Alright people I am sorry for horrible delay. I am really sick right now and have not been up to writing in awhile. I sucked it up last night and wrote this whole chapter so I can at least please the people who have been dieing to see a new chapter. This chapter probrably won't be the best thing you read in this story and I apologize but please cut me some slack.

"This is not good!" Twilight exclaimed loudly seeing their huge new problem.

The blast had managed to destroy all of the clones except for one single Cell. Now he had absorbed the very essence of all of his brethren and now threatened to rival his original self. They all watched in horror as the creatures muscles bulged and swelled.

"Well little pony I have to say you had a very clever plan pretending to be that half-saiyan brat but unfortunately it looks like your little magic act is at an end." Cell laughed cracking his neck, followed by his knuckles.

Each of the ponies faces turned serious as they looked to Twilight for what to do next. She furrowed her brow and finally gave a command.

"Alright girls let's show him what we've got, activate the power of the Elements of Harmony!" she yelled and waited for them to get into position.

Cell watched them with interest, eager to know what they were trying to accomplish. Suddenly as the last pony fell into place each of their golden elements gave a powerful glow before firing a large rainbow color beam straight into the air.

He watched as the beam arched and rocketed straight for him as he braced for impact. The blast increased in speed before finally exploding on contact sending out a large puff of smoke right into the faces of the ponies.

"Cough, Cough...did we get him?" Asked Rainbow Dash rubbing her eyes with her hoof.

Twilight had trouble seeing through the thick fog to tell if they had won. Silence filled the air as the ponies watched the cloud.

"...If that's the best you pathetic creatures can offer then I'm afraid that this is already over!" Cell menacingly laughed as he stepped through the dust.

Applejack grew angry at his taunting "Let's see if you have what it takes to tango with the wildest pony in Ponyville!". She took off at high speed towards the grasshopper monster before jumping up in the air to deliver a high kick to him.

Cell smirked as he fazed out of the way of her kick. Applejack was shocked that a creature could move so fast. The next feeling that she felt was a painful crush in her stomach as Cell had appeared behind her and kicked her into the side of a cliff.

"APPLEJACK!" Rainbow Dash yelled as she flew at Cell in a blind rage.

Cell only laughed harder as he threw a ki blast straight for the rainbow pony.

"Do you really think I'm going to fall for that little trick!?" Dash gritted out of her teeth as she maneuvered herself out of the way of his attack. The other ponies watched with worried eyes as the creature continued to toy with them.

"Twilight...do you think that Dashy can handle him by herself?" Pinkie asked her friend, her hair falling into her sad position.

Twilight looked at her with a blank face as spoke "I don't know Pinkie...I just don't know.".

Rainbow Dash continued on her path towards Cell, but had the strange feeling that something was following her. Sharply turning her head her eyes widened as the blast that cell threw had changed directions and had collided with her body.

The explosion had blinded her and the pain that followed was comparable to having her body scorched by the sun. She fell out of the sky like a brick and collided with the ground with a loud thud.

"Dashie!" Pinkie Pie screamed as she ran towards her friend with Twilight following close behind.

Fluttershy too afraid to follow hid behind a rock in shame. Tears started to fall from her face as she imagined the worse case scenario for her friend. She wished things could go back to the way they were when she lived in peace with her friends.

Peeking out from behind the rock she watched in horror at the scene that was playing out before her. Cell was now laughing at Pinkie Pie and Twilight Sparkle as he lifted them in the air by their throats.

"Alright you spineless insects as fun as it would be to crush you and be done with it, I have unfinished business with that brat Gohan." Cell growled at the two ponies he held in his hands.

"We will never tell you where he is you overgrown grasshopper!" Twilight yelled in defiance as Pinkie nodded in agreement.

"I knew you wouldn't help me willingly, so I will draw him out by doing what I do best." Cell chuckled as he began squeezing tighter around their necks causing them both to scream at the top of their lungs.

Fluttershy began to cry harder as she could do nothing to help her friends. The only one who could help her friends was far from their current locations and unconscious. Little did she know her savior wasn't as out of it as she thought.

As the screams echoed through the empty town the half-sayain hero's face twisted in agony.

(Inside Gohan's head)

A empty void took the place of Gohan's usual mind scape. Instead of the miles of broken and jagged mountain sides there was a empty void of blackness. It was fitting though because swimming in darkness seemed to match Gohan's exact mood.

"How can things get any worse?" Gohan groaned to himself as he continued to fall through the darkness "Thanks to me my friends are going to be killed by those psycho, and I can't even wake up long enough to save them.".

The last time he felt as bad as this was when his father was killed near the end of the cell games. Deeper and deeper into the darkness he fell as his depression grew.

He was just about to give up all hope of saving anyone until something suddenly caught his eye in the distance.

It was a bright light that was slowly growing. He started to feel warmer as it got closer to his position.

Gohan had to shield his eyes from the light which was now surrounding his whole body.

"It is not yet your time to die young one!" A loud voice thundered above him.

Staring up a the source of the voice Gohan realized he was face to face with Shenron the eternal dragon.

"Wha...What do you mean it isn't my time to d...die?" Gohan stuttered out as he stared into the blood red eyes of the dragon.

Shenron smirked and then gave him large toothy grin "Much more than you and your friends lives rest upon this battle. A great evil threatens to awaken and consume this world, much like it did thousands of years ago.".

Gohan was confused about what this has to do with him. Hasn't he already proven how big of a failure he was in trying to save people.

"How can I save my friends lives if I can't even handle a few weak clones. It only took one of them to knock me out, how am I going to beat a whole army of them!?" Gohan growled through clenched teeth, self-loathing could be clearly heard in his voice.

"Son Gohan you were easily defeated because you have lost sight that which makes you strong." Shenron growled and raised one his claws in the air. The dark void around of them twisted and changed until the area turned into a reflection of the cell games.

Gohan watched as the events of that day played out just as he remembered them. He stood there motionless as his friends were assaulted by the swarm of Cell Juniors. It pained him inside knowing that he couldn't stop them before the damage was done. It took Hercule throwing Android 16's head near him for him to finally understand that there was nothing wrong with using violence to protect that which was important to him.

It was then that Gohan understood what the Dragon meant. His transformation into Super Saiyan 2 was a product of his anger at Cell and his desire to protect those he cared about. His eyes shot open after his last thought.

"Shenron, I have to hurry and save my friends from Discord and his clones!" The half-saiyan yelled to Shenron as the dragon gave him a toothy smile.

"So young one, you finally understand what your purpose is and why you cannot fail." He spoke to Gohan receiving a nod from him "Very well, I will send you back into the conscious realm, just know that one Discord is defeated there will be those even more powerful than him eager to claim the land as their own."

Gohan frowned at his warning but again just nodded. Shenron's eyes glowed a deep red and let a growl erupt from his mouth as Gohan felt himself slowly waking up.

(Back inside the hospital)

Cheerilee was sitting silently in the corner of the room she was sharing with Gohan motionless body. All she could think of was the danger that her students were in, and what would happen if Twilight and the others failed.

She rubbed her hooves against her eyes trying to stop the tears from raining down her face. She wished that there was some way she could help but what could a pony who has never fought anything do against a spirit of chaos and his evil monsters?

Her thoughts were interuppted as she heard a groan coming from the bed across the room. Slowly she walked over to Gohan's body and stared at him cautiously. Suddenly she let out of a loud shriek as Gohan's eyes shot wide open and he leaned up in bed.

"You're awake!" Cheerilee gasped out surprised that was able to recover so quickly.

Gohan quickly jumped out of bed and stretched "Yes I guess I am...where are the others?" he questioned.

Cheerilee shakily tried to stand straight up as the shock at sent her toppled over on the ground. As soon as she was steady she answered Gohan's question "They all went to go rescue the fillies since you were knocked out."

Gohan's eyes opened wide "I need to get down there to them!."

He was about to run outside but was stopped as Cheerilee called for him "Gohan please rescue everyone...and please be careful." she softly said to them.

Flashing her the famous Son grin Gohan gave her the thumbs up sign and continued on his way taking off into the sky as soon as he made it outside.

Cheerilee watched as he slowly disappeared from her sight and gave a sigh "I hope that everyone will be okay." she said to herself.

"Oh it's not them you should be worrying about right now!" A voice called out from behind her.

Spinning around quickly to find the source of the voice her face quickly turned fearful "No...Not you!"

(Back at the battle with Cell)

Fluttershy and Rarity watched in horror as her two friends were being strangled right before their eyes and they could do nothing to stop it as the android continued to taunt them.

"Do you see now you little insignificant little runts!? You little hero Gohan is too afraid of my power to even show up to save your pathetic lives, can't say I blame him though. I am the strongest being in the universe, so no one can challenge my might!" Cell laughed as his grip on the two ponies throats tightened.

Both Pinky Pie and Twilight gave a choked cough as they felt all of the air leave their body.

Tears were now flowing down Fluttershy's face and screamed the loudest she possibly could "GOHAN PLEASE HELP US!".

Almost as fast as the words left her lips Cell was sent flying into a building, dropping the two ponies onto the ground.

The android pulled himself out of the rubble and angrily growled "Who dares knock the almighty Cell to the ground!?".

Looking around he saw no one until laughter caused him to look up shocked.

"What's wrong Cell, can't stand it when your not the only one giving sneak attacks!?" Gohan called out standing in the spot Cell was in, already transformed into his super saiyan form.

"Gohan!" Fluttershy happily yelled and ran to his side hugging him tightly.

Looking around he could see his friends laying injured on the ground.

"Fluttershy did he do this to all of you?" he asked her softly receiving a nod from the still sobbing pegasus pony.

"We're sorry Gohan we tried our very best to stop him but our powers weren't strong enough to even slow him down." Rarity spoke softly feeling ashamed.

Her breath caught in her throat as Gohan wrapped his arms around both her and Fluttershy enveloping them into a tight hug.

"It's okay there is no need to apologize, we have to worry about getting you all fixed up." Gohan gently told them and let his energy flair around him.

Before they could question what he was doing Gohan raised both of his arms into and a different wave of energy shot out and covered each of the ponies. Both Rarity and Fluttershy could feel the warmth of his energy as their wounds slowly closed up and their strength returned.

Looking to their friends they were happy to see the same thing happening to them too. Soon everyone was back on their feet and had gathered around Gohan.

"How did you manage to fix us up that fast Gohan?" Applejack questioned with clear amazement in her eyes.

Rainbow Dash hovered up to his face with a small blush forming across her face "Yeah Gohan, and how did you get your hair to turn blond like that?".

Rarity brushed herself up against his side and sported a blush to match Rainbow Dash's "I think it makes you look marvelous darling, though we really do have to talk about your outfit.".

"Alright girls we may be fine now but we still have to deal with the monster standing over there." Spoke Twilight Sparkle pointing a hoof at Cell who had finally dug himself out of the destroyed building she recognized as Pinkie's bakery.

Gohan raised an arm up in front of them before speaking "No everyone this is my fight, besides you will need all the energy you possibly have to defeat discord.".

"No way Gohan we are your friends, and we will stick with you till the very end." Applejack said placing her hoof on his chest and looking into his eyes.

Gohan was taking back at her response and gave a sad smile. He was so happy to have friends like them who were willing to risk harm to themselves just to be near him. It also made him even more angry that Cell would dare lay his vile hands on them.

"Everyone...thank you for believing in me and being my friends. I promise that I will make him pay for hurting any of you and destroying this beautiful town!" Gohan angrily spoke and felt his power level raising higher and higher.

Clenching his fist Gohan let out a mighty yell as his muscles doubled in size and his hair became even more spiked and started to stand on end.

Pinkie Pie let out a giggle as small amounts of electricity started to crackle in the air. The other ponies stood with their mouths open as they watched their friend increase his already awe inspiring power.

Finally the transformation was over as Gohan assumed a battle stance and launched himself at the still surprised Cell knocking him straight into the air at high speed.

"Wow I didn't even see him move that is so cool!" Said Rainbow Dash jumping up and down excitedly.

Fluttershy was silent and concerned. She hoped that Gohan could defeat Cell without getting injured.

"I can see you are worried about him too aren't you little Fluttershy?" A voice spoke from behind Fluttershy. Turning around fast she was met by the concerned eyes of both Princess Celestia, and Princess Luna.

"Princess Celestia!" Twilight Sparkle called out and ran to hug her teacher.

The Alicorn wrapped a hoof around her friend and then addressed the others "I'm guessing that our friend Gohan is awake and battling that monster?".

"Yes princess we wanted to help him but he insisted on fighting it by himself." Twilight finished looking into the sky with worry.

Luna stepped forward and placed hoof onto Twilight's shoulder, giving her a small smile "Do not worry Twilight Sparkle. We must all have faith that Gohan can take care of himself.".

Twilight knew that she was right but she still wished that Gohan didn't feel the need to do everything himself. If there was one thing she had learned in her time living in ponyville it was the friends have to be there for each other no matter how scary the situation is.

"Did any of you look at Gohan's memories while we were transformed as him?" She asked with a frown on her face.

The other ponies looked at the ground with sad faces. Yes each of them had seen the events that led to Gohan being stranded in their world, and each of them understood why he did not speak of the matters.

"It's just not right how that poor little guy was blamed with everything that happened." Said Applejack an angry look plastered onto her face.

Fluttershy nodded "I know Applejack it's not fair at all, as far as I'm concerned he is a hero and should be treated as such.".

Each of the ponies agreed as Celestia gave a small smirk "Well girls if we all feel the same way, then I have a plan that will ensure that Gohan gets the love and praise that he deserves.".

All of them gathered into a close circle eager to hear Celestia revealed her plan to them.

(With Gohan and Cell)

After the bone crunching punch Gohan delivered to Cell, the android found himself sailing through the air at high speed.

"Damn you boy, it's going to take more than that to beat me!" Cell yelled using his wings to stop himself.

Looking around he tried to lock on the location of his nemesis but was met with a empty sky. He started to get angry as he continued his search. Suddenly a flurry of ki blasts rained down on him from above.

Thinking fast he quickly dodged his way through the volley of yellow energy angrily trying to find Gohan.

"Prepare your self brat!" Cell yelled finally catching sight of his enemy. Pulling back his fist he swung as hard as he could trying to take down Gohan with one blow. The punch connected sending out a sickening echo throughout the land.

Grinning evilly Cell was prepared to call the battle over but was shocked to see Gohan standing perfectly still staring at him.

"I will not forgive you for harming my friends you monster!" Gohan growled grabbing onto Cell's arm and squeezing tightly.

Cell cried out in pain before gritting out a response "You think I give a damn about your forgiveness!? It is only natural for the strong to rise above and crush the weak.". Yanking his arm out of Gohan's grip he swung his leg up and kicked him across the face.

Like before Gohan only stood there motionless as if he was waiting for something to happen.

"Damn it Gohan, stop ignoring me and fight!" Cell screamed and fired a large ball of energy at the Super Saiyan.

The ball made contact and exploded into a large cloud of black smoke.

"Well I guess he really didn't want to live anymore, or else he would have dodged that attack hehe." Cell laughed to himself before turning around and flying off.

Before he could get too far he felt a large disturbance behind him. Quickly turning he was met with a very unwelcome punch to the face by Gohan.

"I told you before I will not forgive you, and I will not let you destroy the place where my friends live!" Gohan yelled before hammering Cell straight down into the Everfree forest making a small crater appear on impact.

Pulling himself out of the dirt Cell gritted his teeth and looked around angry that he had once again lost sight of his target.

"Stop hiding from me, you impudent child!" Cell called out blasting a row of trees out of his path.

"I have no reason to hide from you Cell." Gohan said from behind him leaning against a tree.

A vein popped inside Cell's head when he saw Gohan acting like he wasn't even in a battle. Roaring loudly he launched himself full force and swiped at Gohan with his tail needle. His anger increased as Gohan teleported out of the way leaving him to slice through another tree toppling it down on his body.

As soon as Gohan reappeared in the air he crossed both of his hand above his ahead "All right Cell, no more games take this, Masenko!". The yellow blast left his hands and soared straight towards the fallen android turning him and the surrounding area into dust.

"One obstacle down, now I have to hurry and save the fillies." Gohan said to himself as he took off as quick as he could back to Ponyville unaware of the gurgling sounds getting louder behind him.

(Back in Ponyville)

"Alright girls we have to save the Cutie Mark Crusaders while we have the chance!" Twilight said determinedly and took off towards the cage where their little friends were being held.

Both Rarity and Applejack soon ran to the front of the pack eager to have their sister's safe and sound. "Imma commin sis!" Applejack said loudly galloping as fast as their legs could take her.

"Don't worry Sweetie Belle your big sister will rescue you!" Said Rarity struggling to keep the pace with her friend.

Princess Luna felt her heart warm as she watched the two so eager to save their siblings. It reminded her of the old days when it was just her and her sister. In those days they were all each other had to fight back the corruption of their land.

Celestia could tell by the look on her sister's face that she was remembering the hardships they faced as young fillies. She loved her sister deeply and would not allow Discord to ever take her away from her ever again.

They both exchanged a glance and gave each other a warm smile that seemed to strengthen their sisterly bond.

Soon the group made it back to the town square and was surprised to see that the cage that the fillies was being held in was opened and empty.

"Where did the girls go?" asked Pinkie Pie rubbing her mane confusedly.

"Well, well, well looking for these?" A voice called out from the top of a tall building.

Looking up they were all surprised to see discord sitting upon a throne holding all three of the crusaders up with one long arm.

"Discord let them go!" Celestia angrily yelled her horn glowing bright.

The spirit of chaos gave her a bored look and relied "Oh Princess I don't think you are in any condition to be giving me orders.". With a snap two large bubbles appeared in front of him.

"He's got Big Mac and Cheerilee!" Said Rarity in disbelief.

"It was really a simple task of catching these two. After you left Big Mac after beating my clones, I just snatched him up without a big fight. Cheerilee was even simpler...especially after your so-called hero took off as fast as he could to rescue all of you." Discord taunted with an evil laugh "The only question is when do I destroy each and every one of you?".

They were all silent for a few moments before a new voice called out from above "You are not destroying anyone discord!".

Looking up Discord barely had time to react before a blast of energy knocked him to the ground causing his grip on the ponies two release.

"Somebody help us!" Screamed Applebloom as she and her friend fell to the ground.

Their prayers were soon answered as Gohan flew in from the sky and scooped them up in their arms. Landing as gracefully as he could, Gohan gently placed the three on the ground.

"Thank you Mr. Gohan!" Sweetie Belle cried out and hugged his leg.

The half-saiyan smiled softly and patted her mane "You're very welcome, now stand back I'm gonna save the others.".

Flying up he kicked both of the bubbles carefully catching the two older ponies and setting them on the ground next to the fillies.

"Well congratulations my young friend, but unfortunately you have made me very cranky and I don't think you will like me when I'm cranky!" Discord growled as his hands started pulsing with chaotic energy.

"Well for once in the time I've known you I agree." Cell's voice rang out surprising everyone.

Discord scowled "I see at least one of you managed to survive. Well don't just stand there, get down here and give me a hand!".

"Hahaha I think I'd rather cut my ties to you while you still live and allow the boy to take care of you!" Cell laughed and then turned towards Gohan "Don't think our battle is over boy! You may have won this day but I will get stronger than you and take my revenge!". Extending his wings Cell flew off with great speed as far as he could into the air retreating to an unknown area.

"If you want something done right you have to do yourself!" Discord screeched and flung himself off his thrown down to the ground below.

Gohan, the mane six, and both princesses all got into battle positions ready to defend themselves against whatever Discord could throw at them.

"Discord give up this pointless fight of yours and leave this place!" Demanded Princess Celestia.

Discord's eyes were glowing red as his anger increased "Don't forget Princess, I have the power of chaos on my side and I doubt your weakling ponies have the potential of defeating me with their limited knowledge of the Elements of Harmony!" he growled as clouds filled the sky and lighting started striking all around them.

Gohan stepped forward in front of his friends ready to protect them no matter what the cost "It doesn't matter if you can defeat each of us by ourselves, because our power gets stronger when we all work together!".

Discord burst out laughing as he heard Gohan's words "So you power gets stronger when you work together does? I guess I will just have to destroy you all at once!" he finished and began to charge up a chaotic energy ball.

Gohan turned around and gave his friends a look of confidence "All right everyone we have to combine all the energy we have to defeat Discord.".

"Alright Gohan let's finish this!" Twilight spoke and stood beside him.

"I believe in you Gohan." Came Fluttershy's shy voice giving him a warm smile.

"Let's kick some flank!" Rainbow Dash yelled and started boxing the air with her hooves.

"I've been wanting to take him out all day!" Applejack smirked.

"Oh I hope this doesn't mess up my mane." Rarity moaned but still stood by her friends.

"Yeah let's beat him so we can have a party!" Pinkie Pie happily spoke and jumped and down.

Princess Luna and Celestia also stood by them charging their magic into their horns.

"Well little sister let's combine our powers once again, just like so long ago." Celestia spoke smiling to her sister.

"Yes elder sister, let's show him the power as the sun and the moon!" Luna smiled back.

Each of them got into position and began to charge their own attacks. Gohan cupped his hands together and began to chant the words "Kamehame...".

The mane six's Element's of Harmony started to glow bright as they prepared to release their energy. At the same time Luna's eyes glowed blue, and Celestia's eyes glowed yellow matching the energy around their horns.

Discord who had finished charging up his attack started to laugh loudly "Well ponies it looks like I win, I would like to say that I would miss you but I'd be lying!" throwing his arms forward a crackling ball of chaos energy erupted from his hand and shot towards Gohan and the others.

Time seemed to move in slow motion as Discord's attack moved through the air. Big Mac and Cheerilee grabbed the fillies and hid inside of a open building trying to shield themselves from the blast.

Just as the ball was a few feet away from the others Gohan yelled out "Ha!" and they all released their attacks in one swift motion.

Almost instantly all three attacks combined together and flowed into a gigantic rainbow color beam. Discord's blast was instantly swallowed by the massive energy wave.

"What!" Discord cried out in disbelief as he watched his attack destroyed in a puff of smoke. Gritting his teeth he pushed his claws out to try and catch the beam itself.

He soon found this to be a major mistake as the beam pushed through and flowed through his entire body. The only sound he could let out was a choked cry of pain as he felt his body disintegrating before his very eyes.

As the last particle disappeared the blast push itself in the sky above before exploding in a massive white explosion.

Gohan and the other stared in silence as the cloud of energy slowly started to envelop everything before all of them were knocked to the ground with massive amount of force.

The last thing Gohan could feel before blacking out was something furry moving around his body.

(6 hours later)

"Gohan...Gohan...Gohan!" A voice called out waking Gohan up from his slumber.

"Wha...What happened!?" He asked around trying to regain his eye sight. He could feel that he was laying on a soft bed, but he didn't recognize his location.

"We are so glad you are awake, after we beat Discord the resulting blast changed our bodies DNA." He could finally recognize the voice as Twilight Sparkle, but what did she mean that their DNA had been changed.

Sitting up as fast as he could he rubbed his eyes and started to look around the room. What he saw cause him to fall face down onto the floor.

Quickly standing up as fast as he could he was met by the concerned eyes of his newly changed friends. Rather than standing on all four hooves they each were standing straight up. Their front hooves had been changed from their normal shape into arms and hands. Their faces stayed basically the same as they were, and Fluttershy,Rainbow Dash, Celestia, and Luna wings were larger.

Gohan face turned beet red as he realized that none of them were a single stitch of clothing and their bodies had adjusted themselves to become more womanly with a sizable increase to their chests.

Looking away he tried to get some answers from Twilight "Twi...Twilight why do you all look so...different?".

She walked closer to him to better explain the situation "Well Gohan I can't be certain but if I had to guess I would have to say that the energy feedback from the big burst of energy we released caused a large enough shock wave to flow all across Equestria, combining our pony DNA with whatever DNA lies inside your body." Twilight finished worried why Gohan's nose had a steady stream of blood flowing down his nose.

Pinkie Pie ran over and jumped on Gohan's back "Not only that Gohan, it also caused you to grow a monkey tail!" the pink party pony laughed and poked at his tail with her newly obtained fingers.

Looking behind him Gohan could see that indeed his tail had grown back and was curling around Pinkie Pie's arm.

"We aren't the only ones that the blast affected either. As far as we know everypony in Equestria has been transformed." Said Twilight pacing around the room concentrating hard for a more concrete explanation.

The sound of a throat clearing interuppted them as Princess Celestia walked into the room "Well Gohan it seems once again you have made things a bit more interesting for us. Now that you are awake there are a few things that we must discuss." she finished with a smirk.

Gohan gulped after seeing the look on her face "I have a lot of explaining to do don't I?" he asked earning a nod from each of them.
