"Well played Fluttershy, well played." Discord said as Fluttershy glared at him, she looked surprised after he turned the ice rink back to Sweet Apple Acres as it was before not covered in ice.

The other five ponies with her cheered and ran towards their friend, they hugged and then stood before Discord smiling.

"I liked it better my way, but I guess if your friends you can't have it your way all the time." He told them.

Twilight nodded, she and the other ponies lead Discord to Ponyville where he once ruled he frowned as he remembered his grand chaos filled town.

Celestia was there, along with a couple of her guards just in case. Discord was surprised he didn't expect her to be here. My she looks lovely, I wonder how Luna is?

He bowed to Celestia and said,

"Yes Princess, I'm ready to use my magic for good instead of evil, most of the time."

"Congratulations on your success ponies! I definitely sense a big change in Discord. I'll leave the Elements of Harmony with you Twilight just in case." She said, and she leaned over to Twilight who nodded at the latter.

Twilight smiled. "You were right, when you said Fluttershy would be the one who would be able to reform Discord, by treating Discord as a friend, she got him to realize that friendship was actually important to him and something that once he had, he didn't wanna lose." Twilight told the Princess as Fluttershy blushed bright pink. Discord smiled at his new friend.

"Go on, say it!" She told him as she nudged him playfully.

"Oh, uh, all right! Friendship is Magic!" Discord said and Fluttershy held his paw.

"See? He can be a real sweetheart once you get to know him." She said and everyone looked away awkwardly as if trying to hold back laughter. He smiled at Fluttershy, he thought she was very sweet. She was a little naive but he would fix that soon enough.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The ride back to Canterlot was taking forever. Celestia was going on and on about her role as the Princess of Equestria and her sister's role. Discord was getting bored of this the Princess blathering about her royal duties and he lounged just outside the carriage next to her and notice she asked him a question.

"So did you enjoy your reforming party?" She asked him and he perked his ears up. The party was rather fun, he enjoyed himself playing pranks with the other ponies. That Pinkie Pie could throw a bash alright.

He wanted to sound cool, after these past events though so he just nodded and murmured. "It was fun."

Celestia was taken aback, she thought Discord had changed. But perhaps he was just tired from the long journey. She sighed and looked towards her castle coming up in the distance.

The two were quiet the rest of the trip to the castle and Celestia grew even more anxious as the carriage plunked down onto the cobblestone road. She had forgotten to tell him about meeting her sister, Luna after not seeing her for two thousand years.

"My sister will be joining us for dinner shortly, you should go to your room I have set up for you." She told him. He looked surprised.

"You set up a room for me?" He asked, she nodded relived that he said something at last she was beginning to wonder if he was ignoring her. Or simply just angry with her. This didn't seem to be the case however as Discord's eyes lit up.

He smiled. "That's very kind of you, Celestia. You didn't have to do that you know." He replied as the two of them strode there way into the castle.

Celestia smirked. "Well, we can't have you doing your magic anywhere in the castle. So your only space to do so is your bedroom. The room is quite large and will be rather comfortable I remembered how you liked your naps as a child." She said as her memories of a younger Discord crept up on her.

Discord raised his brow. "Thank you anyways, 'Tia." He replied and Celestia was shocked. Only Luna seemed to remember her childhood nickname, but Discord was even older than them and he had a good memory so she didn't realize he still remembered.

"Y-Your Welcome." She stammered back and she blushed. She always had a secret crush on Discord, but no pony knew. Her own sister didn't know. She walked up the main hall of the castle towards the main staircase.

"This staircase will lead to my bedrooms, I have fifteen for various reasons and yours is the third one on the left." She told him as she raised her hoof toward the stairs. Discord nodded. He didn't recall Celestia renovating the castle so much. He remember Canterlot Castle as being very small in her youth. Or was it the pony? He couldn't remember clearly it was so long ago.

He walked up the stairs and was taken away by the beauty of them and they were only stairs! But the whole castle was grand and he noticed how the marble shined and sparkled. The tapestry on the walls were of Luna and Celestia's reign.

Different scenes that happened throughout their equally long histories laid out on them. He quite enjoyed this little gallery especially all the tapestry's with him on them.

He made his way up the long staircase (it was longer than he expected) and finally made it to his room admiring all the pictures of diffrent scenes painted by famous Canterlot artists. He wondered why there wasn't as many stained glass as they're was before. Perhaps in a diffrent room in the Castle. He thought as he opened the large door of his room.

The room certainly was large. The guest room had a large four-poster bed and the bed sheets looked silky and smooth. The bed frame was a rich dark wood and the back of the bed was a bright gold. Probably real gold too. Discord thought as he admired his room more. The dressers were mahogany and oak. The first being a wardrobe and the other being a regular dresser,

The paintings on the wall here were much scare than the ones in the hallway. The only paintings were scenery of Equestria and surrounding lands.

Discord's favorite seemed to be the one of the Griffon Territories the ash covered land surrounded by many volcanoes and rain-forests. He had never been there but it was on his to-do list.

He sighed as he jumped on the bed swishing his tail back and forth. He was still bored, he needed chaos! Being reformed had its perks but he wished he had room to just... Wait he did have room! He smiled deviously and snapped his fingers. The wardrobe glowed a bright light and just above the handles two eyes appeared and a evil looking grin appeared below.

Discord smiled, he'd meant to make the wardrobe come alive but this would do for now. His powers felt much weaker than before though.

He shrugged that uncomfortable feeling off and smiled at the wardrobe who in turn, smiled right back. It didn't really have a choice though, it's features were fixed into a clownish smile.

"How are you doing today dear wardrobe? Do you have a magical land inside of you?" Discord asked and he laughed with the dumb wardrobe who laughed back too dumb to actually have anything to say back to hiam.

"Hmm.. I suspected you to be smarter, but doesn't that saying go dumb as wood? Your probably the dumbest of the bunch!" He told the now frowning sadly.

"Oh don't feel to bad." He told the wardrobe, slightly mocking the poor thing. "Perhaps if your a good 'drobe I'll put a brain inside of you how does that sound?" He teased and the poor inanimate object who always wanted to talk but now couldn't it's dreams were crushed.

Discord laughed merrily at the thing, his boredom long forgotten now.

The maid pony at the door was shaking she thought Celestia had said Discord had been reformed but now he just seemed crazy!

She knocked timidly at the large door and Discord stopped laughing maniacally his ears perking up at the unexpected sound.

"*cough* Who is it?" Discord sang in a clear voice after clearing his throat from laughing so hard. The wardrobe shut his crying eyes, he didn't want to play this game anymore it seemed.

"Um, it's the maid. Sir are you feeling well enough for supper?" A female voice came from the other side of the door. Discord smiled as his tummy rumbled.

"Oh yes! Dinner I almost forgot. I lost track of the time how embarrassing." He told the maid as he walked over and opened the door to find a cowering young maid shaking, looking up at him.

"Tell Celestia and Luna I'll be there in a moment! I just have to get myself presentable, you know how it is!" He said as he patted the young looking pony's head.

She nodded and smiled up at him. "Yes, right away Sir!" She said and rushed back down the hallway thankful to get away from him.

Discord shrugged as he opened up random doors to find the bathroom.

"Oh come on now there has to be one is this forsaken castle!" He murmured to himself as he opened the doors. Hoping for a bathroom.

Discord was about to give up when he came across a mysterious room, filled with all sorts of objects he had never seen.

    Chapter 2

Discord's eyes widened. The room certainly was diffrent than any other room in the castle. He didn't know it, but he was in Luna's gaming room.

All her gaming things were haphazardly thrown around the room as if someone had been in here earlier.

The room was a little bit dark, darker than any of the rooms Discord had seen thus far, he noted. The room itself wasn't decorated too fancily, just posters of games and people here and there. Discord had never seen anything like this, he didn't quite know what to make of it so he wandered around the room picking up random things that caught his eye and studied them curiously.

Discord was in there longer than he expected. The objects in that room were more curious every time he came across a new thing, the poor guy's brain was going at top speed his gears turning in his head wondering what in Celestia's name these 'things' were.

He stopped looking and shuddered, this room was very complex and he'd have to ask about it later. He couldn't figure it out himself. He walked out of the room, closing the door carefully he didn't want any pony to find out he was in there.

Discord walked back down the winding staircase, the bathroom forgotten now. He asked the guard at the bottom of the stairs where the Princess was and the guard led him to both the Princesses in the Dinning Hall.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Sister, are thou sure Discord is coming? He's rather late." Luna pointed out for the third time to Celestia's dismay, she was not a very patient Princess and Celestia was getting annoyed.

"Yes, Luna. Dear I'm sure he's coming soon, please for the love of Harmony stop asking me that!" She snapped at her sister, who looked shocked.

"I'm sorry Luna. It's been a very long day and I shouldn't have snapped." Celestia apologized and Luna smiled. Celestia played with her meal, making her magic do most of the work, she wasn't really hungry tonight.

"I'm sorry too Sister. We were just anxious to meet Discord again is all." Luna explained using the royal "We" as usual. Celestia sighed. She wished Discord would just hurry up and get here already, Luna was driving her a little crazy.

Discord entered the room with one of Celestia's guards. He smiled at him and thanked him politely not wanting to look bad in

front of the Princesses who looked pleased to see him.

The guard left saying something about going back to his post. Discord walked over to the long table and looked at Luna, he didn't realize she had grown so much after a thousand years punishment. He thought she would stay the same.

"Discord! How lovely of you to finally show yourself. What have you been doing all this time?" Celestia asked him as he sat down. He looked at her rather guilty.

"Well, dear Tia. I was just getting ready, I didn't know where the bathroom was. You really should have more signage." He replied with a coy smile. Luna giggled she had that problem herself once in a while. She got lost in her own home.

Celestia groaned, it seemed like these two were going to get along fine.

"Well some of my rooms are private and I can't afford multiple 'keep out' signs everywhere." She explained as she looked at him suspiciously.

"Why, Discord? What room were you in?" She asked him. Discord shifted uncomfortably. He didn't want to have this conversation right now.

"Just a room Celestia, I didn't know it was such a problem." He said defensively. Luna looked at him and his sister, she had no idea why things had gotten so awkward all of a sudden she was having a good time.

Celestia sighed feeling deflated, she gave up as the two guests with her talked and laughed aimlessly about various things. She wasn't paying too much attention, she just hoped her sister knew what she was getting herself into.

She got up and left the two there, she wasn't missed. Discord and Luna were talking about her and how bossy she could be sometimes. Luna felt a little bad about bashing her sister, but she had these feelings for a long time and it was good to talk them out.

"There was this one time, when Celestia and you were playing in the field." Discord was saying, Luna nodded she loved hearing stories about her younger years, she didn't remember them as well.

"You and Tia were playing this one game, I think it was hide and seek or something I can't really remember." He reminisced, the dark blue Princess nodded, listing aptly.

"Tia was feeling very tired and snippy with you that day, I believe she just wanted to get rid of you. She told you to hide in the forest near yonder and she said she would look for you, but sadly she didn't." He continued, his eyes watering.

"T-that's not true.. Tia would never do something so cruel to me." Luna stammered, shocked that her sister would do such a thing to a filly.

"Oh but she did, dear Luna and it was myself who had to find you. You were sniffling in the forest, it was very dark and back then you were afraid of the dark like any other filly."

He told her, feeling pity for the Princess as her smile evaporated. The Princess of the Night had no idea, how ruthless Celestia was a child. She thought their love was stronger, much stronger than that.

"Please tell me your fibbing to me. My sister cannot have been so cruel." She whimpered. Discord had to lean in more so he could hear her, the poor Princess was crying softly now and it was hard to understand her.

It sounded like the Princess was talking to herself more than him. Discord smiled sadly, he knew this conversation would be hard on her but he didn't know how hard.

Luna sniffled as she wiped her eyes with her hoof. She smiled meekly at him and he smiled back.

"So you were there for me when she wasn't, how kind of you." She said and she blushed a deep rose pink. Discord himself blushed at the look the blue alicorn was giving him, it was one of idolization.

He smiled and patted her on the the head with his paw, she giggled softly. "Yes I was there for you, I was there when your sister wasn't and that was often." He said looking at her with a calm look as the pony frowned more deeply. She looked ready to burst into tears and Discord didn't want to see this beautiful pony cry.

"Oh don't cry please Luna. I'm just telling you the truth." He said softly and Luna sniffed.

"B-but t-this truth i-is awful" She stuttered though gasps and sobs. She was crying freely now and she threw her forearms around him in a hug he didn't expect.

Discord shuddered at her touch, he had a little crush on her now. Seeing her as she was, all sparkly and sobbing. Discord putt his paw on her head gently and smiled sweetly at her.

Luna was surprised, Discord's smile was actually nice. She didn't really know how to react so she just smiled back, equally kindly at him. Discord's eyes widened and he laughed, the sound of his laughter echoing through the hall.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Celestia was inside her chamber. Her mind whirling, how could things get so complicated with them so fast? Was it the past repeating itself? No, she thought. I will not let that happen again. She cried in her mind. Celesta sniffed slightly as she drifted of to a nightmare filled sleep.
