Chapter one: introducing my OC

*READ THIS BEFORE EXITING*

Note- this is my first serius multi-page story so im a total amature, but I have read most of the fanfics like this I could find.

This isn't an actual chapter, just filling everyone in on what is happening here. First, this whole story will take place in the future. Not the far future, 5 years in the future. All the characters are the same and not that much has happened since the current sonic games. The big difference is shadow wasn't satisfied with his current limitations, so he decided to slightly modify himself. The first thing he did was give himself a photographic memory. This didn't change things much, but allowed shadow to be much smarter than sonic, even rivaling tails within the first 6 months. Shadow thought that since tails made his own plane (sonic x references will be common), the X tornado, then why shouldn't he? So shadow decided to make his own plane. It was the X tornado painted black on the outside, but on the inside almost everything was upgraded. It too got its power from the chaos emeralds but also had many weapons to power. These are some of the weapons it had: a machine gun that shot small shots of laser, 2 laser cannons on each side of the front cockpit, small electric shock darts on the side of the laser cannons, a shield generator that could stop 90% damage but used up lots of power, a gravity engine that would recharge the plane all the time, and the chaos emerald storage, which compacted the chaos emeralds into glowing rings of the emeralds color. The other thing shadow decided to build was a metal duplicate of himself that looked like neo metal sonic but was much more powerful. Shadow's most powerful invention would be his Cyber Suit, it was some very thin armour that increased shadows power by 50%. Im calling this shadow an OC only because I don't want other sonic fans saying "dude do your research, shadow doesn't have any of those things and he could never beat sonic". I also gave shadow some new abilities, sonic gets new ones every once in awhile so why shouldn't shadow? The two most important would be chaos beam, and chaos barrage. Caos beam is self explanatory, while caos barrage is when shadow raises his arms and 20 chaos arrows appear. He can control these in groups of two. That would be the basics. I don't want to bore people and get a bad first impression so i'll leave it here. I'll do paragraphs for next chapter. Also please note that spelling isn't my strongest subject, that paired with typing at about 60 WPS makes it hard to spell correctly. Tell me any advise you have I know im not the best writer, infact the last time I tried to write a good story it got a B+ and even I disliked it. If enough people like this ill upload a short chapter every few days. If you have any ideas on something I should add just tell me. Don't suggest OC's though, im keeping it at one couse I personaly hate them.
