Fluttershy let out a shocked gasp as she heard the beaver's words “Such language!” She exclaimed and sighed heavily. “It's no use. They won't listen to a word I say!” Fluttershy lamented with a saddened expression.

“Only in the sense of being silly and gullible...” Rarity muttered seemingly unable to look the mare in the eyes.

“Uh... uh, no, not exactly...” Pinkie pie and Applejack said simultaneously seemingly unable to look her in the eyes either.

“I've just been trying to gain his friendship any way I can, so he'd come to trust and listen to me!” The yellow Pegasus flustered as she turned to look at Discord whom was water-skiing a crossed the lake at the moment. “I can't believe him! After everything I told him earlier! I thought that by confessing my feelings for him, that he would listen to me more. I know it's barely been a day but still...” Fluttershy thought to herself as she watched the draconequus continue to ski a crossed the water and look at her.

“Hey there, Fluttershy, you want a turn? The water's great!” Discord exclaimed as he let out a hearty laugh.

The yellow Pegasus let out a sigh as she took a few steps forward. “Time to see if it worked.”

Fluttershy however did not smile back and her expression became stern as she looked upon the draconequus. “As you can see, there's a big mess down here at Sweet Apple Acres.” Fluttershy began to say as she pointed a hoof towards the flooding and damage caused by Discord.

Discord however seemed to pay her words no heed as he began to dry himself off with a towel. “Oh, yes. Awful business, that. Mm.” He remarked, feigning concern for the state apple acres was now in.
Fluttershy remained stern in her voice and expression as she spoke to him now “It is awful. This is Applejack's home, and it's being destroyed by innocent creatures who would never be acting this way if it weren't for your reckless behavior. You need to fix this.” She said as she turned away from him and crossed her arms.

It was about this time that Spike came skating by and extended his claws to the mare which held her element of harmony. “Here you go, Fluttershy! Game on!” The drake said motioning for her to take the trinket.

“He fixes this or he goes back to being stone! Princess Celestia will understand!” Twilight exclaimed from afar.

Fluttershy looked to her element of harmony, then to Discord, then back to her element of harmony, then back to Discord once more and closed her eyes. “I can't do it... No matter how much they want me to. I can't turn my love back to stone. I know it's only been barely a day but... in this single day, I've given him my heart. The Pegasus's eyes threatened to burst to tears now as she looked at him but instead of breaking down, she steeled her nerves and converted the pain and sadness to anger. “Not. Your. Friend!” She exclaimed finally and chucked the ice skates on the ground as she turned and walked away.

She had hopped he would give up walking next to her now, she had hopped he would leave her alone to sob in peace. You think you can boss Discord around? You think I'm just going to turn all this back because you say so? Because if I don't, I'll lose the one friend I ever had?” He exclaimed defiantly until his eyes fell upon Fluttershy's whose expression was no longer of anger, but of sadness as she looked at him, her eyes filling with tears, threatening to stream forth from her face.

“Did you really think I was lying when I said I had fallen in love with you?” Fluttershy whimpered softly as she looked at him. “Or was this all a game to you? A game to see how far you could push the one mare in Equestria who would give everything for you until she cracked?” she whimpered as tears streamed from her eyes now.

Upon hearing these words the draconequus expression became guilt stricken as he realized he had taken this game of his too far. Twilight exhaled an exaggerated sigh after a few moments and stared at Fluttershy. She had to know if her friend was pregnant or not. The hour-long time limit is a failsafe I put into the spell if I fail to specify conditions so it doesn't last forever.” Twilight's mouth replied without her telling it to.
