Hei followed Apple Jack down the stairs, his wound had been bandaged up, stopping any bleeding. However, this was nothing knew for him, he’d felt pain way to many times in the past to be bothered by it anymore.

Finally Getting down the stairs Applejack step aside revealing three other ponies. Standing next to them was Yin. Hei relaxed knowing she was alright.

“Well our guest is feeling much better let me introduce yawl to the family.” Apple Jack stated proudly.

“This here is Granny Smith.” Apple Jack pointed to a green elderly looking pony on the left.

“This here fella is Big Macintosh mah brother.” Apple Jack moved on to the Big red pony in the middle.

“and finally this little filly is mah sister, Apple Bloom” Apple Jack pointed to the smallest of the group, Hei noticed this one admiring him with great interest.

“Apple’s this is Hei” Apple Jack pointed at Hei who stood his face showing little to no emotion.

“It’s okay Hei. they helped us, we can trust them.” Yin finally spoke up causing everyone to look at her, then back at Hei. Hei relaxed knowing Yin was willing to trust them. finally Apple bloom broke the silence.

“Mister, what exactly are you, cause ah never seen anything like you before.”  Apple Bloom asked enthusiasm booming in her voice.

“Me and Yin are humans.” he said looking down at  the filly.

“Wow I gotta introduce y’all to Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo sometime.” Apple Bloom said jumping up and down slightly.

“One thing at a time Apple Bloom” Apple Jack interrupted.

“Thank you for your help Apple Jack, but I think it would be best if we left, and looked for this Twilight Sparkle you told me about earlier.” Hei said his tone now calmer.

“Now hold on a minute sugar cube your still hurt, Im not gonna let a pony go knowing he’s gonna hurt em self. also, you can’t just leave when we prepared breakfast for ya.” Apple Jack said pointing off to what appeared to be a kitchen.

Hei had to admit to himself, he hadn’t eaten in days and was actually quite hungry. He sighed and looked at Yin who had walked over to his side.

“Yin, have you eaten ?” Hei asked her, receiving a nod. Hei then turned to Apple Jack.

“Alright We’ll stay for breakfast, but afterwards can you take me to your friend.” Hei asked Apple Jack sternly.  

“Sure thing partner, and be sure to help yer self to anything ya like, can’t have ya leaving sweet apple acres without trying some of our delicious apples.” Apple Jack stated proudly as she led Hei into the kitchen.

Hei walked over to the the table and took a seat. Apple Jack and the others Sat on one end of the table, while Yin sat next to him. looking at the table  Hei saw it was covered in several bowls of apples, along with two apple pies and a plate of apple fritters.

“Like I said help ....yer ...self.” Apple Jacked Stopped in mid sentence, as she looked in Astonishment at Hei.

He began to eat each of the apples out the bowl, one after another without stopping once. Hei moved onto the pies scooping out the contents with the one fork. Apple Jack and her family’s mouths hung open for the longest time, trying to comprehend how Hei was eating this much. Hei moved onto the apple fritters eating each one as quickly as he was able.

“Wow he eats more than you Big Mac.” Apple Jack whispered to her brother.

“Eeyup.” Big Mac responded quietly.

finally Hei put the fork down at the same time wiping his mouth with a napkin. Hei had to admit it was the best meal he had in a long time.

“I don’t suppose you have anymore.” Hei asked calmly getting out of the chair, Yin following behind him.

“Well mister Hei I don’t think I’m the first to point out, but you have quite the appetite.” Apple Jack said with admiration.

“Yeah you could get an eating cutie mark for that, wait do you even have cutie marks?” Apple Bloom said booming with excitement.

“I’m sorry I don’t know what that is.” Hei replied not sharing Apple Bloom’s enthusiasm.

“Well a Cutie mark is what we ponies get when we discover our special talent, Mine’s for working on this farm.” With That Apple Jack turned to show her cutie mark which consisted of three apples. Hei was mildly confused, but at this point nothing really surprised him. Yin sat there quietly only observing what was happening. Apple Bloom then finally spoke again.

“So mister Hei, if you don’t know your special talent, what did ya do back where your from mah sister brought you in wherein a mask, whats it for ?”

Hei Knew he couldn’t just tell this young filly he was a trained killer, he knew it’d probably scare this family.

“It’s to protect my identity.” Hei finally replied.

“Your identity....Wait does that mean your some kinda super hero !” The filly asked with excitement.

Hei simply shook his head at the question, if only they knew the truth about him.

“I’m no hero.” Hei said quietly.

Apple Jack looked at  Hei concerned. She could see the question had bothered him and quickly jump in to the conversation.

“Alright Apple Bloom, I think thats enough Questions for mister Hei, he’s probably gonna get enough of them while he’s here.” Apple looked at Hei reassuringly.

Hei Realized what she did to which part of him was thankful, but he had other things on his mind. Hei pushed his chair back and got up

“The food was good, but I have to ask that you take me and Yin to your friend now.” Hei looked at apple Jack bowing out of thanks for the meal.

“It was mah pleasure partner, and a promise is a promise so lets head off.” Hei nodded and  went back up stairs collecting his Knife mask and bulletproof coat to go with him.

“lets go.” Hei said following Apple Jack Outside, Yin holding his hand the whole way.

Yin and Hei stepped out, the sunlight beaming down on them. Hei looked to see Thousands of apple trees, stretching for at least a mile. This explained why there meals consisted mainly of apples. Yin gazed at the sight even taken back at the beauty.

“It’s very pretty.” yin said softly

“Why thank you kindly sugar cube, though theres much more to see when we get to ponyville.”

“Ponyville ?” Hei asked semi curious

“Yup that’s where Twilight lives, along with most of the ponies around these parts.” Apple Jack replied enthusiastically. Hei nodded at her and continued walking Yin still holding his hand as she walked beside him

The three of them walked for around ten minutes, until Hei noticed The small town in the distance. The town was quite colorful in appearance, and even being far enough away, he could tell it wasn’t very big.

“Come on where almost there.” Apple Jack said calling back to Hei.

Apple Jack Lead Hei and Yin into the center of town, the whole way both of them being met with very odd glances from other ponies around them. Hei was just as shocked, as he couldn’t believe he was walking though a town complete populated by ponies. Hei looked down at Yin who was taking in the environment around them.

“Don’t worry about em they’ve just never seen a pony, I mean person like you hehe.”

“The feelings mutual.” Hei replied Looking around at each of the pastel colored ponies. Some of them turning away as soon as he made eye contact. He decided it was best just to ignore them for now.

“Ah here we are the ponyville Library.” Apple Jack stated pointing towards what appeared to be a house made from a hollowed out tree. Hei was defiantly shocked, but didn’t question it for the sake of not wasting time. Hei walked ahead of Apple Jack with Yin to the front door.

“Hold up there Mister Hei you don’t wanna just surprise her, let me do a bit of the talking.” Apple Jack said barging past Hei. She raised her hoof and knocked on the door. After a minute of waiting the door finally opened to reveal a lavender colored Unicorn.

“Oh Apple Jack ? I didn’t expect to see you here so.....” Twilight’s voice trailed off as she saw the two figures standing behind Apple Jack.

“Don’t worry yer self Twi there not gonna hurt us.” Apple Jack reassured Twilight with a nervous laugh.

Twilight stared at Hei and Yin with great interest. Her mind was completely over run by the amount of questions she wanted to ask, however she knew bombarding someone with questions wasn’t the best way to introduce your self. Twilight breathed to calm her self.

“I’m sorry for my reaction, My name is Twilight Sparkle. What are yours ?” Twilight asked Happily smiling at the two creatures before her.

My name is Hei, and this is Yin. Yin remained silent staring at twilight intently. Twilight shivered slightly from Yin’s staring, as it creep her out a little.

“Well I guess theres no point just standing around come on in.” Twilight led them into the library, Hei looked around to see shelves on shelves of books. He wondered how these ponies wrote with out fingers. Hei looked over at Twilight  Who’d grabbed a notepad and pen with her magic. That about Answered Hei’s question.

“Oh my celestia I just have so many Questions for you.” Twilight said booming with excitement

“I have my own questions Id like to ask.” Hei replied rather sternly.

“Okay, I guess mine can wait what do you want to know ?” Twilight replied politely

“ I want to know how me and Yin got here, I also want to know who’s in charge of this world, and if theres any other humans.” Hei asked in his usual serious tone.

“Humans ? I’m afraid those don’t exist in Equestria...this could only mean that.” Twilight gasped. “Your from another dimension of some sorts, but inter dimensional travel was just a theory by Stars Swirl. This could mean that there are other dimensions. Can you just imagine the...” Twilight trailed off noticing Hei wasn’t impressed.

“So thats the case is it, So me and Yin are stuck here ?” Hei asked starting to actually sound depressed.

“I’m sorry but a spell for inter dimensional travel isn’t even heard of, even to The princesses.” Twilight replied feeling sorry for Hei

“Wait princesses. Who are they?” Hei asked his serious tone returning.

“There the rulers of equestria. Princess Luna and Princess Celestia, I’m princess Celestia’s student.” Twilight explained

“I want to see them.” Hei said cutting Twilight off.

“Don’t worry you will, but I still wanna know exactly what you are, and where you came from before we go any further.” Twilight said sternly, she knew there was something Hei wasn’t telling them.

“Ah agree. Mister Hei who and what are you and your friend, and where are ya’ll from ?.” Apple Jack said adding to what Twilight said.

Hei Sighed knowing there was no avoiding it, He was gonna have to tell them everything. A normal contractor would have lied, but Hei was no normal contractor.

“Fine I’ll tell you. Me and Yin are from the planet earth, we were both regular human beings before an event happened in our world. This event caused the stars to be replaced with fake ones, representing people with super human abilities and psychic mediums. These people were known as contractors and dolls.” Yin was affected by this event and she became a doll. As for me I became a contractor as well but not by ordinary means.

“I’m confused, you talk as if being a contractor is a bad thing, it sounds like it would benefit you.” Twilight replied confused.

“No contractors are merely killing machines in human skin, there actions based on logic. There Liars and betrayers, Dolls on the other hand are only there to obey a contractors orders, there used for there psychic abilities.

Twilight and Apple Jack looked at Hei in horror, they couldn’t believe what they were hearing.

“Have...Have you killed before.” Twilight asked Hei Hesitantly. Receiving a nod from Hei.

Apple Jack was shocked she couldn’t believe she’d let a murderer come into ponyville she put everyone in danger, she was completely fooled by Hei calm personality. Apple Jacks thoughts didn’t last long as she felt something rest on her fur turning around she could see Yin staring at her blankly.

“You don’t have to be afraid, were not going to hurt anyone.” Yin said almost soothingly as she gave Apple Jack a small hug. Apple Jack began to relax realizing they really weren’t in danger.

“You don’t have to be scared of me I’m not going to do anything to any of you. I never willing tried to kill innocent people. Unlike most Contractors Yin and I are different, I can’t explain it but our emotions haven’t been taken away.

Twilight relaxed a bit Finally telling herself that ponyville was in no danger, but she was still a bit wary of Hei knowing he’d killed before. The very concept of murder wasn’t unknown to Equestria, it was just very very rare.

“When can I see your princess.” Hei asked as if the other conversation never happened.

“We can get on the Train to Canterlot tomorrow, for now I guess you can stay here, I know your a killer, but that doesn’t change the fact that you have no where to go.” Twilight said a little uneasy, but she knew she was doing the right thing.

Hei could see she was scared, he didn’t blame her, the only thing he could do was try to let these ponies trust him and Yin. Hei had killed people, but he was never proud of it.

“Thank you Twilight Sparkle.” Hei said and for the first time it was clear he was thankful. Hei turned to look at Yin who was standing next to Apple Jack.

“Mister Hei I’m sorry for reacting the way I did I don’t agree with your actions, but I guess we can try and trust you.” Apple Jack said apologetically.

“There are others outside.” Yin spoke up causing everyone to look at her.

Hei and Twilight looked at each other, just before the door was opened by another group of ponies. One was cyan with a Rainbow colored mane, another was completely pink. The third one Hei recognized as the pony that was with Apple Jack, the night he arrived. The Last on was taller than any of them almost Hei’s size. It was white with a flowing multicolored mane. Twilight froze up and looked in shock.

“Princess Celestia ?” Twilight asked hysterically.

Hei stood motionless, so this was her...
