mean a lot to my fanfic career.
