A Code Lyoko/ Mlp Crossover

It has been 5 years since the Lyoko gang defeated Xana once and for all and they are all getting on with their lives. Jeremy is going out with Aelita; together they founded an advanced electronics company 1337 Electronics, Odd got employed in the videogame industry, Ulrich and Yumi co-founded a karate school. Everything has been going fine… until today.

“Aelita can you pass me the X-500 microchip?”

“Sure thing Jeremy”

The quirky pink haired girl (NOT PINKIE PIE) walked over to Jeremy and passed him the experimental microchip he had made.

“Thanks. How goes progress on that bionic arm you’re building?”

“Alright I should have the prototype ready by tomorrow”

“Good; it is almost time to go home”

“Ok I’m almost done with this then we can knock off for the day”

An hour past and the two left their place of work and went home; but something still lingered in the building.

(Around 2 in the morning)

Jeremy’s pager started bleeping which woke him up.

“Aughh what now? It’s the middle of the night.

He picked up his pager and looked at it. It read “Break In 1337”

“Oh no” Jeremy had a worried look on his face. He nudged Aelita on the shoulder which woke her up.

“What is it Jeremy its 2 in the morning?”

“I just got a message from my pager saying that there was a break in at our building. I’m gonna go check it out”

Aelita put her hand on his shoulder.

“Be careful Jeremy”

“I will” And with that he got dressed and headed for their company.

Ten minutes late he arrived at the complex. Jeremy went inside and looked around; shortly after he found a man wearing a long brown trench coat staring out of one of the buildings many windows.

“You aren’t allowed in here leave at once”

That was met with a quiet chuckle.

“It’s been a while Jeremy how have you been?”

“How do you know my name who are you?”

The man chuckled again.

“Your life, your friends… your girlfriend I am going to take all of those away”

“Why? What have I done to you?”

This time the man let out a long laugh.

“Take him”

Jeremy turned around and saw two things he never thought he would see again… Tarantulas. He then turned back to the man.

“Damnit who are you?”

The man let out a long, loud laugh. He transformed into someone who looked exactly like him but the colour scheme on his clothes was different. The thing that got him was the man’s eyes.

Jeremy’s blood froze.

The man let out a long, loud laugh.

“Kill him”

Jeremy turned back to the Tarantulas who began to shoot him with their laser arms. Seconds later Jeremy dropped to the floor; still alive but bleeding badly. In his last moments of consciousness he saw the man and the two Tarantulas disappear into thin air.

The next thing he knew is he was in hospital with Aelita and his friends around his bed.

“Wha… what happened?”

Aelita was the first to speak up.

“You were found unconscious and bleeding in your companies building”

Moments later the doctor came in.

“Okay I’ve been examining your body over the night and I can’t figure out how you managed to bleed. The strangest thing is that there are no signs of cuts or bullet wounds all the scan shows is a strange form of energy”

“When will I be released?”

“Give it a few hours and you should be fine and you can leave”

“Thanks doc”

The doctor left the room.

The group turned to Jeremy.

“Guys once I’m released I need you to meet me at my company”

Yumi spoke up.

“Why?”

“Just meet me there I want to show you something”

5 hours later the group were at Jeremy and Aelita’s business. Jeremy was showing them the security camera footage from last night. It showed all that had happened.

They were all shocked. Aelita started to talk.

“Does… does this mean Xana had returned?”

“I don’t know but I believe that Xana has taken over that man”

“Do you really think Xana possessed that man?”

“I am not sure”

They all knew what had to be done. An hour later they arrived at the old factory. They were about to proceed inside when they heard a voice from behind them. It was that man.

“You again, just who are you and how are you connected to those creatures?”

He laughed.

“I’m surprised you haven’t figured it out yet”

“Figured out what?”

“That I am Xana”

That sentence shocked them.

“Xana how the hell did you survive?”

He didn’t respond and summoned two Blocks

.

The group ran into the factory and activated the lift.

“Okay guys go down to the scanners I’m gonna send you to Lyoko”

They agreed and went to the scanners while Jeremy went to the computer.

“Okay it’s been five years; I hope I still remember how to do this”

He began the materialization process. Just as Jeremy pressed the button to send them to Lyoko Xana appeared.

“Time for you to die Jeremy”

The group could hear everything said in the room.

“Xana I will not let you stop me”

“On the contrary Jeremy I have already stopped you”

“What do you mea…”

Before he could finish Xana morphed his arm into a biological blade and plunged it into Jeremy’s chest.

“JEREMY!”

That’s all they could say before the scanners caused them to black out.

(Meanwhile in Equestria)

Twilight was busy reading about a mythical species only known as homo sapien sapien in the library with Spike running about doing tasks.

“Twilight you were right about the return of Nightmare Moon but what makes you think the Princess is gonna believe a prophecy about creatures appearing out of nowhere?”

“I’m not sure Spike but I will find a way to make her believe me”

At that moment a pure white orb with the Lyoko symbol appeared in the middle of the room. It circled and dropped the group of then disappeared. Twilight and Spike couldn’t say anything because they were trying to figure out what just happened.

Ulrich was the first to get up; then Yumi and then the rest.

“Where are we?”

“I don’t know but this defiantly isn’t Lyoko”

Twilight was about to say something when the group locked eyes with her and Spike. Neither of them said anything. Twilight eventually began to speak.

“Uhh hello?”

The humans stepped back a bit in surprise.

“It talks” one of them said.

“Yes I do but the real question is who and what are you?”

“I am Yumi this is Odd, Ulrich and Aelita”

“Well my name is Twilight Sparkle and this is Spike”

“Sup I’m a dragon”

“Ooookay so Twilight Sparkle what exactly are you?”

“I’m a Unicorn. I have the ability to use magic. What are those on your back?”

Ulrich tried to look at his back and realised that he had his duel katanas.

“If I have my swords then that means…”

The others tried their abilities and they worked.

The unicorn could tell they were tired from whatever brought them here.

“Well it is late; you can sleep down here tonight; I would like to see what your powers are in the morning goodnight”

With that they all lied down and drifted off to sleep.
