Discord, having been reformed is now on his way to Canterlot Castle. He hasn't met Luna yet and Celestia is worried. The first time Luna met Discord she was a young filly and things got way out of control. He made her think things she wouldn't normally think, do things she wouldn't normally do. So of course Celestia was worried for her little sister.
