Epilogue

As Twilight and Arby traveled back through the dimensional plains, they felt themselves change back into their pony forms. Luckily for Arby, his transference wasn't painful and rough this time.

Twilight got back down on all fours as she exited the portal, same thing with Arby. Twilight was relieved to see him in his pony form again. He was no longer really tall or intimidating anymore.

"WAT IS TEH M3ANING OF THIS?1?!1 L3T ME G0 FAGETS!1!"

Twilight and Arby turned their attention to Chief who was apprehended by two Crystal Empire guard ponies. They snatched him as soon as he arrived.

"Sorry Chief, but this is for your own good. You can't escape punishment," Arby said calmly.

"s0 u li3d 2 me so i w00d cum h3re 2 g3t rap3d?"

"You're not going to be violated Chief. I have decided during my time to think that you shall be placed in a correctional facility to help make you a better pony. We don't know how much more of your mischief we can take. We may have tolerated it before, but what you did to Cadence and my brother was absolutely unacceptable!" Twilight hissed.

"sry"

"Sorry won't help you anymore, Chief. You have crossed the line and now you must pay the price. This is for your own good." She then turned too the guards. "You make take him away now."

The guards nodded and dragged Chief away.

"i wi11 n3var forgave u 4 this!" Chief shouted.

"Good, then you won't forget it," Twilight replied emotionless.

The doors closed behind the guards and Chief before he could say another word.

"You really think they can change him?" Arby asked.

"I'm one hundred percent positive. Of course it may take a few years through according to my estimate," Twilight said confidently.

"I can wait that long," Arby said with a smile. Twilight smiled too.

When Twilight and Arby arrived at the Ponyville train station, they were instantly welcomed by the friends. They were saying that they were so worried about them and how their counterparts were doing.

Applejack feverishly and passionately kissed Arby who enthusiastically returned it.

"Oh sugarcube! Ah missed ya so much!" AJ cried with happy tears. "Ah'm so glad yer safe along with Twi!"

"Me too sweetheart, me too," Arby said hugging AJ in a comforting embrace.

RD looked around curiously.

"Where's Chief?" she asked.

"Let's just say he won't be back for quite a long time. When he returns, he will be a brand new stallion," Twilight said. "I guess you'll need to find a new stallion to mate with."

"Hey it's cool. I'd rather rut while I'm sober. That way I can at least remember the experience," RD said not showing any hint of disappointment.

"Oh I hope he's going to be alright through, even after the way he's treated us; he still deserves some sympathy," Fluttershy said.

"Don't worry Fluttershy, we all think he'll be perfectly alright," Twilight reassured with a content smile followed along by everypony else.

Three Years Later

Life was great for Arby and the girls for the past few years now without that bothersome Chief around to ruin their day and lives for that matter. It was like they could breathe freely without a trouble in the world.

Twilight mastered a spell that allowed her to travel freely to the parallel world and back to Equestria at will so she could spend more time with her friends human counterparts and learn more about their world. It took a while, but she eventually mastered it. It was her determination that helped her along.

Arby and Applejack eventually got engaged and married after several months of the events with Chief. They settled on her farm so she would never be away from her family. They both decided they really didn't want to have foals because they weren't sure how many more mouths they could feed. Arby got a vasectomy so he and Applejack could mate without running the risk of getting her pregnant.

Also Cadence and Shining Armor quickly recovered from their laxative ordeal.

As for Chief, after years of hard and strenuous training, he was finally reformed into a better stallion. His vocabulary and speech were improved along with his mannerism. He also dropped his need to play Halo constantly. He still played it, but he greatly opened up to other games and consoles.

Arby and the friends were already waiting for him at the train station because today was the day he was released from the correctional facility.

When Chief stepped off, he looked completely different. Mainly because he was no longer wearing his armor and helmet so his unknown face was proudly displayed. For his cutie mark, he had a green Spartan helmet etched on the tan coat of his flanks.

"Hey guys! How are all of you doing on this fine day?" Chief asked with a friendly smile.

Arby and the girls were surprised at first because they weren't use to Chief looking, or talking like this but quickly got over it.

"We're all doing great Chief. What about you?" Twilight asked.

"Never been better. I have somepony I want you guys too meet. C'mon Greg, don't be shy."

'Greg?' Arby thought surprised.

Stepping off the train next to Chief was a light brown unicorn stallion with a light brown and black mane and tail. Oddly his cutie mark resembled a spider. The color of his eye pupils were a crimson red. He wore a saddlebag over his back that contained a quill and ink along with multiple sheets of blank paper.

Arby stared in disbelief for a moment then asked, "Is that really you Greg?"

The unicorn used his magic to pull out the three items from his saddlebag and used them to write a response on the sheet of paper. He then turned it for all to view. It read, Yes it is! It's been too long Arby!

Since the paper were full sheets, Greg didn't have to abbreviate his sentences, and since he had a face, he could use actual expressions instead of emoticons.

"Wait! You know this unicorn?" Twilight asked.

"Yeah from a while ago when me and Chief were still toys. Greg was a spider at that time incase you were wondering."

The girls looked at eachother confused. RD remembered Chief once mentioned a guy named Greg who Arby had gay sex with. She thought it was best not to bring up that subject again so she said nothing.

"Why can't he speak?" Rarity asked.

"Greg told me that when he arrived in Equestria, he couldn't make a sound from his mouth because he somehow lacked vocal cords. He desperately tried, but no sound was emitted," Chief explained.

"But how did you get here? The way me and Chief got here was caused by..."

Greg cut him off by flashing the paper in his face that said, Death?

"How did you know? Did you die in the explosion too?"

No

"Then what then if you don't mind me asking?"

Greg looked at Arby as if he expected him to already know the answer, but jot down the cause anyway.

Frightened humans

"Oh," Arby said blushing with embarrassment.

"Well spider or not, welcome to Equestria Greg. We hope you like it here," Twilight said with a friendly smile.

I know I will Greg wrote smiling back.

"Well if you guys will excuse me now. I have a job to look for," Chief said. "I need to get back on my hoofs here in Ponyville.

"Where are you going to apply?" Twilight asked.

"Sugarcube Corner,"

Everypony gasped in shock. They all knew what happened last time Chief tried baking there.

Relax guys. I took baking lessons and passed," Chief reassured with a confident grin.

"Really?" Pinkie asked suspiciously.

"Of course. Who would be stupid enough to bake without knowledge of how to do it?"

"Uhhh," is what everypony replied with.

"No worries. It'll all be fine. You can always keep an eye on me if you wish."

Pinkie was comfortable with that statement.

It seemed that this time life in Equestria for Arby, Chief, and everypony else just got a lot better. Since Chief was smart now, and Greg was with them; things looked way more brighter then they were before. It stunk that Cortana wasn't there to complete the picture, but they all assumed she could've been somewhere in Equestria, just not Ponyville for the time being. Either way, the future for everypony looked very positive and beautiful whether a friend was missing. They would always be with you in your heart. Who knows, maybe one day their paths would cross with Cortana; but they couldn't be sure. Fate works in odd ways.

When Chief was far enough out of earshot, he got a mischievous look on his face.

"wat a bunch 0f suck3rs. lulz"

See what I mean by odd ways. You never actually know if it's with you or against you.
