Meanwhile, within the Princesses' old castle which was still occupied by Loki and his army, everything was going according to plan. The Mane Six were weakened and thrown in prison, the foals were chained, and the Elements were now theirs. Loki sat on one of the thrones in the throne room as the evil alicorn was just chilling out while reading a book that he was levitating. Everything was going according to plan for him, so he had nothing else to do, but wait for progress reports from his soldiers (he decided to give the rest of his army a break since they've completed their mission).

Then, Trixie entered using smoke bombs and made a dramatic pose, making Loki stare up from his book and levitate it back down. "The Great and Powerful Trixie has arrived!" Trixie declared. "What do you have to report, Trixie?" Loki asked.

"We've succeeded in our mission. I also have a gift for you." Trixie answered with a smile. "Well then, allow me to see this gift." Loki commented.

Trixie levitated her hat off and dumped the Elements out in front of Loki. "The Elements of Harmony…such a fitting prize after the defeat of Twilight Sparkle and her friends at our hooves." Loki smirked as he levitated the Elements. "Well done, Trixie."

"Oh, it was nothing!" Trixie grinned. "At last, everything is going according to plan! I have waited for this day since I was a colt! The reason why I desired to take over Equestria was to have those foolish ponies kneel before me! I am impressed by our success." Loki said, placing the Elements in a glass case on a dark green cushion.

"Um, I think you're forgetting something. When the army was formed, you said that we were going to get rid of your brother while you get rid of Twilight Sparkle and her friends." Trixie pointed out. "I did not forget that, Trixie. There has been no word on Thor's location though." Loki nodded.

"But where are the other members?" Trixie asked. "I sent a word for them to meet here this instant." Loki answered. "General Shield Strike and his soldiers cannot make it because they are busy planning our next attack."

"I see…" Trixie nodded with a smirk on her face. "You remind me so much of your father Percival, Trixie." Loki commented.

"Thank you! I always wanted to be like him." Trixie grinned. Loki wasn't paying attention as he stared at the Elements in their case with an evil smile on his face.

"Hey, Loki! We're here! You wanted us to come to the throne room to talk about something!" Gilda called out while she walked in with the rest of the army (minus Discord and General Shield Strike). Then, the song 'Agent of Chaos' from The Dark Knight began playing in the background as Trixie and Loki turned towards them.

"So, brother, what do you think Loki wants from us?" Flim asked Flam. "Maybe he has an award for us." Flam answered with a shrug.

"What do you want, Loki?!" Spot demanded. "What is it?" Rover added.

"Why did you call us over?" Fido asked. "Loki, you HAVE to answer us!" Gilda snapped.

"If you all are truly desperate to wonder why I had you come to me now, this is what I must say: you all do not succeed in our mission until Thor is killed." Loki explained. "WHAT?!" Spot yelled in shock.

"We're not done until your adoptive brother is dead?" Rover asked. "Why?" Fido added.

"I had said that the mission is not complete until we kill Thor. Once we do, Equestria shall be ours!" Loki explained. "So, what you're saying is that once we kill your adoptive brother, you'll reward us?" Flim asked.

"I can't believe you're going to have us wait!" Flam groaned in annoyance. "If you wanna kill your adoptive brother so much, then why not kill him once he enters the castle?" Gilda suggested.

This got an idea in Loki's head as he smirked at Gilda, "I rather fight him to the death once he enters the castle and THEN kill him. It makes the death rather exciting."

"Ooooh! I like that idea!" Spot grinned evilly. "Are you sure this won't fail?" Rover asked with a nervous expression.

"We'll try to do our best!" Fido exclaimed. "You're a genius, Gilda!" Trixie smiled evilly.

"I believe Discord and General Shield Strike will be pleased by this." Loki smirked. "With the Elements of Harmony in our possession, our victory draws closer! Once Thor is killed, we shall rule the kingdom and enjoy the slaughtering of the entire pony race!"

"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" The villains laughed evilly. "Let's do this!" Spot exclaimed.

"Yeah! I'm so ready for this!" Gilda shouted as she pumped her talon in the air in victory.

"But how are we going to kill the ponies?" Flim asked with a puzzled expression. "I have no idea." Flam answered.

"I say we should tell General Shield Strike and Discord about our evil plan after our meeting is done!" Trixie suggested.

Back in Ponyville, the ponies stared in horror at the images in the sky, terrified about the villains' new evil plan. "We gotta get to the old castle to stop them!" Shining Armor yelled with a determined expression.

"But how? Loki could probably kill Twilight and her friends before we even get there!" Spike asked nervously. "But I have a way we can win." Captain Katoptris suggested.

"And what's this plan?" Shining Armor asked. "I'm putting together a rescue team to break out your sister, her friends, and the foals from the cell they're being held in. I want you, Big Macintosh, and Spike to distract Loki." Captain Katoptris explained.

"Sounds like a plan to me!" Spike grinned. "Thank you, Spike, but I'm bringing in my rescue team early, so we have to keep quiet until your group arrives." The captain nodded.

"Then, I'll bring my forces in to distract Loki." Shining Armor said, gesturing to Big Macintosh and Spike. "And I'll have my forces break the kidnapped ponies out." Captain Katoptris nodded.

He then turned to his rescue team which consisted of Derpy, Dr. Hooves, Cheerilee, Thunderlane, Lyra, Bon-Bon, Star Hunter, Neon Lights, Octavia, DJ Pon-3, Zecora, Rose, Soarin', and Spitfire. "Of course, I'm willing to fight too, captain." Cheerilee commented. "You really didn't have to come." Captain Katoptris pointed out.

"I know, but the Cutie Mark Crusaders, Button Mash, and Pipsqueak are my students and it's my job to look after them. Heck, I once tore down the door of Carousel Boutique despite my lack of fighting skills." Cheerilee explained. "Fine, I'll explain the plan once we get to the castle. We'll go once Prince Shining Armor's forces start distracting Loki." Captain Katoptris said.

"We get it." The ponies nodded.

"Good, now it's time to begin our mission: to break out the ponies and get the Elements back!"
