In Ponyheim, Thor was seen signing the last couple of messages alongside his parents. Two or three days have passed since the Mane Six's capture and defeat. Once he was finished, he levitated the rolled up scroll and made it vanish, sending it to the ruler of whatever kingdom he was sending it to.

"You have done well, Thor." Odin said to his son. "You have completed signing all of the messages."

"I know I have, father. Does this mean that I can return to Equestria?" Thor nodded. "I believe that is true. You may return to Equestria." Odin told him.

"I must return to Equestria! What if Loki has done something horrible to Twilight and her friends?!" Thor demanded urgently. "If that truly happened, then Princess Celestia would have sent us a letter telling us so, but you are right, we must save your friends before it is too late." Frigga nodded.

"Very well then. Let us go to Princess Celestia and Princess Luna's old castle and defeat Loki." Odin said, opening his wings. Frigga and Thor opened their wings and the three alicorns flew off.

Meanwhile, at the Princesses' old castle, Loki was seen pacing around the throne room. So far, there has been no pony deaths which made Loki wonder if they went into hiding due to them witnessing him torture the Mane Six.

"At last, I have achieved my goal, but what am I forgetting?" Loki muttered to himself before he noticed the destroyed photo of him and Thor as colts and levitated it over to look at it. Once he stared at it, he groaned in annoyance.

"It does not even matter anymore." The evil alicorn said as he levitated it onto the ground and began smashing it with his hooves again. "I HATE YOU, THOR! You are not my brother, you never were! You never loved me and I was only in your shadow, living the shade of your greatness while I knew that I SHOULD be king! I shall never forgive you for that!"

Suddenly, Discord appeared beside him, staring at the destroyed photo on the ground. "Uh, Loki? Are you talking to yourself?" He asked. "I assume you are asking about our success?" Loki smirked.

"Well, yes, I am. So, what now? Do we get awarded?" Discord asked. "I told the others that they do not get awarded until Thor is killed. You do not get awarded either." Loki answered.

"WHAT?!" Discord shouted in shock. "We don't get awarded until you kill your adoptive brother?!"

"I am actually going to fight him to the death and kill him once he gets to the castle." Loki replied with a calm expression. "Huh…I like that plan." Discord commented.

"Gilda mentioned the plan." Loki explained. "I know this may sound like a weird and unrelated to what we were talking, but I have a question: what are you exactly? Aside from an alicorn, the God of Lies and Mischief, and the son of a Frost Pony." Discord asked.

"I am Equestria's Reckoning." Loki smirked. "That sounds like a good term to describe yourself." Discord said with a grin.

"Thank you." Loki smiled evilly. "I am pleased that you enjoy hearing our plan, but now, Discord, it is the beginning of a new age, I, Loki, son of Laufey, god of lies and mischief, rightful king of Ponyheim, shall become the ruler of Equestria and bringer of the end of the pony race!"

"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" The two villains laughed evilly.

Meanwhile, outside, Shining Armor glanced uneasily at the gates before turning to Spike and asking, "So, this is the place, huh?"

"I guess so. Somewhere inside, Twilight and her friends are trapped. Anyways, we need to distract Loki long enough for Captain Katoptris and his rescue group to break them out." Spike shrugged. "Then, we have to get inside as quick as we could! I've heard that Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and their Royal Guards are waiting for the rulers of Ponyheim and their army to arrive." Shining Armor explained.

"Ok, we'll get in right now! Big Mac, we're ready when you are." Spike said to Big Macintosh. "Eeyup, I'm ready!" Big Macintosh nodded as he bucked the gates open.

The trio then entered the Princesses' old castle's courtyard while Shining Armor called out, "Loki! Get out here, so we can bring you to justice!"

"I am afraid that arresting me is not the best choice." Loki's voice taunted before the grey alicorn appeared. "And why are you three here? You have lost!"

"The reason why we're here is because we haven't lost hope in stopping you! Now, release Twilight, her friends, and the foals and give us the Elements now!" Spike commanded. "My apologizes, Spike, but I shall not release your friends or give up the Elements." Loki smirked.

"Listen here, Loki! Give up! Ya can't just go about terrorizin' everypony!" Big Macintosh snapped. "You again?" Loki groaned with an annoyed expression.

"Hey, watch it! Show Big Mac some respect!" Shining Armor snapped. "It does not matter! You three should not have arrived after I defeated Twilight Sparkle and her friends!" Loki yelled.

"We saw what you did and you're a liar!" Spike shouted, making Shining Armor and Big Macintosh jump. "Of course I am a liar, I am the God of Lies and Mischief!" Loki scoffed arrogantly.

"Twilight and her friends have never failed this kingdom when it was in danger! Knowing Twilight ever since she was a filly, I know she can get stress if she thinks she's a failure."

"Well…"

"Shut up and listen!" Spike yelled at Loki. "Nopony has blamed Twilight for Dinky's death except for you! Did she kill her foalhood friend? No! You did! And did Twilight leave Dinky to die? No! Dinky told Twilight to run and Twilight couldn't save her because you killed Dinky! While Twilight and her friends have had some troubles in the past, I say that they did a fantastic job at protecting Equestria! You're nothing, but an insane alicorn who thinks that he's above everypony else and that killing off the entire pony race will solve everything!"

"Whatever shall happen, they will all die and Twilight Sparkle and her friends shall go first!" Loki snapped. "Quit the talkin'! Give us my sisters, their friends, and the Elements now!" Big Macintosh demanded.

"If you are desperate to leave with them, then you must battle me!" Loki declared. "Then, we'll do so!" Shining Armor exclaimed. Then, the song 'Duel of the Fates' from Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace began playing.
