Journal Entry 1
The following pages are my record of the next few months as well as the past few years. My name is Andrew Taylor I am a biologist particle physist and chemist. Me and my team were working on a way to transfer objects with less energy or make a way to put more mass into less volume. Well we succeeded…mostly. In an atom there is more space BETWEEN the nucleus and the electrons then there is mass. So we shove another atom in between and just store it there and eventually pull it out again. Although it was unstable and long story short the entire human race was sent to the magical land of Equestria. Then to make it worse we started teaching the ponies technology. And now we teach them history. All in all they seem very interested in the art of war. I suspect that they will attack us or make humans illegal. I may be overreacting I am doing well being treated as a hero. Receiving a good house a butler, guards. Well my servant Blue Star is waiting for me and wondering what I’m writing. If you are reading this well I’m probably dead or have dropped it.

Putting down the quill and closing the leather bound journal. “Come in Blue Star.”

The blue pony walked in his grey mane neat and orderly, butler outfit the same. He was holding a tray and said “Your tea sir.”

“On the table. Do you want some?” Even if he didn’t trust the ponies he still decided to be respectful to them and treat them as humans.

“Oh no thank you sir, I prefer coffee.” The pony said setting down the tray.

Taking the glass and sipping it to test it then said “Well then get some coffee and sit down with me.”

“No I couldn’t sir I have things to do.”

Sighing knowing he could never win a fight with his butler “Well then you may go.”

His butler walked out and Andrew sighed. “It’s so lonely here. There’s nothing to do…except for complex equations and chemistry.”

Then looking at the stand full of beakers and vials he decided to do a simple reaction and prank.

Taking the vial labeled MgSO4•K2SO4 or langbeinite to the common man. And then with a smirk he grabbed the bottle of water and poured it into a beaker. He knew it would be hard to separate the chemicals but it would be something to do.

After a short time he grabbed the beaker and vial with a smirk. Then hid them in his coat. Walking outside telling his butler he was going out for a walk. Then when he got to the town square he quietly set down the beaker of water. Then undoing the vial and pouring the contents into the water he stepped away quickly and acted as if he didn’t do anything.

Then in a brilliant light it exploded and caused panic. Ponies running around not knowing what happened.

A few stallions laughed having seen what he had done. One walked up and said “Dude perhaps you should either 1 run 2 open up a stand and show those tricks off. What was that? Your human so not magic.”

Turning towards the pony he said “Science my boy science.”

“Whatever.”

Then hearing the ponies behind him he realized he made to many of them mad. “THERE HE IS GET HIM!”

Running he had prepared for this. Quickly he grabbed the glass vial of water and then the vial of sodium. Smashing both on the ground behind him they exploded and masked him from view.

Then he ran home and walked in panting. “Sir have you gone and caused trouble again?”

“Yes, don’t tell anyone.”

“Yes sir.”

Calming down Andrew thought he needed to know something “Blue Star, if the princesses ordered all humans executed. Would you oblige and kill me, or hide and defend me?”

“I would protect you sir. I have sworn loyalty.”

“Thank you Blue Star I needed some reassurance.”

Going back to his room he thought to himself. “Hmm maybe I should open a store. Just to pass the time. Well I have to get more chemicals.”

Going to the case he started thinking aloud. “Hmm what do I need more of…well I need Francium, Uranium, Mercury. All difficult and toxic. I think that’s why I don’t have them. Oh well.”

Then he started mixing and creating compounds for reactions that were appeasing to the eye.

After another few hours he decided it time to sleep. Turning off the lights and laying in bed he laughed. Thinking how much technology advanced yet is still primitive.

*sigh* “We have television yet nearly nothing to watch and no one can afford them. And producers are having trouble whether to base It off humans or ponies. Same with games. Computers are cheaper, but the internet is only just being set up. Telephones are there but once again the lines are only just going up. Plus no one wants to pay for things like that. We do have cars, but only humans really want them. Well enough Idle thought.” He thought to himself

In the morning he began working again when Blue Star walked in “Sir you must pack your things and leave for Canterlot right away. You have a meeting with the science board.”

“Ok thank you. Do you know the subject of discussion?”

“No, but I would suggest you bring your notes. And anything you want to have over the next few days.”

“Right it’s a multiple day conference.” He began to pack his suitcase and threw in his journal and pen.

Then he ran outside and to the chariot assigned to officials. Climbing in he gave the word and the pegasus took off.

Three hours later during the meeting he discussed the matter of how quickly they should release technology so not to make the mistakes of humans and destroy the ecosystem.

Siding strongly that they don’t use fossil fuels and strictly use solar power or other sources of power. After the meeting he picked up his journal so to right the days events in it

Journal Entry 2
Today during the meeting we discussed the use of fuel in Equestria. Unfourntantly most of the men and ponies sided with fuel. Unaware of the destructive powers. And even more concerning the princesses said that they supported the gas BECAUSE of its destructive powers. Although for “protecting” ponies what lies. I now fear that the end of humanity is soon the only reason they still have us is because we have use still. But soon we will not. I suppose I could stock up on weapons for protection. Yes that will do.
