Celestia chastises me for drinking, she is a buzzing gnat easily ignored. She bemoans the state of the cellars, she is a mere annoyance. She claims the great hall is in disarray, it is grating to the ear yet I will endure. She complains that the night guard is too violent and I can no longer be in the same room as her.

Leaving was an insult to Celestia yet if I had stayed and listened to her any longer my actions would have brought about another battle of the guard that involved much more blood than snow.

She may bemoan my love of drink and my raucous celebrating. She is my elder sibling and an insatiable meddler; it is only expected of her. I will not stand to hear any criticism of my guard. After a thousand years they are the same. For a thousand years they kept their loyalty to me and even removed themselves from Equestria for me. Their loyalty to one another and to me is above reproach while she…in the end she chose her ponies over her sister. I have forgiven understand her decision but I cannot forget.

this may really be the last daily update I do. I meant to write more chapters today but I just sat around and read instead. hopefully I won't be lazy tomorrow and actually do something but the semester doesn't start until the 20th and I do love me some being lazy so no promises. enjoy and thanks for the ratings and comments!
